Forgot what customer service is. Trying to order a part and the guy refused to take my name and number to call me when it comes in. Wants me to call them at random times. Absolutely ridiculous. I even said I dont need it tomorrow just notify me when it gets in and he said ok just call up there... No, you take my info and call me. Whew, end rant.
