Delightful coffee shop near the Town Green. Long lines moved quickly with friendly service, plenty of drink choices and delicious pastries. We tried the Matcha latte (not too sweet), a mocha (done just right) and the cinnamon coffee muffin. All too delicious for pics 😉

Good espresso. But $2.75 is too much for this amount of steamed milk. (I drank some of it. But the cup was not full.) My order was espresso with steamed milk, and a doubleshot for someone else.

This place is really cute and they have a nice selection of drinks and snacks and the customer service is excellent. Windsor is lucky to have a cafe like this in town.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fast, accurate service. Cute interior and exterior. Tables are available outside in front and on the side, but it’s also across the street from a park with plenty of tables and benches. Creative drink specials, and delicious smelling food (I only bought a coffee).

Cute little coffee shop in the square, staff is friendly, prices are resonable. I definitely recommend for your morning joe.

Absolutely love Café Nōtō. The coffee they serve is excellent. Dog friendly and wonderful staff. Had a pretty tasty pecan pie this morning as well. Must visit.

The girls were very accommodating! I asked for a drink that wasnt too sugary and not too bitter and they gave me exactly what I needed!! Im definitely going back!!

I HATE IT! The manger was so rude and disrespectful! There were cockroaches everywhere! The food tasted rotten! My drinks were cold and I found a fly in them

They don’t serve fast food. They serve really good food as fast as they can.

Coffee was good,not great. When I realized how much they charged for cream cheese and a bagel I was chagrined. But the bagel was excellent and they did put a decent amount of cream cheese, so all in all not too bad.still 7 dollars plus for a bagel and coffee is way out of league.

Decided try the local cafe since the Starbucks across the way had closed. First time there. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte. I took a table opened up my computer and started working and waited and waited after about 15 minutes I asked them what was going on with my food and beverage no apology given they said they called it out and no one answered. They never took my name and no one came to tell me that my food was ready. They were not busy there was no line and they were laughing and chatting. I was completely ignored by the staff and ended up with cold food and a cold beverage. No offer for a reheat or a remake. No apology. They actually said I should have been paying better attention! Incredible indifference from these young ladies. First time in last time in. This is how you treat all your customers and I am shocked youre still in business. Best of luck.

Mostly locals, nice place to read or chat. A bit noisy when theres a table of 4 or more talking, tends to ratchet up. Pastries not as good as Costeaux, but the bagels and coffee are good. Nice help.

They are remodeling but still serving up awesome stuff. Coffee on point. Burrito was great. Only down side was it would seem the burrito was microwaved.

A nice local place with good service. Both my friend and I agreed it would be so much nicer to be there with some lovely art on the walls instead of skeltons.

Coffee was slightly burnt. Breakfast burritos were dated 5 days old and the second half of mine was cold still. They also gave our breakfast order to someone who came in much after us, so still practicing with the service.Overall ok, cute space, and pretty inexpensive.

Roomy and hipster. A beautiful location right off the town green. Cafe Notó has an excelent range of beverages for both the tea and coffee drinker. For those with more refined tastes... They have included a selection of ice creams. 😁

I have been going to Notos for years. Often, I am alone. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. Great local vibe.

Cafe Noto has good coffee, friendly atmosphere and a local feel. It is my go to place in Windsor for quick meetings. The only drawbacks is that it can get noisy, and it closes at 5:00 so I am always having to move along mid meeting.

Pretty hip coffee place. Burritos and breakfast sandwiches are microwaved, usually served with a cold center. Coffee and bagels are good though.

If youre a fan of comforting drinks, you gotta try the cup of love- soy milk, honey, cinnamon; great on its own, phenomenal with espresso.

Coffee is always good. The staff is great.BUT they really need to do something about the accoustics... Even a few sound absorbing panels on the ceiling and walls would make this place soo much better.
