I have had nothing but great experiences at this store! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve watched this location transition and progress! One of the better Walgreens in Winchester.

I rarely write a review but everyone there were so nice!!!! Shout out to Jonathan that made sure the line was short and fast!!! Definitely driving an extra 5 min to shop here

Extremely attentive staff. The new manager was very helpful and even helped me fill my prescription quickly when I was in a rush. Great location.

I call to have a script filled, apparently the app sent to the wrong Walgreens here in Winchester, not my fault. The store I have set is this one. Then the wrong script was transferred, also not my fault and the woman I talked to on the phone was so rude, I wish I knew her name. If you hate your job so much that you are rude to customers on the phone get a new one or in general. I just moved here from out of state. I used to work in optical, I understand you guys are busy, however you don’t need to take it out on us. The last couple times I have called here people have been so nice.

Waited very long for our follow up Shingles shot. Not very courteous. Other Walgreens in Inwood much friendlier!

So, you have to use their website to set up Covid test appointment, but after inputting a bunch of info their website doesn’t allow you to continue past the location selection page. I called a location and was told they have no idea why but they think the website won’t allow selection of a location that is fully boomed for three days. Went through the process again and no location in Virginia or neighboring states allowed me to select and continue. Nsturally, the poorly designed site doesn’t tell you why. Walgreens doesn’t care about its customers.

Staff is very helpful and nice!

These guys are great. They literally saved my Christmas. I was trying to grill up some scallops for my wife for Christmas and no open store had any. The manager literally went back into the storage room and found some from summer. That was huge. Christmas saved. Like a Hallmark movie.

The store is always clean, well stocked and helpful. Moreover, I love to support the red nose charities that are helping communities in so many ways.

Pharmacy staff is great as usual

The facility was clean and the checkout lines were not crowded. Unfortunately, the cholesterol kit I purchased had expired. I now have further delays receiving a new kit and sending it in to get the test results. They should remove all/all expired products from their shelves.

Every time I have gone to the store I have only received the best of service and have only dealt with the kindest people. The store is clean and organized there are usually plenty of items in stock of everything. I choose to use this drugstore more than any of the others in the Winchester area.

5 plus goes out to Alexis in Pharmacy. She helped me find my RX at another Walgreens. She went above and beyond helping and making my day .

Their drive through pharmacy is incredibly slow. Been waiting over 25 minutes

I typically go to a Walgreens in WV but I was in the area so I had my doctor send it here. The pharmacist told me that it was almost finished and asked if I would be waiting. I told him yes, and he said he would get it started right away since I was waiting, even though he just told me it was almost finished. I heard the lady next to me say she had been here for an hour and a half. I am not impressed.

Refused to refill a rescue inhaler that had 1+ refills listed on it because they could not get ahold of the doctor who prescribed it. Was told to go in for another script or to go to the er...but i cant afford to.

Good store!!!!

Terrible customer service. All employees were on their phones including the manager. I watched others who had to go up and ask to be helped. We stood waiting an hour for our pictures to be printed near by them without being asked if we needed help. Our pictures were promised to be printed in 30mins and it took twice as long because they were too preoccupied with themselves to actually help.

Pharmacist is wholly than thou. Extremely slow. No concern for clients

My mother buys her prescriptions here through the drive-thru. The pharmacy always has it ready and there are never any snags. The Pharmacy always has answers to her questions if she has any.
