It was very busy in the store, but my cashier Chandler was very nice/polite and quick to move the line. I’m usually lucky to ever get a even a greeting out a cashier there, so it was a very nice change. Thank you 👍

This store used to be great. Tried to buy various items that I have always been able to get and they have nothing. Very poor management.

I was able to place my order for delivery and get it scheduled for today. Our federal government gave P-EBT cards to qualifying school systems of which we are. As I found out, the shopper is through a third party and they only take them at Aldi and Food Lion. We dont have those in Winchester. My daughter was diagnosed with COVID and we cant go shop. I had to put my order on a credit card. I guess next time Ill use Walmart.

This is the worst store, Kroger or otherwise, that I have ever been to. How Winchester doesnt have a Marketplace that would adequately accommodate the volume of customers this store sees is absolutely beyond me. Ive been shopping here, primarily, for over 2 years on a weekly basis. I keep hoping conditions in this store will improve but, more than likely I am a glutton for the infuriating hatred for humanity that visits to this store often invoke deep within my soul. This place is trash, highly recommend driving to Mount Sterling, Paris, or Lexington for grocery shopping.

Have been a customer of Kroger for over 30 years but they just lost a customer. Total sale was $102.49. Gave them $103. Said if I didn’t have change they would have to round up total sale to $103. How about round it down to $102!! Not sure why this doesn’t happen at other stores.

Love the new layout of the store, especially the produce department. I also liked the scan and bag feature that they have implemented, very handy and it keeps a running total of your items as you shop. Staff is wonderful and friendly as always!

They are doing some remodeling, so its a little hard to find products, but everything is laid out pretty easily and the store is small enough to be able to find things. I think they should upgrade it to a Super Kroger (personally dont like how small the store is when it gets busy). But its a good store. The employees are helpful too.

Store is always neat and tidy. Awesome clearance deals and friendly employees. A good place to shop with items not found in all Krogers

Felt the staff was rude. I asked if I could use the bathroom as the gentleman was cleaning it; I didnt want to move his cleaning supplies without asking. I believe I did my part to be courteous in asking and that courtesy was not returned.

Although they were extremely busy with Christmas holiday customers, the cashier was still friendly. They were extremely efficient. I have found them to have the freshest produce, the better cuts of beef and overall the best pricing in town.

Our small town Kroger is a fine place to do your shopping! The folks are always welcoming and helpful! Atmosphere light, not fast paced, and the other shoppers are always friendly, too...

I love this store. Wide selection. Great people. Prices are good. Plus the managers specials are great. Always clean organized. Plus 24 hours cant beat that.

I just wish theyd keep they would keep things stocked up and it seems like there is never but one or two lanes open.those self checkouts will drive you crazy if you have more than a few things.i wish they would run the place better

Everyone is so nice, really nice! And so helpful and knowledgeable. The produce -and everything else- is ways fresh and beautiful. I love the diversity in selection too-the organics just keep growing.

Nice produce and good selection of fruits & vegetables. Everytime I come to this Kroger they are completely sold out of large eggs by the dozen as well as skim milk & 1% milk. Checkout lines are generally long. A few gripes but overall I like this Kroger.

The employees are friendly they took me to the product I was looking for. The customers are little more upscale than the average grocery store which I like. The shelves were properly stocked also..

Could not find any Pastrami, they have it in Arkansas. You would think if I can get it in a tourist mecca like Conway Arkansas I should be able to find it Winchester Kentucky. After I looked every where and spoke to your master cake designer/cutlery specialist and looking suspicious I left your store hungry and failed.

Something you need? Slightly more expensive than WalMart, but with better quality. Also, sushi chef. Very good store, go there to get groceries.

Always out of stock of the things I need. Cant do the click list because of this because they dont really do substitutions well. Store is small and not well organized. Check out lines are too long. The only good this is they have nice produce and meat, but if you need other things its kind of a waste of time.

Great experience at K Roger the produce and meat just appears more fresh that other stores. Fuel points really help when you cant afford fuel saving vehicles lol.

I love Scan Bag Go. Makes it easy to get in and out and lets me see exactly how much I am spending.

I really like this store I always find great coupons, people are mainly friendly, however I do think it is very crowded and I like how they handle crowds. Definitely Walmart needs to learn from them on how to handle crowds. I really think this store has much better management than Walmart and marketing.

My favorite kroger

When Kroger customer service closes at 10 as a standard and the internet verifies the same then I expect it to be open until 10. I frequent many other Kroger’s and not one of the closes sooner. When I rush in from a reasonable distance away arriving ten minutes before and am told that this store closes it at 9:45 that’s a major problem. What’s next? Are we going to pretend were not Kroger and shut the entire store down early too? You have standards which is why I am a customer. I know that Kroger can be depended on. Not today and not in Winchester, Kentucky. You just cost me time and about $10 in gas while offering the mildest of apologies and a slight shrug of the shoulders. Customers expect and deserve better. This is unacceptable and is the final motivation to look elsewhere for my grocery needs. It’s already unsettling that the plant recently built is ran with all robotics. You paved the way for other businesses to muster up enough courage to follow your lead. Maybe profit hunger is sending the company down the same identity crisis path Wal-Mart is currently trying to overcome. All created by Amazon.

Rather shop here always have. But lately since they cut out 3rd shift stocking the shelves are bare. So i have to go to Walmart😒. Something i rather not do

Love this Kroger! The staff are always extremely nice and have went out of there way more than once to help me. One lady went as far as pushing my buggy for me because my son wasnt feeling good and wanted me to hold him so she pushed my buggy and got my items off the shelves for me while I calmed him down! Tell me any other store youve ever seen that happen!! The ladies at the registers are always really nice and help get you out quick and the lady who always works the U-scan area is one of the sweetest people ever! So as you can see I really like the staff at this location and Ive only had to go somewhere else for something 1 time and its because I wanted a certain brand of something and they had ran out. They had another brand of it but I wanted the certain one so I consider me leaving my fault lol..

I hate the scan and go things, and its only 9pm and they already have all the registers closed.. They only had one of the scan and goes open and it was by the entrance and the line was all the way back to the pharmacy!!! I couldnt wait that long and i had icecream and some really good sale items and had to leave it, and i wasnt alone there was several more that just left as welll.. These stores are geting ridiculous, you cant get help or fast service any where!!

My local Kroger may not be the largest grocery or the largest choices in foreign foods but I am always happy with the service.

This Kroger here is a pain in the &&& cant get up and down lanes. Nothing is where it was . Workers are standing right in front of what your looking for and want move out of your way.. lanes are full of sh.it that could be put up a night an DC not in way... Im going to Walmart from now on... dont care if it cost more or not.
