I love Costco always have great prices and with a family of 6 and household of 7 its very convenient. Only problem is it doesnt matter what time of day you go its packed . Kudos to the staff though for their hard work, effort, and friendliness. They keep everything moving quickly and effeciently with a minimum wait in line.

Yeah, this place is pretty good. That have huge containers of stuff to buy. You can get all your bulk needs here. And you can get an OK pizza too.

The store was well staffed (I was able to quickly find someone to ask a question - toward the freezer area. And it was not one of the Samples People.)The store was also well-stacked!And although it was between 5:30-6:00 pm, there were really no lines at the registers.

Costco itself was fine and clean but the people today sucked. I have a teenager who started crying because people were making fun of how she was dressed. Shame on them for being so ignorant.

This is the best Costco Ive shopped in. The staff is professional and very courteous. The store is always clean and well stocked. Check out is fast and theres always plenty of boxes for packing my items to travel home. Love Costco!

Great place to go to buy in bulk, they have just about everything, as far as prices they arent the greatest I havent been there and spent less than 250

This visit to Costco was much more enjoyable than the last time. The gas prices went back down to something more reasonable and everybody in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to pick up a few things that I can easily divide out and freeze. The checkout and food shop specialists were very professional and friendly. It made my experience really enjoyable.

The store was packed yet all registers were open and we were in and out! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

There are some good prices but not on all items. Most items sold by bulk so good if buying stuff for family of 3+ there is a concession stand that sells cheap hotdogs, pizzas

Family friendly, clean, and exceptional customer service are all things you can expect when walking though the front doors here. Huge selection of quality items in bulk at a terrific price. Incredible meat and seafood selection and quality. Must have a membership to shop here, but if you like to save money buy shopping in bulk for specific items its totally worth it.

Have been a Costco member ever since this store opened in Winchester Va. and have recently noticed the reduction in products inside packages we all have been buying for years and dont remember Costco informing their customers about this change?Just recently noticed we are getting 3 -1/4 less rolls per package of Kirkland brand toilet paper for the same or maybe even more money and now wonder how many other products they are shortchanging us on?The whole reason we all joined Costco is to buy in bulk for our families and to save money so if Costco is going to renig on their part of the partnership why are we still paying full price for our membership?Please share this information because the public deserves to know they are not getting the same value for their dollar as they used to at Costco.

Great warehouse club. I just wish they were open earlier. Saturday mornings its common to see customers get in when they open and then run through the store (literally) to get to checkout before the checkout lines are a mile long, which seems to happen about a half hour after opening.

They had a few good sales. Most meats and produce were anywhere from below average to above average pricing so youd do well to pick and choose if youre being price conscious. Here are a few of my personal picks:AAA and AA batteries (AA= 40 for 13.99 👍) were a great buy as well as the 20 x 20 3M Filtrete Air Filters 2200 series 3pk for 36 clams! Which, by the way, comes out to less than half the per unit price of $24.99 if purchased individually at a competitor ...👌 hello! Gillette ProGlide Razors 16 blades plus the shaver is a good buy at 36 bucks!

I went to Costco on Friday to get walnuts and gas after having lunch at Golden Corral. Good shopping experience. No problems at all.

The ladies in Optical are exceptional. They made my 5 year olds first experience with glasses a breeze with words of encouragement, and my son even walked away saying how kind they were. Very caring and friendly! Im getting my optical needs met here moving forward.The store overall is neat and well kept.

Cross-checking with local second hand sale and wholesale shops, prices are comparable or identical. Getting something new for the same price as something second hand with the ability to return is a huge bonus to me.

I love Costco but Im disappointed in their lack of enforcement during senior hours. Why have it if youre going to let anybody obviously under the age of 60 enter?

LG Appliances from CostcoDONT DO IT - 8 Months & Still Waiting on Repairs!I seldom write reviews, and when I do its to praise amazing companies. This however, is not that! This LG washer was purchased in May, broke down in July, was finally scheduled for service in Sept and its control panel replaced in Oct. Within a week of that repair it failed to turn on. It is now March (eight months later) and we are still waiting on parts/repairs. Weekly contact with LG or its representatives has been exhausting. Each call, after detailing the situation once again, they promise a 24-48 hour response. Each week, after they fail to respond, the cycle continues (there have been over 48 conversations with LG or its representatives). We have contacted support from Costco Concierge for additional help and they have had difficulty getting assistance from LG as well (which appears to be a common problem). I cant attest to how this washer works because after having it in my home, and now requesting its removal, it has only worked sporadically for 3/4 of a year! I guess that is the answer. When you make a major purchase for your home, customer service and follow through are vital and 8 months without a reliable washing machine is atrocious! I would advise anyone thinking about LG to look elsewhere!

Unloaded me before my appointment. Took 10 minutes maybe less to unload. Decent amount of space to back. Truck stop 15 mins away (Flying J)

Staff were great. Customer, smiles, pleasantries, or curteousnesss literally non existence.

I love this Costco. It has a descent parking lot, has great products, and even when busy they get you through the line quickly.

