I use NAPA monthly to change the oil and filter on my car, my mother in laws minivan and my sons truck ( alternating of course). The associates are always polite, always knowledgeable and always offer a receipt! Best prices hands down and A+ customer service. They have my buisiness!

If I could give this location ZERO stars, I most assuredly would! TWO times in the last month I have been given inaccurate info by a parts specialist that resulted in me wasting not only my TIME - but my GAS going down there! Only to be told something different in person? Once is a mistake.. but twice in under 30 days is just ridiculous, incompetent and unacceptable.Trust me... do yourself a favor and go to another location, a Pep Boys or somewhere else! God knows I wish I had this month! My family and I go through Napa on pretty regular basis and Ive NEVER had these issues in Oxford, Gray or Auburn... Only with the Windham location.Whatever you do -- DONT rely on anything they say over the phone because depending on who answers you WILL get a different result/answer every time! Thats 3 hours of my life and around $40 gas in my Yukon Denali that I will never get back.Ill be sharing this review on my Facebook/Twitter for all of my local car friends to be aware of also. Because I would hate to see anyone else waste their time and gas like I did this month. Very disappointed!

I bought 4 NGK BR9EG spark plugs a week ago. I cant find my receipt. I took all they had. They have since replaced the four plugs on their shelf. The plugs should never have passed quality control as the grounds are defective. So now I have $17.00 worth of spark plugs Ill never use. Erica told me to call corporate. Never going back. Never have this troble at NAPA.

Not much to say about Napa. Your gonna pay top dollar for any tool or part you buy. I will say Windham is one of the cleaner more inviting locations.
