We were being strung along by Safelite for a new windshield. Hubby called Auto Glass Now. We got a same day appointment. Service was very friendly, but a little slow since only one tech was working. Beautiful installation, AMAZING price. Under $300 for a Honda Odyssey (a very big windshield). Were very pleased! Thanks for being there, guys!!

Great prices! But you better plan to drop off you car! This is my 2nd time ive used them and both times after making an appointment ive waited 4hours while they work on other peoples cars! That came in after me!

I have used this location multiple times in the past, and have had great success. However, I had made an appointment for this past Friday (7/30) to have a windshield put in my pickup truck. Mind you, I made this appointment the previous Saturday (7/24) to drop it off. I drop it off just after 8am Friday, they asked if I wanted to wait, I had said no but as long as it’s done by mid afternoon it’s fine and to call me when it’s done. By time 4:15 rolls around (I get off work at 5), it had not been touched. If I was just a walk in customer, I’d expect that. But having made an appointment 6 days before, that’s just unacceptable if you ask me. They’ve done great work before, but this time just didn’t cut it. 2 stars just because I had a great experience before. I’ll be filing my insurance and let them deal with it instead of wasting any more time.

Short staff because of call outs. It was a busy day cars before me & cars pulling in after I checked in. They still got me done in a good amount of time. Im a straight shooter so I have to be full disclosure. The workmanship was spot on but if could suggest something. I think it might be a good idea to invest in maybe one of those battery operate leaf blowers. My hood was full of glass micro pieces. Could have been an oversight because the one guy there was working hard so I get it. The manager was working desk & trying help him. May have not been the norm nevertheless I would definitely go there again & refer them.

Great service and awesome attention to detail! I needed my entire windshield replaced. It was more affordable to go to this company instead of through my insurance deductable. I arrived a little after 5, not realizing how long it took to replace the windshield (which is about an hour and a half). They still serviced my car and kept a smile on their face. I hopefully will not need another replacement anytime in the near future, but If I do, these are the people to see!

I thought everything was good with this place at first until I got the first call from the manager. The person I felt with on line put in the wrong info for my car. Finally got that all worked out then I got into the shop where a employee and the manager a manager were arguing the whole time on and off while I was there. It made every one uncomfortable and worried that the employee was going to do something to our cars. While this was going on the manager was also dealing with a lot of wrongly scheduled appointments and calls. There were a lot of problems going on while I was there. It would have all been fine but then I looked at my car after and there was black residue left all over around me car on the metro around the new windshield. I guess whats what I get for going inexpensive. Cant say Ill want to go back.

They did a great job putting in my front windshield. I did not have to wait long at all. I probably was there at least an hour and maybe an hour and a half.

Great place! During a trip of mishaps leaving Charlotte Airport picked up a flat and rock damage to hood and windshield on I85 from a truck that ran off onto the shoulder of the road. One HUGE SPIDER WEB CRACK and several rock chips in windshield that did not result in any cracks. Checked online and found AutoGlassNow and they offered same day service. Headed there 1st thing in the morning and was greeted promptly with a helpful and friendly attitude. AutoGlass now Master Glass Technicians throughly checked the windshield and felt they could repair the Windshield verses replacing it. They immediately went to work on it, no appointment, walk in business. They even took the time to speak with State Farm about my claim to initiate the claims process. They were so quick that they had finished before State Farm could send the electronic claim. Very positive experience overall and couldnt be happier with the finished work. If you need glass repair or replacement and are in or around WS check this location out on Healy Drive near Hanes Mall. Their location is convenient and their pricing is ultra competitive!

The gentleman on the phone told me what the issue was over the phone. I was able to fix it saving a lot of money. I dont remember his name. But Ill use them any time I can. You cant do better than honest.

Put windshield on wrong TWICE. Scratched paint on brand new car. Refused a refund despite screwing up TWICE. Insisted on fixing it themselves. So that there can be more damage to the paint?

This is the second time I have used AGN. Both times the staff has been very professional and courteous. COVID-19 restrictions were being complied with by both staff and customers. Parking lot has been freshly paved and looked great. Both times I stopped in for an estimate and they were able to do the job immediately. Crew works fast, did an outstanding job and cleaned the glass and surrounding area. Price for both jobs was very good. Would highly recommend this business.

They didnt put the winsheild in right the first time and are so busy they are rushing everything the cashier has to go and do half the help. Took my truck in and on the first time when it was in wrong they tried to look for a way it to be my fault.I recommend getting the warranty but also if you can, find a way to go somewhere else until they get more staff so they can take their timeAlso the smell of weed was major, asked the cashier and he said ha ha yeah

The service was great and the workers were nice. You can tell the glass is a lower quality than the original but it’s fine because you get what you pay for

A little pushy and unprofessional on the phone. It was recommended by a few others I completely trust so gave it a go! Did a great job and worked me in the next day. No one was wearing masks and most patrons werent either so that was a bit icky. First come first serviced so appointments arent available.

