I am a frequent shopper at Pride in Windsor Locks. Every time I come in here regardless of what time it is in the middle of the night there is a worker by the name of Jon. He is the most polite, up beat, respectful, and a great sense of humor. There’s many of gas stations I can go to on this strip and I go here because of the service And kindness he shows. Keep up the good work. I am a customer for life.

I visit the pride store in Windsor locks frequently to grab something to eat. I just found out today that I could leave a review for my favorite deli service worker. Vernice, aside from making the best sandwich around, is one of the most pleasant people I’ve met. She is very personable and such a hard worker and it is an enjoyable experience every time going to see her. Oh and did I mention she makes the best sandwich around LOL.

I come here several times a day. The night employee Jon is personable, professional keeps the bathroom clean and I always enjoy a quick chat with him. Everyone there is nice but Jon ( and Jasmin) is outstanding. I come to Pride again and again because of Jon.

Always a good place to stop and get snacks ..night shift with Jon at the controls is wicked awesome..The day crew they have now really sucks without Alana cause at least she would greet you with a warm welcome to pride. But these new people they have now dont say nothing to no one. Been there a few times since and not even as much as Hello you cant get from none of them..what kind of customer skills is that..

Vernice Is the best of the best...she knows her customers and they love her. Goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy. I am a repeat customer thanks to Vee She loves her job and it shows. Head on over to Pride and see Vernice for one of her tasty. Fresh breakfast sandwiches and have her make you a coffee,or even lunch you wont be disappointed. Thank You Vee!!!!

Your missing out on some great coffee if you pass this place by. Service is great friendly and you can get gas or fresh made sandwiches breakfast or lunch.Just a lil hole in the wall so dont pass it. Its right before the mobile on the right 😆See you tomorrow guys 😉

Describe yourI work the overnight shift slightly down the road from this pride gas station i buy an energyt almost everynight here. I went in looking for my usual ice tea flavored energy drink when i told the attendant i couldnt find my flavor he just looked at me with a blank stare and didnt offer any assistance so i grab a blue engergy drink think hmm maybe its blueberry flavored i was in a rush my shift started at 11pm it was already 10:55 when i got to work and took a slight sip i immediately spit it out it was the most disgusting tangy undelightful flavor i had ever tasted in energy drinks. i tried calling 15 times from my cellular device and my calls went unanswered i had to leave work run across the street in the cold and ask for a different flavor. the attendant said im sorry since you already opened it theres nothing i can do. i said really im here almost every night buying these things my usual flavor wasnt here so i tried something new. i pratically live off these things seeing i work FT overnight. he apologized again and i left my drink on the counter and walked out. after i ran back to work i tried calling again seeing as though i never got a receipt and i planned on talkin to rod the manager in the morning. again after several more calls no answer so now i am running back across the street again for a receipt i feel like i couldve be taken care of better seeing as though i have a rewards card for gas and spend a good amount of money on energy drinks here. the attendants name is John B he has a very nonchalant attitude and nasty disposition for a store attendant interacting with many customers experience
