Asked two maintenance guys to open one shower but he aint ready to open one, asked the counter gal to open it she said shes not trained when last week she did open one for me..Time is 1:50 am 2 people are waiting in line..and its been 30 minutes.. this happens only when Im there, few people are always waiting there for me...The whole scenario is pre-planned...This is not the first time.. please check my reviews on other pilots also.. and all reviews have pictures..AND PILOT, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT YOUR SON IN LAW. Because in my culture son in law dont wait for anything.. since you have shown a keen interest in my personal life, only in-laws do that.. unwanted interference.. and I see that you guys are performing all the acts of in-laws pretty good..Im proud of you...

This is hands down, the FILTHIEST Fly J/Pilot. Pilot Corp really needs to send their people out to this one and see just how bad they are representing their company! Bathrooms filthy, no paper towels or tp. Paper towels and water ALL OVER THE COUNTERS AND FLOOR. And out in the store the counters ALL AROUND THE FOOD AND DRINK AND COFFEE AREAS WERE DISGUSTING. Yet employees and a couple mgrs walkn around not doing anything about it. And this is NOT a one-time thing. I have stopped in MANY times as I travel thru their all the time. It has been like this EVERY SINGLE. TIME. No more.....

Big showers, lots of parking, and own deli with good food. And I like to leave a tip when my shower is clean. Good people that will help you any way they can.

Fuel islands, every basket has more than half level of windshield cleaning liquid and 2 brand new long handle wipers. All the way to the entrance I couldnt find any trash. Evening cashiers are clean and bright. Kiosk machines work well for the fuel receipts. Restroom shiny.Coffee fresh and hot. Nice. Clean...including the restrooms. Many items and FOOD to choose from. Well stocked. Friendly employees. This is by FAR the nicest truck stop between Flagstaff and New Mexico !! There is also a sit down restaurant here.

We use this Flying J as a switching/resting point, and on occasion grab some fuel if need be. I particularly like this place because it is one of the only places in Arizona along our route that actually has some grass for the dog lolFriendly staff, clean and pretty well maintained. Nice drivers lounge with a laundry room.Now if only the drivers that use this place and park here would respect the grounds, it would definitely be a very nice place to reset.

What nice people. Jon, the manager, let me drop my rv for the duration after my truck stalled at the pump and had to be towed to Flagstaff for repairs. Enjoyed the great coffee, pizzas, Cinnabons, and Dennys. A great example of why I always seek out RV friendly Flying J.

Truckers you pull up after fueling if the guy behind you is done too then find a parking spot on a shoulder. Winslow has the longest truck lines in the whole country. Bone head truckers.

This is the place to stop when you are traveling, they have restaurant, snacks, restrooms and shower all at one place meanwhile you are filling you fuel tank.

The most useless customer service Ive dealt with. I ordered pizza. The cashier said they were preparing it.20 minutes later the other cashier said that they will no longer be cooking it!!The ladies that work there are not happy with their job and lives !

Poorly managed store. Coolers were unstocked last night. This morning not a thing for breakfast. Almost 6:00 a.m. when all of the prepared food should have already been up, not even a warmed up breakfast sandwich. Management needs to get their head out of their hindquarters and crack the whip.

Shower#3 was not clean enough, there was dust on fan which blows on you all of them. I think it was not cleaned more than a week.

I was in Sunday morning to get a shower. I waited over an hour. Staff was friendly enough, but they only have one person to clean showers and do the trash outside.

Showers were clean with ample hot water and pressure. There was no line at busy time of day. Store was orderly and well stocked. CSR was friendly and efficient. Pizza was better than average.

Bathrooms nasty and when i finally got a shower the toilet in it was not clean. This is why i usually use the petro or loves

Surprisingly clean and reasonable prices. Breakfast sandwiches were what you would expect from a gas station. They have a cinnabon in the gas station.

This place isnt big enough to accommodate the amount of customers they have. There was a line for the bathroom and a traffic jam of trucks trying to get in and out of the parking lot. Im sure its much worse at night when the parking lot is full

One of the nicest Flying J / Pilot locations I have stopped at. Nice that there is separate parking for commercial trucks and regular pickup trucks towing trailers. Last thing a guy towing a trailer wants is to be parked next to a semi whose engine is left idling all night, music / radio blasting while the truck driver wakes up from his night in his sleeper. The food area is great with freshly cooked chicken available, as well as all the other usual amenities. Great lighting, clean bathrooms, friendly service, well stocked store. Still the best coffee on the interstate, too!

