After visiting three Verizon stores and finally ending up at the Windsor, CA location, my sister and I left more than pleased. At the Windsor location, Justin was the most upbeat and pleasant salesman that carried himself with confidence and knowledge that went beyond the experience I could have asked for. He laid out multiple options for us to choose from based solely on his knowledge and years of experience and I feel like I left the store feeling confident with my decision and new technological device. If I could send all my friends and family to get a new phone from Justin, I would, because he was a such a pleasure to work with. Justin is a great representation of what Verizon provides and Verizon should be proud to have an employee who is rooted in what the corporation is founded on - stellar customer service and knowledgable guidance. To say the least, I am very happy with my day spent at Verizon and am exceptionally pleased with the service from Justin.

I came in the other day with several questions regarding upgrading my device and was assisted by Jayson who was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you, you are very appreciated! The store feels very covid safe if you do need to make an in store visit. Also thank you for telling me about Bluetooth adapters for cars, I had no idea they existed before! All around a great in store experience :)

Wait time was a long but the service was great. I went in with my mom who is a Spanish speaker. They took care to explain our new phones and then were so patient while I translated and even spoke a few words in Spanish to her. Very sweet. Excellent service.

I have to say this was one of the best experiences that I have ever had at Verizon. I appreciated even during covid how cordial they were . I appreciated how they showed me respect regarding my time and wanted to make sure I received exceptional service. I wish there was more Companies that had employees and representation like that

Yesterday I was at the Verizon in Windsor to replace my lost phone. Even though I arrived only 10 minutes to closing, the gentlemen working there were more than happy to help me, staying well past closing, about an hour, to help me get my new phone set up. Everyone I interacted with, which was 3 people, was beyond professional, friendly, patient, and respectful. I in particular want to give a shout out to Jeremy. What a pleasant, patient, and kind person! I am happy to have found the Windsor Verizon--will return. And I love my new phone!

I was in here for 3 hours because our phones were so old and filled with so much stuff that Freddy had to work some minor miracles to get all the information transferred over. He did a fantastic job with great skill and patience! Im very pleased with the results and am happy that he is close by to assist this non-technical customer when I need it! A very good experience for sure!

Justin is a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly representative that went above and beyond to help me upgrade my Apple Watch, and also fixed issues that have been on my account for a whole year- this issues were from I joined Verizon and the representative that helped me that time wasn’t as knowledgeable as Justin. I totally recommend Victra- Verizon Authorized Retailer in Windsor if you need to open an account or do device upgrades.

Well I ordered my upgraded phone 5 days ago. Since June 12th at 3 am its been on ups vehicle out for delivery. Still dont have my phone. On Verizons website it says 2 days. Not 5. Now I have to wait till monday? Why is my phone sitting in a ups truck 20 minutes from where I live? Get me my phone. Such a joke.

Just switched from metro to Verizon, finally, and they made the transition way easier than I expected it would be. I didnt have to do any of that technical BS that nobody wants to go through, Verizons staff handled it all and helped find the perfect phone for me and spent the time to make sure I knew how to use it, very satisfied with the help I received. Yall need to give those guys at Verizon in Windsor a raise

Absolute worst customer service in the county. If I could give negative reviews. I would. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. Not mention they cant even manage to do their job. My girlfriend went into the store to get a new iPhone. She literally sat there for an hour completely ignored as the 2 employees helped 2 other customers. They didnt even acknowledge her or say they would be with her shortly. As she sat there. She attempted to call other Verizon stores to see who were open. She accidentally called the store she was in and literally watched the female employee pick up and hang up the phone without even answering the call. At that point she had enough and said something to the employee before walking out. I have been in this store a few times and it is always the same. The employees are rude and dismissive and offer absolutely ZERO customer service. If you live in Windsor. You are better off spending the gas money to drive to Santa Rosa for better service. This kind of customer service really makes me want to go back to being an AT&T customer and I absolutely despise AT&T.

Neither girl working knew anything about the Jetpack, refused to exchange it the day after purchase when Verizon corporate told me that the unit was defective. Spent 45 mins on hold with corporate while in the store just so they could excplain to the store manager how the Jetpack worked and that they needed to exchange our defective unit. Love Verizon, would never go to this retail location again.

I had such a horrible experience with Santa Rosa Verizon and Rohnert Park Verizon,just nobody seemed to really care to help me get my Turbo 2 phone custom made. Everyone kept saying Oh we were not taught how to do that so we cant help you or Oh my district manager doesnt even know how to work the Moto Maker like it was so bad,and I am very serious about my phone and for them to show such a lack in customer service and care really made me want to switch phone carriers.But when I came to Windsor Verizon,I was welcomed with such respect and care,and the customer service was Phenomenal!!!! I just want to thank Michael Houle so much for literally taking the time to help me custom make my Turbo 2,and even when he got stuck he figured out how to get the Moto Maker up and working. Windsor Verizon is my favorite Verizon store,the only one I will go to from now on when I need something electronic,or have a question.

I went in to the store and the person behind the counter started out by asking why I was there. I said to get a new phone. He said he would like to help but he just got off the clock and has to go pick up his kids. So the only other worker there was with someone else. Ok. So I wait. And wait and wait.The lady who was helping the other clients kept asking about their ethnicity and things of that nature. It was very rude and the customers were obviously not into that topic of discussion. I was annoyed but still waiting. About 10 minutes go bully and the man that previously said he had Ilyo go pick up his kids stuck his head out from what I assume was the break room to inform the other worker that he stole one of her sodas and used her trick to open it. She explained to the other customers that it was a Mexican trick. Ok.So I wait a few more minutes until I hear more conversation of the same and decide to leave.I was very displeased with how the my handled their business. Poor customer service.
