Fantastic spot. Very friendly lady who was also very informative. She actually guided me away from a very expensive item I was about to buy for no reason and directed me to one that fit my needs. I spent more in the store for that reason alone. Ill be going back whenever Im in winchester.

We are visiting from NC and wanted to visit a smoke shop up here. I googled and found this one. We drove 20 mins to get there and when we do arrive at 245 there is a sign that says “gone to the bank, be back in 15”. It’s Saturday on Labor Day weekend, banks are closed by this time and we waited over 20 minutes. Open sign was on. I tried to call and no answer. Terrible experience to say the least

Smaller place. Not a huge selection by way of cigars. But I dealt with the owner and he was super nice. Spent a good deal of money and he gave me a free lighter

I googled this store randomly and visited today. Great store, very large selection to choose from. Very knowledgable staff, The guy working there was very helpful. He showed me how to get my mod to where it was perfect for me and also how to change the atomizer in my tank and filled it for me. I recommend local ppl to come here. Shop local, Support local !!

Decent selection of products... Not to bad and not the best either

Terrible customer service. I couldnt even understand the guy behind the counter. Couldnt hear myself think with him yelling at somebody on the phone the entire time I was there. I went in for a little $5 one hitter. Left with nothing due to the lack of recognition that there was a customer in the store. Terrible business. Terrible people.

Do not buy Kratom here. Buy from a reputable source. They repack their kratom in baggies and who knows what you are getting. When I tried to ask them about their Kratom on the phone, the guy just hung up on me. 🤔