Haley the manager was an absolute delight to deal with, when I came to her about my window leaking she took care of me right away and put a warranty claim in and got my glass on order. She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel the the most important customer in the shop! David the on-site installer was excellent, he was courteous and went the extra mile to make it right! I couldn’t have found a better glass replacement shop if I tried. My windshield has cracked across to the driver side and I had called to schedule an appointment. I thought that I called the location itself but turns out I had contacted the call center. They scheduled my appointment on a Friday at 5:00 stating there would be no problems. I show up and the location had no information on my vehicle (didn’t have my windshield in stock) nor had been informed of my appointment. Shame on the call center, however the manager at this location apologized multiple times and rescheduled my appointment. The manager was so helpful and super nice during the whole process. Guaranteed that they would have my windshield ordered and there on the day of my appointment. This is a very busy location and can be a slight wait but I was not disappointed with the service one bit.. from the front counter to the shop work. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs their glass replaced!!!

The price for my windshield replacement was more then 50% less then what my insurance deductible was had I gone to one of their recommended shops. Great staff, great service and clean shop, all for the right price. I highly recommend and consider Auto Glass Now my go to place for all my windshield glass needs.

I walked out. No COVID-19 compliancy other than a sign taped to the door requiring a mask be worn. The person behind the desk taking your keys and coordinating with customers was wearing his mask under under his chin, mouth and nose fully exposed the entire time I was there. Customers walking in and out with no mask on or granting 6 feet. Management not even remotely trying to enforce Covid-19 compliance.

I called when my brand new car got hit with a rock leaving a chip in the windshield. Ashley was very helpful and was able to give me the price over the phone. They were able to repair it while I sat and waited. It took about 35-45 minutes to fix. They told me before they did the repair that it wasnt going to be perfect aesthetically but that the repair would protect the glass and keep it from becoming a major crack. All in all I am satisfied with the result (not perfect, but definitely 80% less noticeable) and the price was unbelievably low.

After being told to be there for an appointment at 12:30... I waited four hours for my car to be looked at. Around 4:30 my car was brought back where they told me the only glass they had for my car was damaged. I made the appointment on Friday and obviously no one inspected or checked they had the correct glass for my car in the shop. Then I was told I could not make another appointment because they stopped taking appointments this week and it would be on a first come first serve basis. So, I wasted the gas to and from the place and almost 5 hours of my day altogether. When asked why they couldn’t have told me before I waited four hours the technician became angry and started throwing and hitting things around the shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you go here prepare to be there all day and without a guarantee your glass will be fixed. I was there with another woman who had been waiting since 8 am and a man who waited 3 hours to get his car done as well.

I am well pleased with my experience at Auto Glass Now with regards to the repair of my winshield chip. I arrived about 15 minutes after the store opened and waited about another 10 mins for the technician to show up. But once he arrived we got the ball rolling with the car in a quick manner, and within about 45 mins the crack was sealed and I was quite impressed with the look of the repair job! 👍🏼Will come again, thanks!

Joel was awesome, nice, and fast at getting right on putting the part in!id highly recommend them and will go-to again if I need to. also buy your own parts(locally, EBay!) and then bring it in if you arent able to afford the store-bought part. Just make sure that part is specially made for your car(years wise) when looking.

I received service from them back in October or November which they replaced a glass on my door, in the process they did not get my door panel on correctly and also lost a piece to the inside of my door. I have been in contact with the District manager Clint which has basically given me the run around kfor 8 months now about ordering the parts to fix the problem now I havent heard from him no more and when I did he said the parts were on back order which I called myself and could get those parts not problem still as of today I have tried emailing him 2 times now and have not heard anything else from him and the problem still not soloved.

Last night, a stone from a truck flipped up from the highway and put a nick in our windshield.We called them as we traveled down the highway after doing a Google search. Very friendly office staff. Reasonable prices. But the quality of work is seriously lacking. I took my van in to get a chip repaired and the chip is still just as visible as it was when I took it there. I used another company a little further away with another vehicle and you can not see the chip. So steer clear!

Company representative Clint Dalton misrepresented himself as being Safelite Auto Glass! Mentioned Safelite AutoGlass Glass at least three times during our conversation was never corrected that he was not Safelite Auto Glass. Appointment was made on a Friday for Saturday morning. I mention that works third shift at least twice and requested that the job be completed in a timely manner. Clint Dalton reassure me concerning installation, however, pulled us into the bay 45 minutes after scheduled appointment. As my wife and I are exiting the vehicle he walked up to us and said he would have to get to us Monday because a part for the windshield had not come in with the windshield. First of all did not like being misrepresented. Secondly the part should have been check prior to us being late being pulled into the bay. 3 an apology was never given or expressed! Complaint to The Oakland California corporate office was made. Do not deal with these folks unless you know that they are not Safelite Auto Glass!

Ive used this company many times for auto glass replacement in several of my vehicles. They have always done great work. They have the lowest prices in town and great customer service. Ive interacted with the old manager Tina who was nice and polite willing to do anything for her customers. When I returned this time I dealt with Denise who was also extremely helpful and polite. I dont know what some of these other people seem to see, but I have always had wonderful customer service and work completed by this company. Id say maybe the person who said she had all these problems is the one with the problem. Also these people who say theyve had a bad experience are afraid to identify themselves. Why remain anonymous if you actually had work done there.

I called in the morning to confirm they were open, then confirmed the listed hours before I left, only to find the place was closed over an hour early once I arrived. They had two separate opportunities to communicate a change in hours but did neither.It doesnt matter how good your service is if you cant be bothered to communicate properly with your clients.

They came and replaced my back glass. When there was a minor problem with how my spoiler was put back on, they fixed it for me. It was also half price of my deductible, so I felt like they really wanted my business and my satisfaction. Overall, very happy and I would happily use them again.
