Huge shout-out to store #1611, Winchester, VA. I received a call that my order was being delivered. I spoke to a very nice woman, and loved my cheesecakes! The service & food were top-notch! Thank you Edible Arrangements!

Dont order from this Edible Arrangements! I placed an order on Thursday to be delivered Friday. It was never delivered, so I called on Saturday to check the status. They said they would deliver that day. On Monday I call to confirm it was delivered and it never was. They wouldnt take any money off the order, just stated I could have refund or they would try to deliver again. Very poor customer service.*I emailed customer service (as stated below my review)and I have not received a response from them.

Placed an order at 11 am for same day delivery. No one returned my calls finally reached someone at 6 who offered me a refund right away. I explained I wanted my order delivered today still, was told delivery guy would be there in 10 mins to deliver order. By 630 my partner was still outside waiting at his now closed office after a hard day. First and last time ordering.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have a friend that volunteers her precious time with a rescue. She had an arrangement sent to her house and the driver lied that her little dog bite her. I have seen the video and the dog got the drivers shorts and def not the skin. My friend was out of town at the time, and this unprofessional and giving false information has been a unnecessary mess for her to deal with. Won’t be getting my business anymore since you can’t be professional and truthful.

I will never. Order again. I live in Myrtle Beach SC. I ordered a big order for a family that had a death. I couldnt come to Virginia at this time so I called on Friday February 12. Mathew couldnt do things correct so I asked for manager. He said he was the manager. But wasnt. So another lady called me Saturday to about order. Card wasnt even correct on order. I thought she fixed it. But Tuesday when finally one order got there not all 3 .

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Seems to be a pattern from this location. I ordered a mixed cookie, cheesecake, and strawberry array. The cookies were wadded up almost like they had fallen on something when hot, the strawberries tasted old, and we only got one cheesecake when there should have been two.

I called in yesterday around 11am to order my mother something due to it being to busy on Mother’s Day, SHE NEVER received anything I called corporate and they tell me the delivery date has been changed to today (she won’t be home all day) I did not get a call about this change mind you I called at 3pm and they let me know it would be delivered by 5... I’m just upset I spent what I had and now my refund takes 3-4 days and I have to wait that long to get something for her...VERY UPSET..this literally started my day off horribly

Always super patient and informative. Has statues passed closing time multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. Hands down, they are wonderful!

Staff was polite and friendly and I got exactly what I had asked for and only took them about 15 minutes to get my order ready.

Horrible service by nothing but employees who lie! Never come here! You will be able extremely disappointed!

My sister ordered me chocolate covered strawberries from here. They were just delivered and one of them had a long hair embedded in the chocolate. I’ve already eaten a few of them and I feel so nauseous now! Disgusting. Do they not wear hair nets and check their products? I will definitely never order from here myself!

I had ordered a fruit arrangement and a box of chocolate covered fruit as well. Josh the delivery driver delivered the arrangement but failed to deliver the box of chocolate covered fruit. I called and spoke to someone there who said they would get it delivered by the end of day. It’s 5:30 and it’s yet to be delivered. I gotta say this has totally ruined the experience for me. I ordered the additional items so my girlfriend could share some items with her work-mates. Instead I’ve been playing phone tag and having my girlfriend take time out of her work day to remain available for another delivery. It says they are open until 7 but they are not answering the phone at 5:30! The fruit arrangement was nicely put together, but the delivery errors and management of the situation was horrible.

If I could give an 0 I would. This is the second time Ive ordered an arrangement from this store and have had problems! Yesterday, November 17the, my order wasnt even delivered. While trying to contact them today to see what the problem was, NO ANSWER!! I will not be using the service of Edible Arrangements again! Not sure how to get my money back as my credit card was charged but item not received!

I usually order something for my mother in law close to Mothers Day to be delivered to her home. This year, I received notification the arrangement was delivered but my mother in law said she never got it. I called the store to see what they could do and they sent another arrangement out that day. They were very polite and quick to fix it. Still not sure what happened to the first delivery but I am very happy they sent another!

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! I arrive to pickup an arrangement around 2:30pm after being told it would be ready between 2 and 5pm. Upon arrival, I read a sign on the door explaining that due to COVID-19 you have to call and they will bring the order to your car at the curb. Ok, I move my car from the parking rows to the curb and call. It was not ready and I was then told it would be ready after 3pm. So I drive home to return an hour later around 3:30pm. Upon arrival the second time, the building is being painted and the curb is coned off. I call from the parking row (literally 25 feet from door). I was told to call when at the curb. When trying to explain that the curb was coned off due to the painting, the lady just repeats herself. Then explained I had to come to the door and even inside. What? What happened to COVID-19? I get to the door, no answer. I knock, no answer. I call, no answer. Finally the overpriced arrangement (that isn’t even for me) arrives and it’s a jumbled mess. This place is horrible! Customer service and common sense void!

The arrangement was beautiful, the fruit is delicious and the delivery was made with no problems especially on a holiday! Great service!

I dont even want to give this place 1 star but this is the only way to make a comment. I NEVER received my order today (Valentines day) and its now 7pm. I have been calling all day to try and see whats going on.... NOONE answered all day long. This is ridiculous. Out of all days to screw up, they picked today. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Totally awful. Ive called other places and they answered their phones just fine. Call them instead to place an order!

Order was incorrect and incomplete, as well as delivered at an inconvenient time. Customer service was rude and unprofessional in response to the complaint made in person, claiming that night time was a very reasonable time to deliver to an office setting. Only a partial refund was given for the items that were incorrectly not included with the first delivery.Wouldnt recommend. Just order from Sherrys Berries or something.

I recently placed a thank you order in the DC area, originally the location couldnt be located, but they didnt stop until delivery was completed. The selection was spot on, and I was totally satisfied, like my previous orders they out did themselves👍🏽Thanks ☻

The chocolate covered bananas and apples and strawberries were delicious.

Never received my order. I called many times but they never answered the phone. They did not call me to inform me that my order would not be delivered within their posted time window. Now I can only hope to get my money back

Every time I send edible arrangements they get rave reviews. Glad they are open again in Winchester. Great hours and great service when nobody else can deliver.

On Valentines Day I had chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon delivered to my boyfriend. The stuff arrived at a great time. The strawberries were delish! The only problem was the balloon smelled aweful like cigarettes.

Not sure of the reasoning but they where cancelling and refunding over 10 orders that where supposed to be ready today for Valentines day when I got there. I went somewhere else due to those issues.

The order was delivered on the same day I ordered; which worked perfectly.

Ordered 2 days in advance asked to be ready at noon. Finally ready at 1240 and I was on my lunch break. Nothing but a Im sorry. No discount nothing free
