My car was broken down she helped find the part I needed and even let me borrow the tools I needed to fix it as well as helping me fix the part! Bought 2 Axels for my Truck. I was told they would both be there at the same time. I was lied to, I not only didnt get the axle, I couldnt get my car repaired because they didnt have the othee axel. Also missed out on work for 2 days. Order your parts at another store. I didnt feel any love here!

Super people. ITS really TREEMAN. Now you know who this is .You guys ALWAYS have the best deals on my air, fuel and oil filters... And I dare ANYBODY to try and compete with your 15 W 40 oil deals for all the big trucks and equipment we service.Then there is stuff like the oil filter wrench you guys had IN STOCK!!!!! The other parts stores were clueless....I like my SNAP-ON tools but I bought yours for $34..... verses $287....In the end you guys save me,or basically my employer, a CHUNK of money.THANKS for all yall do...til next time...................

Was simply looking for an Alternator for a 2017 chevy malibu, 1.5 turbo charge. All they had was a Alternator for the 2.0 turbo charge model. Brandon the Salesperson, told me that its not that much different and that the Alternator for the 2.0 model should fit the 1.5 model. I dont know that much about cars so i took his word. So the alternator had to be shipped from Charlotte for next day delivery . I picked it up today and took it to my mechanic shop and the mechanic told me it was the wrong Alternator for my car.I had to pay my mechanic labor for basically taking out my old Alternator and putting it back in because i was advise to purchase a 2.0 turbo charge Alternator by Brandon from Napa that wouldnt fit my car and my car is a 1.5 turbo charge.. I purchased The Alternator on Monday, 10/21/19 and returned it 10/22/19.

Went here due to their commercials of appearing more knowledgable. Not sure why I believed the tv but here I am. They were nice and friendly but couldnt figure out which belt I needed (I had the old one in hand), granted it was for a lawn mower and not a car. They ordered one, I came back and it was wrong. Oh well.

Very very rude did not even acknowledge me when I walk to the counter and there was no one else in the store turned around and walked off into the back I left my product on the shelf exited on “you at least acknowledge a customer”. No reply no apology just turned around and walked off. Take your business elsewhere