Costco! Costco! Costco! I remember loving to roam the store as a kid thinking how fun it would be to play hide and seek in this store. Now as an adult, I still think man, I could really find some good hiding spots in this store on a whole new level.Besides the mega amount of space in this store, it has all the greats you could need to stock up as well. Right now with just my wife and I, we dont need much. But the family is growing, so our needs will as well. If you need something, Costco is sure to have it and probably in a size that will give you a couple days/meals/uses worth of it.Plus they have the occasional new find that is usually amazing and you wish you had found it sooner.Costco is always a good trip for me.

As with most large box stores I was able to find everything I needed and then some. Will say many of the shoppers are plain ole poogie holes with the me first attitude no matter what their age is. I just need to find better times to go instead of on the weekends.

I like Costco and use their services regularly. There are certain items like their rotisserie chickens and pinion our that I will only buy there. The store is always clean and they are well ahead of the game on everything. They were one of the first to put up plastic barriers at the start of COVID 19.The tire center has been very helpful to me in putting new tires on and maintaining once they were installed. I had a set of truck tires that was hard to get the balance correct but, they worked on it u til they got it correct.

I always enjoy shopping in Costco. I enjoy to test different foods out too.

We bought a sectional sofa from Costco.com and the leather started puddling after one day. Also it’s not very comfortable so we called to return the sofa. They Delivered it White Glove they brought it in and set it up. It was supposed to be picked up the same way. Well they came today to pick it up and said we had to break it down and have it outside. We called Costco.com and they tried to blame the shipping people but the shipping people clearly told us and with Costco on the line that they would do it but Costco had to send it in that way. Well after about 40 minutes Costco said they would send it back over to the shipping people and put in the comments to do White Glove pick up. The shipping people said Costco was the one stopping the White Glove pickup not them. We told The person from Costco maybe Costco doesn’t want to pay the extra for the White Glove pick up. We will see what happens when the shipper calls to schedule pick up again. We are very disappointed in Costco right now. Their return website says it will be picked up the same way it was delivered. Shame on Costco for being so cheap. Will have to re evaluate purchases from Costco now. Very aggravating and frustrating when we thought of all places it would go smoothly.

What is there to say... Its costco. Definitely can get pretty crowded and insane at certain times and on certain days, but this particular Costco has typically been very good at handling the volume and I can get in and out pretty quickly even on a Saturday afternoon. There are all the usual charms weve come to know and love about Costco - mosh pits by the rotisserie chicken display, serial slow cart pushers managing to block an entire aisle, all day family excursions to continuously cycle past the sample stations, and of course the death shuffle out the door, receipt in hand, to get your sharpie mark (Ive been a Costco member for maybe a decade now and still dont really know why Im lining up to have my receipt marked...). So overall a pretty standard experience as costcos go, which isnt a bad thing.

I love this store every week there is something new. I love the produce they constantly maintain it.We always get a rotisser chicken to have for dinner that night.Its a different class of shoppers there is no screaming and fighting at least when I shop there.The selection of apparel is great. They have a great furniture is also great.

I really like the fast pace of the self checkout lines. I was spoken to rudely by an employee, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

The Eyeglass Department is unfortunately very rude. We went different times with different employees and had the same experience. We ended up going to another Costco to get much better service.

Costco is like the Chick-fil-A of all grocery stores/warehouses. It was jam packed today but I was able to quickly find what I needed and be checked out. The staff is always so helpful and kind and it’s one of my favorite places to shop!

I visit the Winchester CostCo at six-week intervals and Im 82 years old. Ill have to stop visiting because THERES NO PLACE TO SIT! Youre on your feet for the entire visit no breaks allowed.

Costco is a wharehouse store that sells in bulk. For the most part the staff is helpful and they have good attitudes. The selection of items is immense. Costco is a great place to purchase non-perishable items such as paper plates, napkins, toilet paper and so forth. Costco rotisserie chickens are delicious and make a great, quick dinner idea. Costco has a fantastic selection of beer and wine as well. One can buy in bulk and save money while shopping at CostcoThe only downside of Costco are all the consumers pushing large carts or flatbed carts full of items throughout the store with no regard for life or limb. One must pilot ones cart with defensive driving techniques. Ones head must be on a swivel constantly checking for faster routes, aisle blockers and rouge cart pilots.Overall, we love the Costco. They have good prices on bulk items, decent food selections, fantastic wine and beer choices and friendly staff. Just Waycross out for other drivers; both in the store and in the parking lot. People get crazy for their Costco!

Ask for groceries to be put in boxes. Was given 2 small boxes for us to box our groceries. We picked up more boxes going out the door to box our groceries as we put them in the bed of our truck. My husband and I have been costumers of Costco since 1996 and never had this kind of service.

Best place to go when you know you only need one thing but are ok coming out ready to fill a bunker unit full of snacks.

I stood at the Sleep Inn across the street and every light 20 cars would turn off the main road and go into CostcoWent shopping at 9:30am during Senior hour and the store was very clean and well stocked. Not a fan of the mask enforcement. Mandate is not a law yet they enforce it and hunt down those who don’t abide. Only the start of losing our freedoms. I’ve seen countless employees with their masks under their noses and no one says anything to them. Just find it funny when rules only apply to customers yet employees can monitor and do as they please.
