Dont do any kind of business with this company. I ordered a plastic trim piece for my bumper. Gave the VIN number. They confirmed. The part that arrived didnt match the color. Now theyve been ignoring my emails trying to get a return or an exchange for four weeks.
Im not sure you want your parts arriving like this. I placed 2 orders on the same day 8-11-20 its now 9-8-20 almost a month later and Im still waiting on 3 parts. Called multiple times to ask where the parts are only to be told there stuck in transit somewhere. Well call you back later today to confirm. Do you think they ever called back? Would not recommend to a friend.
1 month after still no information about the parts…. Worst bmw mini dealer in the entire United StatesLeft 20 message and never received a call back, the guy start laughing when I was complaining about the delay. It is unbelievable hope bmw will do something about them
Possibly the worst experience ever. Tried to order but the guy sent 15 emails and never processed order. Total waste of time. I did receive the parts in good condition but Im not sure I want to deal with Joshua again

Placed order and it was placed on hold. Had email communication with Jason order was placed and shipped. Part arrived damaged called and left several voicemails and even tried to email Jason back with no answers. Like what kind of customer service is this. Filing a complaint with my bank as well to get my money back since they have been quiet.
Do not do business with this company. They will not respond and when they do answer the phone they will hang up on you.
Fixed order quickly and shipped it within less than expected time-line after emailing customer service. (Re-iterate once again) Company is a fraud, sends me ACDelco part when says Original on website. Specifically asked during emails with Floyd Norton (Customer Service) and still sends me incorrect part and charges me 60$ in shipping for 20$ part that I got down the street. I specifically ordered for a GM part
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I purchased over $2,000 worth of parts only to have them take the money out of my credit card and then send me an email stating that they were canceling the order without any reason or excuse. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for the refund to be reapplied to my card so that I can order the same parts elsewhere.Never again will I order from this unprofessional business. I may have paid a little more but I realized that I should’ve ordered straight from the Chevy website and I wouldn’t be delayed fixing my car..

Ordered hood and fenders. After a week got an email that my order is on hold, without any explanation. Wrote multiple emails, tried to call to no avail.After second week my credit card payment was returned, still without any information.Needed the parts fast, now need to look elsewhere. Two weeks wasted because of GMpartsdirect. Avoid if you value your time.

This website allows you to order gm parts, but it is not directly from gm. The prices they offer are $5 -$10 less at most. They get you with the overpriced shipping. Going to your local dealership will grant you with the same parts with taxes and shipping included, but they will be in your hands the next day. If you decided you ordered the wrong part or just decide you don’t won’t the item from them, then no fee is required. Unlike with this website, they order from gm but take 7-10 business days to receive the product. Then they ship it to you, if your item is not complete you can not cancel without a charge. Do yourself a favor, just take a short drive to your dealer. Customer service is the same rating.
**Buyer Beware**I utilized their websites VIN lookup # tool to identify headphones that would work with my SUVs rear entertainment system. Unfortunately, the headphones did not work. I returned them promptly in the same shipping box in the condition I received. I was provided a refund LESS 35% of the purchase price. They informed me this was because I did not provide the VIN # when I placed my order. I shared with customer service that I ordered the headphones based on the returned results of utilizing their VIN# lookup tool. Theyre unwilling to refund the outstanding 35%. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
Good luck getting money back for returns or cores. Been waiting for months, many phone calls to Anthony. Keeps saying I will do it now, money never shows up. Will never go here again for parts.
Been doing business with them by mail and at the dealership for about ten years now. Never a problem, always exceptional service. They even stayed open late until my vehicle was done. Website is a treasure in finding the right parts for your vehicles.
I made an order of ACDelco Dex-Cool from them. Part of the order was never delivered. The FedEx tracking says that shipment was returned due to damage during shipping. Three weeks after that, no replacement, no replies from them, and no refund for the undelivered items.

Dont bother. They need to be shut down along with Flow Chevrolet (their parent company). Ordered on 19JAN. Its now 10FEB (15 Business Days) and they have provided zero communication; wont respond to emails or phone. I called Flows parts dept along with several other dealers and they all said they could have the part in 5 days).

This is the worth experience for me when i bought a parts from them.a week after i ordered they told my one item is in back order and than i told them just remove it and send me the remaining order .Two weeks after i didnt receive my order and i called and said we dont have the parts and waiting for it and if i would like to cancel my order we can cancel it.i told them just let me check with someone alse if they have the parts.i called back in 10 mins after i ordered the parts from another seller to cancel my order that they dont have and they told my we have to charge you 35% restocking fee and they didHorrible experience .stay away from this website.they are scam and rib off people

Parts didnt ship when they said. Emailed asking about them 3 times. Finally told them to cancel and a month later the still sent. Refused shipment and had to file a fraud claim with my bank. They also stole my card info and charged more fraudulent charges to it. If I could give it less then a star I would.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Terrible communication....as in non-existent . Cant reach anyone by phone and I tried multiple times. Left a message when prompted, but no return phone call. I used the link on their website to contact them, but there was no response over many days. Ended up canceling my order, and ordering from another company. Their parent company, Flow Automotive just tells me that they are a separate branch of their company and cannot provide any assistance. Such a shame.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a camshaft for a 2011 Aveo when I received the part it was broken. I have called several times, left messages, sent an email that has been processing for 5 days, and I have still yet to speak with anyone. I will be calling my bank this morning to find out if I am able to file a fraudulent claim and at least receive my money back for broken part. Do not use this company!

One of the worst ordering experiences ever. Charged a 35% restocking fee on a open order, it hasn’t shipped and I haven’t received it yet they claim a 35% restocking fee on an $1100 order. I won’t ever use this company again!

Ordered parts and never shipped and refused to give a refund. Very very rude when I continue to ask for my money or my part. Bottom line is they do not care and seem like a internet scam
