Horrible. Store mess. Hardly staffed w/ humans. Impossible or near impossible to go search & actually find the 1 person with a key to open locked case containing item needed. Who needs that WMart? Dont go there. I Definitely will never go back. Last, that stores deteriorated over time. Apparently nobodys managing or running the place. Save yourself grief. Avoid store.

I avoid Walmart whenever possible, as its a rats nest at the best of times. That being said, I went to the toy section to purchase a childs birthday gift and the shelves are around 80% EMPTY. Shouldve snapped some photos for proof but instinct told me to leave immediately so that never happened.

Its convenient to where I live and I enjoy the fresh produce.

Spent fifteen minutes in the store shopping, only to find that the line was going to take at least another fifteen to clear! The store had only one checker and everyone else was expected to use self check-out. There are at least 100 cameras for every employee I saw. Entering and breathing the air in this building is simply soul-sucking just due to it being a Walmart, but the utter lack of staffing, ludicrous lines, and big brother like hyper scrutiny make it feel like a dystopian hellscape.Everyone shopping here feels like theyre trapped. The look of wanting anything but to stand in line for another 15 minutes to check their own groceries was haunting. I sat down my items and left.Dont worry though! They have plenty of loss prevention, Walmart wont lose theirs today, even as theyre converting their customers into employees saddled to self checkout machines and delays just to save those pennies.

It was okay an easy in an easy out I do self checkout which is nice but when I have gone home what I have purchased was not in the box so I took it back immediately and they couldnt do anything until the next day when customer service is open

After years of not going here. I finally managed to get to Walmart. Some one had giving me some gift card and heck if I wasnt gonna use them. So went in and found what I wanted got to the self check out and slid one gift card. No problem. Nest one, slid it true the machine and nope nothing so I tried many other time nothing. I called over the gal for some help. She couldnt even get the second one to work so she reach in her pocket and pulled out her bank card and paid off the raining balance for. Im like wow thats nice of u but you dont have to do that.Best shopping experience Ive ever had at Walmart

Its a Walmart. This particular location is kept up better than some Ive been in. Its well stocked with a nice variety of clothes and a good produce section. Theyre good for folks trying to stick to a budget!

Walmarts all right the me is pretty good you just got to pick and choose I wouldnt suggest buying anything off their partner companies online is twice now Ive been expecting packages and havent got them and then have to get my money refunded weeks after I was supposed to have the item yeah I got my money back but I was still out the item and had to look for it elsewhere Weeks Later

Disgusting. This store allows animals in the store and in the shopping carts. I found urine in an isle—I’m sure from one of the dogs running around. After seeing a dog in a shopping cart I left. I love dogs, but they have no business allowing strange dogs around my food and other goods. Big fail for a store and their management to allow this.

Pretty not great. The floor space for the amount of stuff in this store is insufficient. Overly crowded, horrible to navigate. 3 checkers for about 50 people, stood in line for 45 min to buy 4 items. The checker for my line made a number of mistakes when ringing people up, causing massive delays. It is a stressful job, I sympathize, but that was rough.

I go to the Walmart in Windsor, CA and my favorite one and closest to my home. This location is always fully stocked with most of my everyday home and personal needs and most of my pet needs, as well. Their prices are lowest of any stores like them and this store is really kept neat and clean always, plus I can always find an employee to help me if needed.

I’ve pulled up to Walmart Windsor store 2552 at the auto parts asking if they do a check engine light service the guy Austin was great he was so friendly and helpful and went out of his way in the rain to check if my my fluids out of a courtesy and he even referred me to a AutoZone recommendation it was a Great AutoZone store in Santa Rosa overall I had a good experience thanks Austin have a nice day

Windsor Walmart Saturday night 7:00 pm was a absolute joke. First; before entering the store trash cans were over flowing, trash on over the sidewalks had to walk around trash, absolutely no stock on shelves, checking out was another absolute joke, waiting in line 30 plus minutes, only had two (2) check out lines open. Management should be ashamed of how they operate the Windsor store, I truly wish Id taken pictures.We would like to recognize the young lady as the check she very nice very pleasant.

