Awful!!!Awful!!!On Tuesday my doctor prescribed a medication for me so I went to pick it up only to be told that it is not ready and they are working on it... 2 days latter I went to pick it up and I was told it was on hold.. whatever that means, so I said what does that mean?? I was told they don’t have one of the ingredients, my response was why wasn’t I notified??Then it got worse when I was asked if they wanted me to see if another CVS has the medication and my response was why didn’t you check on that before?? Isn’t the logical thing to do??? And after they checked on the med on another location they found it.This is a terrible and unprofessionally run operation, it is not worth doing business with go to Walgreens instead

They are extremely un professional Ive been trying to call this CVSS Pharmacy since 11am this morning and it is now 7:30 pm at night and I have yet to get through. I then spoke to the store manager who in turn did nothing but retransfer me to the pharmacy which they one again left me on hold 45 min with no answer. This is totally unacceptable and I font recommend doing any business with this particular establishment.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They are consistently “losing” my prescription and are not the least bit concerned about it. Also, the woman who is usually at the drive thru is incredibly rude. I have gotten my prescriptions from cvs for years, but after dealing with this Winchester location I’ll be transferring all prescriptions to Walgreens.

Front store people are fantastic. Called pharmacy twice today, took over 18 minutes each time to answer and they are to busy to really assist, let alone seem to want to. Wont use their pharmacy again.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. I never write a review but figured I would because I have tried twice to call and have sat for 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer, with still no answer.

This is the second time Ive come to pick up a prescription from my son. Both times Ive dropped them off in the morning. Last time I came after work and it took an extra 2 hours waiting in the store for the prescription. This time, I was too busy and didnt come back the same day. I get here this evening and they tell me its not ready yet. Why say itll be about 20 minutes in the morning if you cant even have it ready by the time I show up?On the bright side, the employees are very nice.

I call meds in 2 days a head of time & when get to store pharmacy still doesn`t have meds ready been like this past 4-6 months 2 people in Pharmacy & when you ask they tell you they have 1800 RX to do to get caught up but never gets caught up been using for 15-20 years last 2 years really bad would go somewhere else but they can only get meds I take from old Manufactry

I must say!!, wonderful cashier and manager went out of their way tocmake my shopping experience wonderful. Very customer friendly and awesome staff. I love this place

I tried going to this pharmacy to fill a prescription. My husbands company gives us a discount to use CVS. Unfortunately tomorrow will be my forth time trying to pick it up. Im not sure if its poor management, poor training, or there just arent qualified candidates, but I do know it would be more economical to just fill them elsewhere even if I have to pay more. I understand theyre busy, but every time Ive been there the staff is either crying or being rude to customers. Maybe they should try some Xanax.

Poor customer service by pharmacists, they charged me double for same Rx from Walmart. Keep giving my husband wrong insulin, even though I have verified with physicians office, what was sent over. Pharmacist argues with me that Doctors office sent it wrong. Then tried to give insulin that has not been refrigerated and gets mad when I question that.

I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be ready in 24 hours. I came back four days later and my prescription wasnt ready. They said they were five days behind but if i came back in thirty minutes they would have it finished for me. So I came back in 45 minutes and it still wasnt finished.

I have been calling for 15 minutes and cannot get anyone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Usually great service, not sure what the problem is today. Very disappointed.

I just visited for the first time in years.....I had coupons from a competitor to use to transfer 4 prescriptions......they did it without question and were cheerful and helpful. I transferred from Target where the pharmacist has a horrible personality..

Literally sat on the phone for a hour trying to speak to the pharm and still no one would answer. So unprofessional.

Always helpful and friendly

Youll wait over an hour on hold if you try to call and speak with a person extremely rude staff very unprofessional.
