Every person deserves the same treatment but it is really bad when the ignorance is from the manager. #Sad

Store employees are nice! Seems like they are understaffed, bins sitting around waiting to be unpacked & put on shelves. Almost impossible to navigate through aisles with a buggy. Makes me feel claustrophobic, like walls are closing in!

Its a very nice place when youre low in money they have a little bit of everything i would recommend to others l.

I always avoid going to this one. its dirty, lines are always slow, shelves are usually empty with merchandise sitting in totes blocking isles. To get some body wash, laundry detergent, fabric softener and other like items you have to lift a glass door that activates a loud alarm so everyone in the store starts looking around searching for the one who set it off. DG needs to quit opening so many stores and focus on the ones they have. Pay employees better and get ones that actually like working there and not just a warm body. It would bring in more business and not have already irritated people that dread going in one to shop.

This location is much better at putting out stock an much more organized than the store close to my house on hwy 11 in winder their always out of everything!!!

Great store with low priced products. The stores have been extremely under staffed the past few months but im sure its the current pandemic causing these issues. We would like to see a larger selection of grocery items

The reason I only give it 2 Stars theres always new cashiers its like they cant keep employees and when they get in a position where they need help management. They cant get help from management theyre always outside smoking on a break on the phone never there to help the new cashier or the customers. They need better trainers and managers!! So someone buying something simple as two or three 12-packs of soda doesnt have to stand there for 10 minutes.

Very clean and stocked! Only gave 4 stars because of how small the aisles are! Its hardly big enough for one person to move through.

Dollar General used to be a place I dreaded going. But now, since new management has been put into place and have redone their stores, everything just goes much more smoothly.

They have what I want at a good price. The only problem is getting out of there. Checking out is almost like having a tooth pulled. But the checkers are really nice folk.

This particular location seems to always have bitter employees for some reason. Its my understanding that there is a major problem with shoplifters, but theres the majority of us consumers that dont partake in such. I frequent this branch regularly (2-4 times weekly) and sadly I honestly can not remember the last time I encountered a friendly employee. Im not going to change my routine and I plan to continue shopping there. Other than the bitter employees its a really good choice in stores. They are always having sales that beat local competitors by a landslide, plus its conveniently located next to the grocery store. This has the potential to be a 5 star DG and I hope whatever it is that causes the employees to be unhappy gets the proper attention and ultimately corrected.

This is the location that I chauffeur my grandmother to, so I normally just wait in the parking lot for her to finish shopping, but that doesnt mean I cant leave a positive review. Those parking spaces are really nice, especially because they are not the cramped ones you find at larger stores, no no no... these are nice and wide... wide enough I can comfortably park my tank of a sedan (95 Buick LeSabre Limited Interceptor). Pavement is kept in good condition, too.

Its a good store. Things are out due to Covid.

This location is getting better about being staffed enough to handle the flow of customers. The wait time to check out has been cut in half in the past 3 months. Hopefully they continue to work on getting staffed and scheduling for peak times.

Store sucks. Every time i go in there, theres only one person checking customers out. The check out line is at least five customers deep and the clerk is slower than growing grass.I know you can get good deals there but sometimes you just gotta ask yourself,,,Is it worth it?

Great, clean and updated store. Its well organized and they have their own coupons as well accept other manufacturer coupons. They unfortunately do not have a big grocery section of the store. But great weekly deals it helps the wallet out. Just remember to bring your coupons.

Your store in Winder has a racist employee, so I pulled into Dollar General and I decide to eat my food before I go in the store and spend my money, and the old woman in the store, walked around the parking lot cleaning up the parking lot and goes inside of the building and call the police and tell them that I am sitting outside of the store too long, I never knew Dollar General had a time limit for customers to sit in the parking lot. And I want to know why do Dollar General hire people that are racist this woman did not even care about the fact that I am a customer who spends a lot of money at Dollar General, I was a customer she wanted to satisfy her own political views, this is not right for people to act like this if you are too sorry to do this job then you should stay at home instead of doing dumb Shenanigans like this, I tell you Im not shopping at Dollar General in Winder Georgia anymore two races for me

I went in today and was going to buy some Christmas air fresheners and plug ins that were on the Christmas isle with a 50%off tag. They were ringing up full price and I tried to tell the lady where they were and that there were alot of this item back there on the shelf. She argued with me about those wasnt 50%off and that there wasnt SEVERAL on the shelf. She refused to go look and refused to ring them up right! The isles were cluttered, carts sitting everywhere, and the carts they use to stock the shelves blocking isles! This store has some on the rudest women working there and this is a nasty store! Ill NEVER shop here again! I dont care if I have to drive 20 miles I will not be back in this store!

Used to be friendly helpful staff. Now theyve had high turnover and you are lucky to receive a simple thank you for your patronage. The current employees attitudes is almost a hatred for working there.

This store always has a problem. Its the one closest to my house, so i frequent this one the most. Theres always one person running the entire store, no help anywhere, register line always long. This day I went in and it was taking everyone 5-10 minutes for their transactions to go through because the computer was very slow. The cashier kept complaining saying that she couldnt wait to get another job. Very unprofessional.

Well i did some comparative shopping. Ive found that roller general is more expensive on some things than other stores. Such as Tide laundry deturgent, scoop away cat litter, also swiffer sweeper i actily found all of these items were less expensive at Walmart.to bad because i really hate Walmart.
