Every time I come here my drink is not right. I thought it was a mistake the first time because it was flavorless. How do you make flavorless frappe?!?! I took it back the first time and they re made it. Same problem. Ive come here again and got a apple crisp iced machiato. It literally tasted like watered down milk and had a hint of coffee flavor. Idk what the issue is here but the one off route 7 is far superior.

Best Starbucks in Virginia. Coffee taste so fresh and original, not like other places ready mix articrtifical flavor. I hope every Starbucks should be like this place. Great taste. Also polite and happy staff.

I went to this Starbucks to get myself a late breakfast and my order was taken very quickly and when I rolled up to the window, Alexa ( I believe that’s what her name was) started chatting with me while I waited for my order to be prepared. It honestly made my day. Great customer service

Consistency and friendly customer service on every trip. Family friendly and the drive thru is usually pretty long. They have prompt and accurate service. If you have a few extra minutes to wait in line this place will have your drink made perfectly as fast as possible every time. thanks to the staff who continue to do such an incredible job serving us every day.

This location is fantastic! Not only was the coffee and croissant tasty (often the pike tastes burnt, but it was fresh tasting, and they actually added enough milk!) but it also has literally the sweetest people working, which is the only reason I’m going out of my way to leave a review. They all went out of their way to talk to me while I was waiting for my coffee and were all very outgoing and kind!And to the girl with the bangs who said she loved my outfit, add me on IG if you wanna be friends because you literally made my whole day with that😭 @faeriechomby 🦋

This place is very nice inside. They do a great job of keeping it clean. A lot of college student come here and take up table space. Fortunately, there seems to always be plenty of space to enjoy some coffee. The service here can be kind of slow. Nor tire why i took so long to get my order. There were employees standing around with what seemed like little to do.

Great barista made a suggestion for a more flavorful drink, and she was right!

The staff here is always so friendly and correct any errors they may have made without question. Find myself driving out of my way to hit this Starbucks.

The shift supervisor, Carter, is wonderful! He was so accommodating of my special request, patient, and very courteous, even while dealing with a not so pleasant co-worker whose response to his request, even loud enough for me to hear over the phone, was “For Real?”. He handled my request and took care of my son and I with a very pleasant response and attitude. He deserves a thousand kudos!

Just paid four dollars for a cup of steamed milk.... I ordered a caramel latte and it tasted awful so I just didnt drink it. When I got home I poured it out to throw out the cup and realized theres no coffee in it at all. Not sure if maybe I got someone elses order or what....

Stopped for lunch on our travels home, we were warmly greeted and our drinks were made perfect. I tried the strawberry overnight oats for the 1st time & loved it! Also, the indoor dining area was appropriately social distanced.

Over priced, and I dont like how they have some things on the in store menu and other things on the online menu. But it was tasty.

This place can be good when they are stocked, but they cannot keep items in stock. Other stores in the city will have them, but this one runs out. Must be poor management at some level.

Worst cup of coffee I have ever had at Starbucks. They could have at the very least cleaned the cup. The guy at the window didnt look at me, just scanned my app and handed me this nasty cup. This review is for today 12/29/17.

Coffee is good and up to Starbucks standards. However, service tends to be slow and staff does not monitor seating. 9 out of 15 people sitting in the store today were taking up space but didn’t actually have food or beverage. With Covid precautions (much appreciated!), seating is more limited and it would be nice if people were encouraged not to linger for hours on end to use free WiFi.

There is nothing wrong with a Starbucks coffee right off the highway. It just gives you what you want, coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. The only thing is that the store does not enforce face mask policies. So you can see a lot of customers not wearing face masks during COVID-19 inside the store.

The staff was very nice but the drive through menu board was blocked by the voice box with the huge shelter around it unless you pulled past the order voice box. lots of boards in view with breakfast items even a chalkboard on the ground with breakfast items. So for those know the drinks by heart is fine but my first time at this drive through not so much.

This location. Is basically run by college kids, and can they do it great. Always smiling, very friendly and concesatio Al with guests as they make your drink. Efficient and though I was there for only a weekend, remembered my drink and face when I walked in, at 6 am, everyday.

This place is a convenient spot to come and finish work . This is the only reason I keep coming in .Today was the third time I came in around 3:30 pm and found that .. 1-they ran out of the Holiday blend and 2- would not be brewing it again for the day . I bought the pike place blend .. which seems to be the only thing you find here after 3 😒I don’t understand why a high volume store that not only closes at 9:30pm But Is also promoting their holiday blend .. will not brew more varieties of coffee? What is the point of the holiday cups ?I love Starbucks but I continue to be disappointed at this location .

