They are constantly raising their rates for no actual reason at all

Ive utilized this company before, for over a year and it was great. Thats why when it was time for another storage unit, I went straight back to them! Pin-pad entry, gated, barbed-wired fenced, and lots of cameras for security! They recently laid a fresh coat of black top too! No complaints here at all. I pay online monthly and they even send out text reminders before its due.

Shelly, the manager was really great to work with. She showed me the units, answered all my questions, and made it an easy process.

Wonderful experience as a present customer

Staff are good, but the gate is constantly broken and there were a rash of break ins that the company did not disclose to everyone who has a unit there.