Honestly who doesn’t have apple/google pay by now? Especially big box stores, like come on. You renovate the self check out but don’t support nfc, and then want me to download the Walmart app to pay with my phone, um okey, no tanks 🙅‍♀️

Really gone down hill I switched from Park Walmart and I always go to Windsor Walmart for the past years that Windsor Walmart has been open its been great always clean aisles are always cleared friendly staff but now when I went in it was horrible it looks exactly like the one Rohnert Park and yes I was mistreated. The bathrooms are beyond use in fact its extreme health hazard the big bathroom now has yellow tape wrapped around the bottom of the toilet and when I went into the other stall there was a bloody tampon behind the toilet not to mention a woman that was taking a shower with the sink water she was completely naked.

Every Walmart has its pros and cons. I like that the Walmart in Rohnert Park has clearance items right on the main aisle. They e sold more to me than they would have otherwise. Their garden section doesnt have as large a selection but its more organized than Windsor. Its grocery section could be expanded for sure. I dont shop a lot at this particular location simply because its not close but overall its a decent place to shop and its always convenient for one stop shopping

Walmart store security is so inept that they now treat the customer like a criminal with under garments under lock and key, with store associates ordered to escort customers to a checkout station like a captured felon. RETURNS: Most people work m-f 8-5, but that seems to be the only time the windsor Walmart store does returns, I have wasted my gas and time coming here twice now, Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 2pm to be told, no one can do my return.Do I need to take work off to return an item ?That’s really bad service. Way to support the workers of America, you can cross train some employees can’t you? Hire someone to do returns at least in a Saturday from 10a-5p Jeeeeze.Longest wait times ever: every time I shop here there are no cashiers, it’s been roughly 30-50 minute wait to use the self check out. Are we getting employee discounts for this? 30-50 minutes of someone’s time, especially when we still need to make dinner or work in the morning, people hanging out together in your store is surely not Covid conscious, consumers should be able to get in and get out!

Stock on shelves was light and messy in some areas but the checkout person was extremely helpful and nice.

They got almost everything I need... But I give this Walmart 4 stars because of an employee there named Donna, she is the most amazing employee I have ever seen at any Walmart. She is friendly, funny and always there to help I also LOVE the fact that she remembers people!! She is the reason I drive a little extra to go to the store in Windsor instead of the one in Rohnert Park.

Windsor Walmart is the worst of the 3. The 2 in Rohnert Park are much better, but certainly not excellent.

I always get a little overwhelmed in Walmart and its not usually worth the savings TBH. Id rather pay a few dollars more and head over to Target where I have space to move. However, this particular Walmart is clean, well stocked and when I went (early AM) was pretty peaceful/quiet. Im sure it depends on what time you are there though. I wouldnt guarantee that type of atmosphere in the afternoon.

I used sit in my car,Ive been inside 1🧭at both locations,not alot of helpful information when it comes to finding the right product or employee to help with questions or concerns regarding the customers need.

Its slowly starting to catch up with other Walmarts. Isnt very big and doesnt have a lot of variety when it comes to many items but all the basic essentials are available. The crafting and office sections need much more and the mediocre electronics and photo departments are really lacking and definitely need better employees. Orders online for pick up are a waste of time because items that say available today will take days to process. Its much faster to go in and get it off the shelf, plus the pick up counter is never staffed well and can take up to an hour before you are done. This has happened to me many times. The employees are somewhat knowledgeable and at least try to assist if they can and are getting better with customer service. The self check out is also very convenient although can be bad if the store is busy because the smallest issue can back up check out because its hard to get an employee to enter their code and fix the ongoing robotic voice chanting employee assistance required!.Auto department unfortunately is very bad customer service but even worse auto care. They stand by 0% of their warranties and not only provide horrible service but also horrible work. ALWAYS CHECK EVERYTHING ON YOUR VEHICLE, if you dare let them work on your vehicle as they are absolutely known for not checking their own work. I avoid the auto department but otherwise the store is slowly getting better.

An employee should not be telling a customer which item he can buy. Unless youre paying for it for me, Ill choose the one I want out of them. Quit telling customers the items in the counters are the same and keep quiet while I look at them and choose. Its not your money paying for it so keep quiet and show me what I ask for when I want to look at them and choose.

