A great place for bargain tools and associated supplies. They have sales and deals as well as monthly fliers. They have actually started to offer higher grade tools and power tools and still at a great price. Since they have a wide range of selection youre able to select if you just want a cheap one time tool or you want a higher quality tool to get a lot of use.

Great prices on tools and very helpful staff!

They got tools, but every time I want a tool they never found it. Those tools that you pick up a tag to take it to the cashier are never in this store. If the tool is not there, remove those tags from the rack.

This store had in stock, an item Id been trying to buy for over a year. I am sure, I will be doing more future business at this store.

For the price, these tools are great. If I were using the tool every day, I would look at higher end options, but for something used once and a while, things here are great. For instance, I bought their chainsaw chain sharpener and it has work great for me.

Harbor freight is the store for the poor man or woman trying to get the job done. Great tools and great prices. Not at all impressed with generators stay far away go get duromax gen and save yourself the trouble trust me they have 9000 watt that wont run a 220 air compressor so you have been warned. Other than that I have had zero issues and the staff is always customer oriented.

Ive only been there once. Seems like a nice place. A lot of tools with Pittsburgh steel stamped on them. I love the Steelers so I guess this place is cool. You can get a lot of cool MacGyver stuff.

I accidentally gave the wrong ticket to the young lady ringing me up, and an item rang up the incorrect price. The employees were extremely helpful in straightening out the mistake and even with all the extra work I caused, were very considerate.

Clean, friendly, have regular coupons. Terrific prices for what they have. They have a lot, but not everything. It is a a tool store, not a hardware store. Tools are rated good, better and best to help with your selection. Many customers do not mask, despite sign on door. Restrooms are available.

Prices have gone up

I always find good deals on things I need at Harbor Freight. Use your coupons for more savings, and plan your purchases using the 20% super coupon. It gets applied to the largest expense item, not to the whole bill. So I usually buy one item with the super coupon. And it helps to look up the sale items before hand so that you can print out or get the coupons ready for when you check out. Its not the greatest quality tools, but it is a great value for most things once you know what you need and being aware of the quality. I only get certain things fro HF. I have also shopped online and found the Harbor Freight online service to be quick and accurate.

A store that has it all, i have shopped at Harbor Freight Tools for over 20 years, and still have them, and they still work. If you want to save a few bucks, and dont mind its not a top of the line tool, there tools will do the same job, and a lot for a lot less money. Specialty tools here not found anywhere else in town. Many tools here are good or very good quality. And some are very poor quality. However they have a good return policy. If youve not been to Harbor Freight, i recommend a visit. So much to see, its easy to browse the store for over an hour

Apart from not having a 20oz smooth face hammer. My experience is all ways amazing here. The woman that checked me out was not only the sweetest she had an amazing small that would bring anyone back. They are all ways ready to help you, their customer service skills at this particular location is all ways on point.

Great store but be warned most drills sold separately without chargeable batteries.But Im not blaming them it was a bargain buying a drill just forgot to grab the box that has the battery that matches the drill brand .

I gave this a 4 stars because they have cheap tools and that works great on a budget. But you need to know that cheap is also Chinese made and of lesser quality. Knowing that you get what you pay for this is a good place to get those odd tools you may only use once in a blue moon.

Staff when asked for the items, directed me right to the exact spots. The items were in stock and priced as I expected. Nearly everyone was wearing masks and doing the required social distance.

Lots of free parking out front. Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good prices. Definitely come back here.

A good place for a guy to go and get away! Should be a no phone policy. That way there are no interruptions while looking at all the tools in the store at great low prices.

Inventory was low, likely due to reduced imports. I also asked one of the staff about a replacement jointer knife from a machine I purchased 18 years ago, and he was frank but courteous about not sticking parts for their machines. I think they should because it is tough finding a jointer knife in China nowadays! But my point is that the staff was great, maybe not the company supporting customer service.

Great place to buy inexpensive tools

Sales are actually a steal here :) Clean place, organized and staff is helpful and friendly without being pushy. Some products are not carried, though, for some odd reason. For example, drywall knives are there and a great deal but they do not carry the metal drywall pan to go with them. If you are looking for something specific, maybe call to see if they carry it first.

I have been a Harbor Freight customer since 1980 when they were mail order only. They have continually improved their quality and the employees are friendly and helpful. There are still a few items that are iffy but these are fading away are time passes. The CEO of the business listens to his customers and it shows in the new product lines and improved warranties. Now if they could only cut most of the WOWs out of their flyers. Makes me remember the old DAK catalogs. WOW!

Freindly staff, good selection, clean store, great prices on good tools. This aint Snap On but the value quotient [price divided by quality] of the tools is unmatched imo.

I go to two different locations, being about mid way between them. Some pretty decent deals here. You need to know what youre buying since most is Chinese import. Had decent service from power tools, definitely my go to for tools I know will get destroyed or modified for a certain task.

Great selection, clean and well stocked. The associates will help and are friendly, but do not bug you if you are just browsing. I have purchased many products from Harbor Freight over the years with some being great and some being ok, but overall I have been very satisfied with the products and services.

Budget tools for a budget price. Great place to get tools that you only need for a single project or if youre testing something out to see if you like it. They have a lot of items that will make Harbor Freight Tools a go to place for anyone.

Went to return some hammers with a lifetime warranty. They traded them out no questions asked. They seemed friendly and were fairly quick with the transaction.

I stopped in to pick up a 1090 lb 40.5x48 trailer. I grabbed the ticket from the display, and waited in a longer than usual line. I got to the register, and the girl called back to the stock room to find the trailer. The stock room said that they didnt have any.WAIT!! You have a million pieces of paper in a display that tell you to take it to the register to pay, BUT you dont have any in stock? Shouldnt these two things correlate? Why would you make it seem like you have items in stock, but lack the inventory?The cashiers did look up other stores to see if they had it in stock. Thats an entirely different tale to tell though. It includes a 40 minute drive, a 30 minute wait, an inept store manager, and missing parts. Harbor Freight is great for toss away tools, but dont expect anything worthwhile.
