The Windsor staff is always friendly and helpful. There is also a wonderful person that works at the warehouse named Karen. What a fun personality! I always enjoy seeing her. She is so helpful and positive. I would absolutely recommend Imagine More to anyone in northern Colorado. My experience was far and away better than my experience at any other lighting store in the area. This is mostly due to the friendly staff and how they are upfront and transparent with their pricing and product lines.

The showroom is small but pleasant, with some great lighting in display. What made IM stand out was the FAR above average service from Holly, the designer/salesperson. She showed extensive knowledge across many lighting brands and was able to produce just about any light I described. She. Was patient, took time to really figure out the best size and configuration we needed. IM has a real gem working there.
