This is my go-to place for all things vacuum. Just bought an Aerus Veridian Endeavor cordless stick vac from them and used it as soon as I opened the box. It is PERFECT! It beats the Dyson hands down, especially the price. The guys in the store are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly!

Several years ago we bought a heater from this location and have been very pleased with it. Last year, a wheel broke off (weve used it pretty heavily), when I called to order a new one, not only was the part covered under warranty, but David Smith came out to our shop and replaced the part for us. Excellent customer service from trustworthy people. Thank you guys!!

Very friendly staff. Helped me with my purchase which was out of stock, they found the item had it shipped to the store within a couple of days and called when it was there. Was an easy process. No complaints. Recommended.

A year ago we purchased a central vacuum for our home. I love it! Best investment. The folks at Aerus of Winston-Salem were great to work with and followed up after the sale. I will never have to buy another vacuum again. I was spending $500 every few years on Dysons . What a waste. If you dont want a central vacuum they have the original Electrolux that your grandma probably still owns. Wish someone still made a washer and dryer that would last!

I took my churchs vacuum for repair. They also sell bags and filters for it. Did a great job for a good price. Would highly recommend. People working there are knowledgeable and nice.

Great product I purchased in the upright vacuum. I did have two Dyson animal vacuums that I had to keep cleaning the filter in the bag less container to get rid of pet dander.

Took an old Electrolux to be serviced and ended up buying a new classic Electrolux.

I live in Greenville, Florida a d I visit my sister Mary who lives in Winston-Salem as often as I can. I have bought over the years from David Smith the following Electrolux products: a large Lux Guardian Air purifier, a Quick Lux broom vacuum, a Lux Guardian space heater and last year a Lux Legacy vacuum. Needless to say I love the products and even call NC to get my vacuum bags. I love my prodicts.
