What an awesome customer experience. I was connected with these gentlemen searching a part in flagstaff. The young man at the flagstaff store was very attentive. Got my order transferred (winslow)after he researched his company for the part I was having trouble finding on a next morning dead line. Thank you so much to both stores.Stoked to have you in our neighborhood. Uncle was able to in stall the fuel pump and get his job finished

I am travelling across country and as i was helping someone else stranded on the road, my wheel fell off the truck! i figure we should have flipped over but the creator was watching over me and kori.(my service dog) we skidded to a halt and was safe as could be on the edge of the road. called aaa and waited for the tow truck. meanwhile the guys at napa came and picked up the tools and took them to the other stranded motorist! i eventually got towed to a hotel.next day, went to napa and ordered parts, got help from the guys with getting my truck ready for when the parts arrived the next day.parts came and spent the whole day servicing the truck. took it out on a test drive to hibbert road. stopped to check the dust cap and it burned my finger. waited for ir to cool, then hobbled my way back to napa. on the test drive to hibbert road, ed stopped when he saw me passing by to check and see if i was good. on the way back to napa as well, he had stopped again to make sure i could get back. made it to napa and took everything apart and checked it with eds help. could not figure it and decided to replace the whole thing. ordered the parts needed and even had help with shipping. awaiting the parts for tomorrow. i will update this review when i get situated.just have to make sure that everyone knows that i know how to change oil and tires, check fluids, grease points, thats it. and with this stores help, i will get back on the road to go home. been in 27 countries and 42 states, this store has the best service i have ever encountered. they are it! this veteran will always make it a point to stop by and say hello everytime i am in the area. so grateful for this interaction during these troubled times. at every turn i was gonna give up. glad that i had good people around me for the encouragement.i am a napa auto parts customer for life!thank you very much!

I went in in person first time. Ed was very nice. The dog is huge but friendly wanted to be petted but he told him get behind counter, he listened. I talked to ed and dog. What can I say, you need a part for your vehicle? Then go here. Walk right in for incidentals, oil, wipers, spark plugs etc. Call in for major parts, alternators, radiators, engines, etc.

I didn’t really want to buy one for a 2 second job in the parking lot so, Robert offered up a small screwdriver from his own tool box out of his truck. I called in to get a replacement radiator coolant reservoir for our old Winnebago motorhome. Ed served me and was very helpful in modifying my existing overflow hose and came out if the store to my vehicle and mounted the universal reservoir so that we can continue our journey. The store has excellent stock range and Ed provided the helpful and friendly service. Highly recommend!

So I will give a five star rating to Ed and the crew at the Winslow Napa. I have been to a lot of auto house parts stores and typically they are nothing but a bunch of guys that don’t know a lot about automotive parts. But the crew at Winslow NAPA know what they’re doing. Not only are they courteous but they got me in and out without any problems keep up the good work

The other day I went into Napa to get a battery and oil filter, Chad I think his name was, helped me out and was very courteous and polite. Informed me on what would be best for my vechile, and was very thorough with what I needed👍 he displayed great customer service, dealing with the phone ringing and greeting customers while they came in. Overall I was impressed with his ability to multitask, while keeping a smiling face and abilty to keep engaged! Great fit for the Napa Brand!! Keep up the work guys!

These guys are great at their jobs and I want tio give Jason one attaboy. He did go out of his way to make sure the seat covers bought would be correct. The Seat Designs Custom Seatcovers are worth the price. It took me 35 minutes to install alone but I reccomend you have another person help out.

The customer service Byron provided was great. He was kind, and more than happy to help me change out my headlight. 10/10 would recommend.

We stopped in because our camper battery was died while we were camping near Blue Ridge Resevoir. Ed was extremely helpful, he offered to charge our battery but it would take too long so we bought a new one. He explained why the battery which was new drained so quickly. He also was kind enough to give us a breakfast recommendation. Ed gave us 5 star service!
