Vary disorganized machine shop and poor management. I would not recommend working for this shop unless you enjoy being stabbed in the back, worked to death with no appreciation, disrespected, and talked down to as you are a child. The schmuck who is a so called shop lead of the machine shop is a arrogant jerk. This place has a bad name with all local machinist because of the lack of respect the management has towards its employees.
