One of the horizontal bars on my garage broke. It was extremely noisy and poorly insulated to boot, I figured only a matter of time. Within 2 weeks of my call I had a much better quality garage door and opener. Jeff replaced both items within the span of 4 hours. Very pleased.

Jerry the owner came out and discussed my options on a Tuesday. on Friday I had a beautiful garage door installed. The two technicians showed up on time and began immediately disassembling the old door. It took only two hours start to finish for the new door to be hung and fully operational. The price was very fair and the service exceptional. Jerry even stopped by to make sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product.

The spring on our garage door broke on a weekend. We left a message and got an answer first thing on Monday. A technician came out that morning and said they didn’t carry that brand, but suggested the company that did. I asked if another would work. He said that it would, but to call the other company so we could compare prices. We did and the prices were comparable. The other company couldn’t give us a date they could come out to fix the door. Garage Doors Plus were able to come back that day. They were prompt, honest and did a great job installing our new spring. We were very happy with our experience.

Great service! They came out the morning after my call and had to get parts but were back first thing the next day! Fast, efficient and friendly!

This is the second time weve utilized the services of Garage Door Plus The first time was on or about December of 2017. We couldnt figure out why our garage door wouldnt open. We contacted Garage Doors Plus based on their ratings. They sent a tech out in a very timely manner. He determined that one of the overhead garage door springs had broken. Due to the age of the door we opted to replace both springs at the same time. The springs had to be ordered. The tech was able to clamp the two broken pieces of the spring together and tighten it somewhat so we could use the door until the new ones came in. Once the me ones came in, the tech turned to remove the old ones and install the new ones. The door worked fine up into about a month ago.Our second experience with Garage Doors Plus began yesterday when I called to report that we were having trouble with the garage door opener intermittently not working and that when this occurred we had to resort to opening it manually. Once that was done it would open and shut several times before it would quit working again. They were able to schedule a tech to come out today to check the unit to see what was going on and so it could be repaired or replaced if necessary. The tech checked it thoroughly and said we could do a simple fix that may last a short time; however, due to the age of the unit (11 years old), we opted to replace the unit with a new one In the long run it would pay for itself versus paying for a service call in the next few months. In addition, the new one is under warranty should we have any issues.Thank you Garage Doors Plus for taking care of us and making sure our garage door was back in service again
