I dropped off my bike Monday and they told me 1-3 days to put in a chain link on my mountain bike. Weekend came no call no nothing. Called to check status of my bike, claimed they ordered the part and itd take another week for it to came in. Wouldve been nice to know before weekend to re arrange different plans. They told me 30$ not mentioning if it was for part and labor or each. Ended up being charged double 60$. Business is business, customer service should be more punctual.

Great service! Ive been bike trekking down the West Coast and stopped in for a much needed tune up. The staff were friendly and were able to get my bike ready to go in a short time. Ive visited a few other bike shops on my trip and this one far exceeds the others.

Amazing level of service: courteous, fast, and fair.Courteous - Walked in for bike repair unannounced after having chain problems during a Thursday afternoon ride. I got zero attitude about not checking their availability (most bike shops dont like it when you are not a regular and show up without an appointment for service) and also no You ride a bike? vibe based on body type. Wow!Fast - My bike was put on the repair stand and diagnosed immediately and I had it back the next day! I fully expected to not be able to ride over the weekend and I did not even have to beg and plead. I am so happy about that.Fair - The price I paid was much less than I expected. I am going back to buy clothing or accessories because I expected to pay more.I have had a second home in Healdsburg for several years and after trying out a couple of bike shops in the area, I finally found the one.

I have been shopping and riding some group rides out of WBC & now WB&S for 6+ years and always a great experience and friendly helpful staff. Devon, Brad, Derrick & Laura are top notch you wont be disappointed! Recently bought the wife and I two new Cannondales and couldnt be happier! Looking forward to adding a couple disc brake road bikes to the collection in the next 1-2 years.

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice selection of current road and mountain bikes. They have entry level bikes to get you on the mountain, as well as nice front full-suspension bikes for all different types of riders. Purchased a Scott Spark Full Suspension and it is AWESOME. Loving it.

Guys are always great in here. Bought both my bikes here and stopped in real quick yesterday for a quick item and it was easy street all the way. Feel good giving my money to a local shop that has great service.

We were looking for a bike shop in Healdsburg / WIndsor / Santa Rosa area since moving here in January. Weve found our cycling home - Windsor Bike! I scheduled a tune-up for my Specialized road bike. Arrived to the shop, no wait time - Devon was right on it. He inspected the bike and informed me that my chain needed to be de-greased and lubricated, brakes adjusted and a couple of other minor tweaks. Its an honest business that says - youre booked for a tune-up, but your bike is in good shape and you dont need it yet. AND ... when I asked how much were the services he did on the bike .... NOTHING! They have our business and the business of our friends, too. Thanks, Devon.

Bought my first road bike from these guys and they were a BIG help. They take the time to fit you to the correct size bike and let you test ride them. They also have great deals on the older model bikes. I highly recommend this place for first bikes, replacement parts, and upgrades.

A few months ago while going to the market at night I hit an unexpected monster of a pothole and the seat tube broke off of the frame at the weld. I was pretty upset as I had just gotten back into riding and was really enjoying it. For 15 years I have loved my Giant SS Cruiser and couldnt really afford a new bike of similar quality.I contacted Daves Bike Shop in Ukiah, where I bought it, about the cost of a repair. Dave reminded me that the frame was under lifetime warranty through Giant. He referred me to Windsor Bike as Daves was not an official Giant Dealer. They also printed a copy of the original receipt after going through their old computer.I drove the old cruiser down to Windsor, dropped it off and Giant sent them a new frame. they put the original parts/wheels on the new frame and even replaced some minor hardware. They did a great a great job and all free of charge in about a week.Daves shop and Windsor Bikes both excelled in following through on their service and commitment to customers. Im riding my bike everyday and am grateful we have such outstanding NorCal businesses. Also Giant which honored the warranty after 15 yrs deserves my respect and appreciation.

This store has very helpful & friendly staff. Were treated with respect each time we go in. We live in Rohnert Park now but we still travel back up to Windsor when we need work done on our bikes. We trust them.

Rented a hybrid Giant bike over the Thanksgiving break. Used Wed. - Friday but they only charged me for 2 days. Good bike. Good service including changing the pedals for me and providing a map. I suggest buying the better map of the area for about $12. Windsor, Sonoma cty. and the area is a great place to ride.