$2.89 gas station prices..almost the last one with cheaper gas prices in hwy 40, next town flagstaff $2.93 & then Longman $2.90Avoid getting gas in Needles prices there are always top $5.00 cheapest 4.77

Nice, quiet Flying J. Older location but appears to have been remodeled extensively. Since it isnt near a large city or in a sketchy area, you arent bothered whether a passenger car like me or a trucker.

They made some renovation and i look nice but we pay for it with a half full bol of broccoli for 2.71$ not going to buy food again. Its getting worst no def or windshield washer (like its the coldest place in the us and they can figure it out) no cofee and soft drink machine broken i dont know why they put money in this place they are not maintaing it .

They fill propane tanks here! Very close to Homolovi State Park and on the way to Petrified Forest National Park.

I love the Flying J & Pilot Truck/Travel stops. They are always clean, friendly & efficient employees. The coffee bar was stocked & exceptionally clean....as were the bathrooms. Great selections with reasonable prices. Flying J is constantly consistent in its business practices. I ONLY stop at Flying J & Pilot. I have tried other travel stops....but they dont even compare with the Flying J. Flying J is in a perfection league of its own!

Shower somewhere else they like to put dirty towels in the dryer put them back in showers after they’ve dried instead of keeping up with the laundry.

Everything was clean and overall a good travel center. Only issue is that theyre still living in 2015 when Arizona didnt accept vertical IDs. They changed that in 2016 and there havent been any changes since. The employee still rang me up, but was all worried hed get fired. Maybe teach the employees current state laws.

Not really a fan of Flying J but this is a pretty great spot to stop and get gas.Refueling is easy. great facilities, really easy to get in and out.The convenience store has lots of great snacks and drinks to refuel your body as well. I always stop here on my way passing through Windslow Arizona.Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love truck stops. Like a lot. They usually have the best road snacks, the most interesting local trinkets and believe it or not, the cleanest bathrooms. This one was an exception. Decent snack choices (cinnabon too!), fun trinkets and borderline nasty bathrooms. Oh well. Cant win em all.

The BEST truck stop coffee I,ve ever had! They have machines that grind most any bean available and brew it as you wait. Theyre employees stationed at the self serve coffee counter to answer questions, keep the area spotless and well stocked.All truck stops are within pennies of each other for fuel prices but a great cup of Joe gets me off of the road every time. Sometimes just for the coffee!

Employees were friendly, polite, and super helpful. The whole store was clean and well lit, the bathroom was immaculate. I didnt buy gas, so I wasnt paying attention to their prices, but the $10 fee for their dump site was quite reasonable.

11-6-19, 5:30amPlenty of parking but some drivers still parked wherever they chose instead of proper spaces, which caused a huge backup in the morning when trying to fuel up and leave, so be warned that if you park here you might get stuck here longer than you prefer to be.No trash cans on the lot.They did have coffee and cashier was friendly.

When it come truck driving time is most valuable thing i stop this truckstop to print some document but guy wait like 45 minutes with no hesitation i needed so bad this paper after 45 minutes i tried to talk to him he was keep asking what i need really that was so disrespect to me unprofessional they didnt treat me well i was so disappointed

Parking lot is a joke. 30 min plus to get through past the pumps. Then everyone is inside watching the game as they are afraid of wet roads. Most in the photo arent even drivers, most seem to be locals with no cable as even the kids were brought down.

After the wonderful makeover, it seems to be a tad more bigger and organized. Theres separate fuel stations for standard vehicles and 18 wheelers. From what Ive noticed, theres a Cinnabon snack bar, gift shop, a large amount of coffee selections, hot grill for fresh cooked options, laundromat, showers, massage chairs, western union, faxing, offer copies, a Dennys thats within the same building, lotto ticket machines, ATM, clean bathrooms and a big parking lot. They offer a lot of trucking business amenities. Im not sure if I missed anything. Great customer service. No problems from my end. We always stop here when we travel through. Get their app, it helps you save at the pump.

How come this location has 15 showers, and no matter what time of day I stop here ( this is 4th time this month today) theres always a line of ppl to get in showers . I have seen as many as 9 guests waiting last week at one point.parking lot always half empty in daytime, so its not like too many people here. half of showers have doors open, nobody cleans and personnel walking around with a bored look on their faces.Cant someone do something about that ?its not ok to have something like that consistently happening time after time .

I had a good experience at this location. Bathrooms were clean. They also have lots of fresh fruits for sale. Friendly and very helpful staff; the black gentleman that works up front selling the cinnabons was very courteous.I would of have given it a 5 star but theres no American flag. And no, I dont wanna discuss it further; I WANNA SEE ACTION TAKEN!
