Highly recommend this company for servicing. I had a broken spring, I had both replaced. Two workers came out, did a great job, very professional, done quickly and cleanly. Very satisfied with expertise and price.

Called 5 times for a service call, would not schedule a time and said he would get around to it at his convenience. Ended up ordering the replacement door from the manufacture directly. Terrible customer service. Will not ever recommend.

Very poor customer service. Despite leaving multiple voice and email messages, they took almost two weeks to return a call, and that was only because I called again. Refused to schedule a service visit until enough requests came in for the area. Awful way to run a business. Fyi--they also seem to operate a used car dealership at the same location, so it can be confusing.

Ive used these folks for 15 years. Excellent service at Shenandoah Vallley prices. The other reviews dont make sense. Ive been to their office in Winchester and have always been treated well.

I had a garage door installed by this company around 2 years ago. During that experience they had to cancel and reschedule 3 different times in which I already had someone set up at my house while I was at work so they could get the work done.Recently the renters living at the house told me the garage door opener had stopped working. Since I didnt live in the area, I called this company back to have them fix it. They arrived and told me they simply had to push the unlock button on the wall mount. When they called to tell me that was all they did, whoever I spoke to told me I would not be charged for the service. The reasoning they said it would be covered under warrantee, but also that they were physically at my house for under 5 minutes and would not charge me for the service. The month later I received a bill for $50. I called to verify that this was correct, and AGAIN was told that it would be taken care of and I wouldnt be charge. Again, the next month I received a late payment bill. When I called yesterday they told me I would indeed need to pay the charge and gave their reasoning. Very unreliable company and I would not recommend them to anyone. The work that was done was good, but when I cant trust someone, or they go back on their word, they lose all my respect.The 2nd time I called regarding this situation, I was told someone would return my call. Over 2 weeks later, and I called back because I figured that was time enough to call.

Slow and difficult to deal with. Called several times for quotes and I constantly had to call back and get the run around. Phillip was difficult to deal with and unwilling to install an added feature I requested because it did suite his taste. I went with another dealer who cares about costumer relations and does not waste my time.

ZERO/TEN I was interested in buying the two panels of my garage which were damaged due to car slip.For that i had been in conversation with the company i.e lady Malissa. However I thought that since its close by I must go there physically and should be able to have a better deal with rightly required product. I took me few months to spare time and visit the company office.When I enter the office a lady and an old man were there.After inquiring about my need they took some time in finding the product.The Old man Mr PHILLIP after consulting his some booklet quoted me something about 300$ with installation of 2 panels. Meanwhile the lady found the old quotes which she sent me few months ago.Those quotes were quite above 400$. Phillip immediately changed and said no this is right which she already sent you.I requested him to proceed further with the already told quote which he just told me i.e was around 300$. I dont know what happened all of a sudden the old man got furious and said I will not deal with you at all, you leave my place.Probably because his smartness to hook me to the higher quote was caught by me. But latter I found sympathy for him as I think cause of his age he dont seems to be a normal gentleman but probably a patient of hypertension. With that attitude a person sitting on a business place while dealing with the public seems to be highly unsuitable personality for that task. I repeatedly requested him that I apologize if you have felt any thing bad but he was not willing to listen a word.I quietly walked away. I would grade the customer service as ZERO/TEN I would certainly be agreeing to the comments of previous two gentlemen as well now.

Excellent service! They were very helpful and had the supplies in stock I needed for my garage door.