Twice now, Ive ordered a sweet cream cold brew and received it without the cream, the first time it was only half full and this time without the cream and ice. In addition to waiting about 25 minutes in a line when I had already ordered on the app. I called about getting it remade, and the lady who answered was very unprofessional and argued with me the whole time. This will be the last time I will order from that location.

Was 5 five stars until today 4/25/2020. When I went to their drive thru and no one took my order it didnt look like ANYONE was inside before I left the sign said 5AM. Check your employees time.

My son has asked for a Pokemon Frappuccino EVERYTIME we go past playing Pokemon Go. I finally took him to get one and they didnt know the recipe but that didnt stop them from looking it up to make sure he left with his drink. They were super nice and even allowed him the time to order and pay. We dont normally sit around In places but it was very welcoming so we stayed and enjoyed the atmosphere. Great job. We were already customers but this was above and beyond.

Usually ok. Asked for sugar and splenda on the side. They put sugar in some and nothing on the side. Couldnt have our drinks and didnt notice until we were already on the road. Drive thru people need to pay attention, some people are diabetic.

Way to crowded and chaotic, staff seemed very overwhelmed. Covid directions were not clear and social distancing was not possible or being encouraged.

Defective cup but helpful staff! Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered two drinks. The cup for the first drink literally collapsed in my hands spilling hot coffee all over me, the Tahoe, and everything else in close proximity! Fortunately, I wasnt badly burned and the staff were very apologetic and helpful in cleaning up the mishap. Never had anything like this happen before. #checkthequalityofyourcups

Simply the best Starbucks I have been to in the past 20 years of patronage. Shannon, Amber, Tyler and the WHOLE CREW are friendly and make me feel welcomed. When I was out of town for three weeks on a business trip and finally came home, the first morning I walked in the door I was greeted like I just arrived and a family holiday gathering. They get me and treat me like family. Thank you to the whole team!

The bakery and breakfast foods are fresh as usual. The drinks here are a tad pricey for quality, but it is namebrand. All in all a very decent place. One thing I loved was that they have a display on the main ordering screen so you can see the person taking your order. Loving the addition, which makes the visit better.

Waited in line today for 40min. With my baby in the car to not even get to have my order taken so I ordered online went In store waited another 15min. Just to be told they didnt hve stuff to make my food and my coffee was nothing but whipped cream and terrible! Worsr starbucks experience in my life! Ill now be spending my money and time at dunkin!

They offer several healthy choices and give fabulous customer service. I love the green tea and egg white spinach omlet. Last but not least, I think they keep their bathrooms extraordinary clean, which is so nice.

I came into Starbucks Winchester at the corner of Jubal Early Ave & Pleasant Valley Ave. The service I received, provided by Ann was A+ (a 10) .... she was very knoledgeable on the different types of coffee I had questions about, she was also polite, smiling, very presentable, and well dressed. I had a nice drive to work sipping my coffee along the way because of how Ann treated me at Starbucks this morning. I will definitely go back there, not only because the coffee is great, but mainly because of the friendly impeccable service I received from Ann. Thank you Starbucks, and thank you Ann.

Other than getting my order wrong about 25% of the time (how do you get black coffee/no room wrong?), this Starbucks has an exceptionally small parking lot and difficult drive-through overload and overlap (it may be impossible to leave the lot when the drive-through is busy). They have become faster over the years which helps alleviate the congestion, but despite having a physical disability, there have been numerous occasions where I saved considerable time by going inside to transact business. However, the employees are always pleasant and compensating.

I had a great experience at this location today. They were absurdly busy but the employees were all awesome despite this. The lady in front of me in the drive thru was very impatient, shouted at the employee in the window, and drove off without her order. Despite just being talked to so rudely, the employee was super polite and friendly with us. Later I had to go into the store because I forgot my credit card. The manager produced it right away and even took time to find and print my receipt from the computer at my request, even though they were super busy.

My boyfriend and I used to frequent this location as it was on our way to work. But the last several times weve been there the drinks have been awful! We order cold brew that isnt cold brew (It tastes just like regular iced coffee), they dont make the requested drinks properly, and theres often something not right with what we order. Yesterday the cold brew we ordered tasted very weird. And hardly had any cream. I ordered the sweet cream vanilla cold brew and there was no sweet cream at all! Or vanilla! The cold brew tasted very strange, not just bitter but very SOUR, to the point where I could not finish it. And my boyfriend and I both ended up very sick after drinking them. Weve decided to no longer go to this location. The one in Target is way better and more consistent with drink quality.

Good location to grab a quick cup of java.They have outdoor seating if interested, but its in a bad location right next to the street in very close proximity to a very high traffic area. If youre looking to sit outside and relax while sipping that cup of java, this isnt the place for that.

One of the friendliest Starbucks stores Ive visited. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The store space is large, open and comfortable. They offer clover machine service.
