Its like any Starbucks. You know you can get the same coffee anywhere and Ive been happy with the quality bod their dirty Chai lattes. Avoid the savory foods though, the ham and swiss croissant was doughy and chewy. The sausage and cheese sandwich was cold in the middle and the English muffin chewy.

I have probably been in no less than 30 Starbucks around the country, and Ive always been impressed with how upbeat and courteous the employees are. The first time that I went through the drive through here, I just thought the employee was having a bad day to account for her impatient tone of voice bordering on rude. But today was my third time visiting and Ive realized it wasnt just someone having a bad day. The tone of voice is always the same, as if you are bothering them. Also, I always order my coffees with an extra shot of expresso and theyre still weak here. Im assuming the machines are the same all over so Im not sure why here they just dont taste the same.

It was nice having a drink and breakfast wraps for an afternoon meal. We ate outside as you still cant do inside at this time. The girl who took our order was helpful because the tables are chairs outside were wet because of the rain the night before she gave us a towel to wipe them. Just a note that some of the other tables cant be used after a rain because of puddles around them.

Terrible customer service. Walked in at 7:25 pm on 06/12/21 with my sister.4 people working behind the counter, 3 wearing headsets, 1 mopping behind the counter and we were the ONLY customers in the store (none in the drive thru either).Not a single one looked at us or said anything for a solid minute even though we were clearly standing there waiting to order. I finally asked are you closed? to which one of them replied no. She looked at the others, saw no one was observing our interaction then said ok I can take your order. She then proceeded to take my order and then tell my sister one of them will help you. My sister waited for another 3 minutes before one of the others came over. Why the first woman couldnt give us an additional 30 seconds to take my sisters order I will not understand. Starbucks baristas are trained better than this. Not sure what happened to the one here in Windsor.

I just wanna say Kaitlyn was the sweetest and so considerate! We ordered coconut milk with sweet cream cold foam and she made sure to ask/make sure we were okay with the dairy in the foam. 10/10 customer service. Plus she complimented my makeup :)

We love Starbucks but when you pay for a Tall at 4.00 but Venti which is bigger then Tall and a Grande is $5.00 ..making huge profits .

Fast and friendly

A great place to chill on a weekend morning or weekday afternoon. In good weather the outdoor seating is more comfortable than the indoor chairs or benches.

This place is so embarrassing to any other Starbucks around Sonoma County. I went here two days ago and was treated horribly. I came to meet up with my dog who ran away, but the employees were so rude. They didn’t even bother giving her vinegar inside of her coffee!!!! Horrible. She ran back to Puerto Rico how disgraceful. 🇵🇷

No wonder this place is getting shut down they pay no attention to you, & get your order wrong! I was charged for a venti when I asked for a tall and when I received my venti drink I asked if I was charged for it and the woman said yes, I told her I asked for a tall. She preceded to refund me the difference but then poured the drink out right in front of me and I had to wait in line to get my tall drink made!!! WTF?!

How can you go wrong with Starbucks.. Perfect time to go try a Smores Frappuccino.. How can you not.. Im partial to a cold brew on a warm day. One of my favorite locations because the drive through always moves fast...

Chai lattes are awesome but Starbucks sucks as a company. Theyre overpriced in the services terribly slow. The statement is not exclusive to this location.

Nice place. I always go with my family and friends I love the place but today I had the worst experience ever, the cashier was mean and I ordered 4 coffees and the guy who was making the coffees forgot my coffee and I had to wait for 30 minuets. I had a bad costumers service. I will never go again to that place.

Good, quick service and a consistent cup of coffee. They have a nice patio to have your cup of coffee outside when the weather is nice.

Oh boy, this location is under some heat right now on FB. Management is nasty, employees are curt, drinks are late, wrong, etc. Staff is argumentative. What happened to service with a smile? I would love to be able to give that manager the boot and teach that staff what real customer service looks like. When this location was in the Raleys shopping center it was fantastic. Staff was nice, knew who you were, now, meh, not so much.

Drive through is discussing. Looks like its never been cleaned. Rat trap right under window. Garbage and coffee spills everywhere. I hope the inside clean.

Super disapointed.... I usually love this place but tonight was so disappointing. I ordered the new maple pecan frapp and gave me a Carmel frap, I asked them to correct it and the girl at the window was not friendly and very annoyed with me asking her to please correct my order that I had already paid for. Super bummed.

Since opening at the new location (5/15) service is very slow and drink quality is spotty. Multiple visits where it takes 10 minutes plus to get my beverage. This happens at all times of the day, doesnt matter if the store is crowded or if I am the only customer. Employees are friendly, but seem to have no sense of urgency. I typically get a mocha frap, and 1 out of 3 drinks are not correctly made. After 5 months of hoping they will get their act together I have given up and now just avoid this location.

The drive thru is usually super quick or the longest experience of your life, there is no in between. But the staff is friendly and attentive and knows how to make drinks right.

Drinks are a-okay, but, in my experience, the service is slow. Ive gotten drinks up to half an hour later, with not many people inside or outside. Again, this is my experience, yours might be different