I shop at this Walmart a few times a year. Mainly for electronics like a flatscreen TV or make-up like mascara - same brand name and quality at half the price. Staff is super nice and helpful. Parking is easy. Place is clean. Returns are 1-2-3.

Had to have a simple bag of socks unlocked from display case. Could not carry them to check out. Clerk had to carrry to another clerk at self check out. Mea while multi cases of t shirts,underware, and multipacks of socks were where open On display in a central coridor near tvs. Why??

I like this store. I used to love it though. It still has most of the things I need for a good price. Lately, however, I have noticed that the variety and quantity of some things I purchase (pet food & personal care products) are lacking. They really need new carts! They have recently brought back the handheld baskets so thats a plus. I will continue to shop here because...well... its WalMart!

Fairly easy to navigate. Really crowded. I went to get a money order, but the machine is broken indefinitely. The roof is labeled with area youre looking for, can see it across the store. They have a strict entry and exit, they yell at you if you go the wrong way. Dont come here for the Money Order. It is broken. I didnt see any prices.

Waited at checkout over 15 minutes. Only 2 checkers when I got in line 6 people back. One closed and said another will open. The line was 20 customers deep.

Not always as helpful and as friendly as they used to be. Took 20min to get help in cosmetics, and when they finally got there, they were super rude that they even had to come help us, even with us genuinely thanking them for coming to unlock the makeup wipes cabinet. If you dont like working with customers, dont work in customer service... period!!

What can be said about a company that hooked us, in the beginning, by making everything in the USA.. Now, everything in the store is made overseas, mostly from China.

I love going to walmartIts a great family outing. In fact it the only time and place where friends and family can all agree and go to shop.. Everything you may need to get by in a state of emergency. In also sad that the store has to close so early I wish it was still 24hrs.

I went to get the second Covid vaccine shot. The small flicker of moisture against my arm, neck and cheek when the protective cap went back on the used needle grossed me out. it did not feel very sterile or clean and left a bad impression with me.The staff was nice but very busy.

With Kmart gone I have to go to Walmart. Is it possible for regional management to support middle managers to have better personal floor coverage. Instead of by department break the coverage by floor area. The person on duty can face the aisles or fold the clothing when not being in gaged by customers and if time permits they can restock. If the shelf is out of product but the product is in a box in the wearhouses? I wanted scruff a luvs 😢

Pretty disorganized for a walmart and honestly shouldnt have so many things locked up if they never have employees open any of the cages even after asking multiple associates to do so or to get someone who can, be prepared to wait over an hour if not longer considering thats how long I waited after asking 3 associates before I gave up and just left.

I was at this location around 6 p.m. in the customer service department was all closed down the shelves look like they had not been stocked. It was a Monday so maybe that had something to do with it.

Its Walmart, pretty much all the same except this one seems to have a problem keeping things in stock.....in almost every department.

It was crazy busy and they literally had no spices which is the reason I went there. Shelves empty!!

Employees are worthless beyond belief one actually walked away from me acting as if he didnt hear me asking him for assistance and I asked him five times within as reach following him.....Walmart is where people go to practice the fine art of malingering.

The lines here are ridiculous. It’s as if they are trying to force you to use self- check out. There are 8 lanes that can be open yet they are only utilizing 3. With lines long and backed up with people waiting. Not everyone enjoys using self-checkout. More regular lanes should be open, especially when it’s busy.

If you go early during the week, its not crowded and parking is available.

Walmart is usually one of the coolest common stores, but now during the covid-19 pandemic theyve been stricter and more rude to customers including after you check out at the door to show your receipt again and be rude and want to look through your cart. I do understand why because a lot of people lost their jobs and people started stealing in order to be able to feed their families and get the things that they need but I feel as though the employees should have been nicer to people who they watch check out and pay for their stuff and then get to the door and have to find the receipts if they put them in their bag wallet purse to be able to hand it to them and then for them to rifle through your things he feels very intrusive especially if youve already paid and youre not doing something wrong.
