Prices ridiculously high for cigars. At a local cigar shop I expect to pay full price but to have the cigars in good, humidor condition. Here I paid over 50% above full retail for cigars in bad condition.See the attached receipt photo. I paid $29.99 for a tin of 10 Macanudo Cafe Ascots. That is 50% higher than full retail price of 19.99. Look it up. On top of that Cigar Place charges a 3.5% service charge to your total order! Incredible.The cigars in the tin were dry. Some were blocked so you could not draw. Some had cracked wrapper so you would draw in air.

They have some CBD products (the reason for my visit) but not a huge selection. I did find some gummies to purchase and although I spent more cash than I had planned on, I am satisfied with what I got. This is a good place to shop if you need a gift for a friend that partakes in cannibis or if theyre just a Bob Marley fan. 😉 Fun items in a wide price range.

They always allow and encourage customers to open there disposable devices and check get satisfied before leaving the premises. If found any defect or problem, they happily change it. You bought this device and i am sure must have checked/puffed more then couple times before leaving, and after a day you are demanding to get you another one for free cause it is now empty and no more working:) waoo its so unfair of you dear, and then you are blaming innocent cashiers for horrible customer service, is it really, service or customer ?? More so the receipt clearly says on top no return/exchange.I still recommend and cherish cigar place to be the best place in entire town, for there customer service, quality and variety products. FIND ANOTHER STORE-paid $29.99 for a vape that didn’t work, came back hours later to have it replaced. The owner would not give me another, claiming he’s not responsible if the products he’s selling don’t workAll I wanted was for them to give me another of the same vape seeing as how I just paid $29.99 for one that doesn’t work...Not the brightest business owner, him and wife were not wearing masks when I came in and only the cashier made an effort to put one on after I came in.It would make more financial sense to give me another so I come back and spend more

The people who work in here are great! Danielle is exceptional!! Just wish had or could get better variety of some things. (Not their fault.) Bought something I was unhappy with (due to how it was packaged and the fact that it leaked) and was told could not return it. Wasnt even offered an exchange. Owners more worried about making money than customer service. The cashier is still great, just not people she works for.

When I walked in to this shop for the first time I like to have a good first impression. That was satisfied by a very welcoming hello from the owner of the shop. The quality of the glass pieces and water bongs were pristine and very affordable in prices. If you also are a cigar lover they have two double wide humidors with a great selection. I was treated like a friend and not a customer and that is the biggest reason why I will be returning again and so should you.

STAY AWAY!!!!!They sell vape juice that is expired by several years. They wipe/rub off the expiration date with alcohol.They sell returned/refurb devices as new.Every time I go it’s worse... I’m not going back in there.

Today I was a first time customer at Cigar Place and got to meet the owner, Mr. Shehzad, who I was pleased to learn is a fellow Army combat arms veteran. He was super friendly and he fixed me up with just the right cigars to hand out to the men-folk at our holiday family gatherings. Ill be back to see him and suggest you check out his nice store sometime too.

Not just a head shop.A nice selection of imported tobacco and cigars, I found some Davidoff cigarillos (very mild). They also stock 4or5 brands of kratom and the usual cbd products and of course pipes. Many roll your own tobacco brands.

Went here for cigarettes and tobacco. Only got cigs. The price of the tobacco in a bag is insanely high for Virginia.There is other tobacco stores nearby that have everything you want for much cheaper prices.However, the service was friendly and quick.Sad part is this place doesnt have the huge bags of tobacco unlike other places.

Extremely high prices on everything. They knowingly sell broken/defective electronics and pipes. Kratom and cbd prices are ridiculously high. The flea market across the street sells the same stuff (same brands and all) for a fraction of the price
