Excellent customer service! We were out of town and had a flat tire. We drove up around half an hour before closing, and they were able to squeeze us in at the last minute and only for the cost of patching the tire. So grateful for their service!

A friend of mine went into this store today and requested a quote to replace a tire she had fail on her way to work this morning. She was quoted almost TRIPLE what the quote was at another location tire shop for the exact same tire and services. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have heard about this particular Mock Tire taking advantage of women, and in my own personal experience my elderly mother had the same situation in the late 90s! Come on Mock, this is 2021, stop trying to take advantage of people!

Ive been a customer for many years and todays experience is why. I took my car in and gave them a very long list of maintenance to be done. Come to find out they had already completed the services in previous visits. I was ahead of the game and they were honest enough to show me exactly when and what had been done last few service visits and not perform services that were not necessary. So appreciate their honesty and good work!

I rate my experience as A+. I had a nail in my tire so I had it towed to Mock, as it is close to where I live. I fully expected to have to buy a new tire since I have no knowledge of such stuff. They plugged it and told me to keep an eye on it. The cost was ~ $28, far less than I payed the towing company.My point is they easily could have charged me for a new tire and Id never have known the difference. But they didnt. Instead, they tried an easier, less expensive solution first. My tire is still fine, too. I greatly appreciate such honesty and care and will certainly be back for anything car related.

Im very picky about who I have work on my cars. We moved to North Carolina in 2017. While searching for a place to service my Jeep, and to have new tires installed. a friend highly recommended them to me. When I arrived at the location, I was greeted and asked what I needed. we discussed options, prices, and time frame. they actually listened to my concerns, and provided solutions to put me at easy. When my wife had a tire issue. they resolved the issue with out any over selling, or shady tactics most shops do with females. They have become our first choice when it comes to needing tires. as Im getting older, I will likely start using them to do some of my more difficult repair work. like struts, shocks, ball joints and bearings.

Fantastic customer service. Helped me out right before closing time. AND then they replaced all 4 tires the next day (per my request) at a great price. Could have charged me for an alignment as well, but since tires were on spec they were honest and didnt charge me. Dont look elsewhere for anything tire/wheel related.

The best service and kindest people I could ask for. After an accident took out my front wheel and tire, I drove in very stressed and frazzled on a doughnut tire — the staff immediately took me in with such generosity and calmness. They gave me the best and most honest deals, really looked out for my safety, and even drove me to and from the hotel I was staying at while we waited to get the new wheel delivered the next day. It was an overall stressful situation, but the expertise and holistic desire to support at Mock Tire made the experience so much better and calmer than it could have been. Mock Tire at Stratford is the best tire place in Winston Salem. They are kind and professional. We had a flat tire yesterday on MLK Day and despite having no appointment and them being very busy they were able to get the tire fixed in under an hour for less than $30. I use them for oil changes as well. I am a big fan.

I have always been pleased with the service and pricing at Mock Tire on Stratford. A great bunch of guys. They have been taking care of my 3-4 vehicles for at least 20 years. Quality of work is Excellent. They dont recommend using the inexpensive Advance Chinese parts. Original Equipment replacement parts is the thing, so Parts Quality is Excellent also. Pricing is too. Im not saying that the guy on the corner might not have some blemish tires that are cheaper! But my wife can walk in there and they never take advantage of her! That means alot to me. A business I can trust. Give them a try. Youll be glad you did.

The Stratford Road crew has been and is still the high bar of tire and service shops. Why would you go anywhere else? I don’t and wont.

Staff is very friendly and explains what that found in detail; but where you can understand what they are saying. I was referred to them by my mechanic Ralph at West End Auto.

Clemmons location is the best, all locations are good. Ive been a customer of Mock since I was 16 years oldnow 57. My father was a customer. The have the best prices around, recently save me over $2500.00 on dealer quotes and did an awesome job, quick, courteous and friendly using factor parts. Always looking for a way to help. I buy all my tires, mechanical work and oil changes from them. I have 4 vehicles they service. If you not using Mock youre not get what you paid for, great business. I recommend them to anyone.

This place is as busy as the one on Peters Creek. I went here because there was no appointment there and I needed to get my repair done. The guy at the counter was courteous and helpful. They told me exactly how long it would take and it was ready then. I would go back again. It is a smaller building and there is not a huge waiting area like at Peters Creek.

Great service! Left at closing time and tire light came on as I was pulled onto highway. They stayed late for me to come back by to make sure everything was safe to drive.

I used them years ago and had a pleasant experience with them. Today, they really shined for me. I called and asked if they could fit me in for an alignment after getting tires from another location. They said they could work on the car if I could get there by 4:30. It was a long chance, but I got there at 4:38, and asked if they could fit me in anyway. Not only did they take my car back immediately, but they were incredibly polite and professional. The prices are good, the work is solid, and the people are courteous and do a thorough job. In a world where it seems customers are just another number, its nice to have a place that seems to care about their clients and can fit people in despite imperfect schedules.

Love this place! Found it after the jiffy lube was trying to tell me I absolutely needed new tires to pass my inspection. I had already gotten something else done they said I “needed” and they never said I needed tires prior. Came here and they told me it was still in the limit and that it wasn’t absolutely necessary but I would need to get new tires within the month. I still got new tires from somewhere else, but I didn’t immediately need them to pass my inspection. Been going here since then for all my car troubles and have had excellent service since. They do let me know if I need something done and within what time frame, and they never try to rush me to get something day of. Another story: I procrastinated and didn’t look up if they were closed on sundays. I had a vacation to Wilmington on that next day and I actually overslept. I went there at 10 (the time I was supposed to leave for the trip) and got an oil change and inspection (that they reminded me of, but I didn’t need it right away). I went ahead and did it cuz I’d be far from home and didn’t want to be stopped because of it. I asked if it would add to the time, and they said it wouldn’t. They initially told me it would take at least an hour, but it actually too 45 mins (even with the added inspection). I may have gotten lucky, but I did explain my situation prior and they said they’d try their best and fastest and they delivered. Again, it may not happen next time cuz I got lucky, but they did what they said they would and I appreciate it.In short, very reliable and honest with their customers and they don’t push for something you don’t need. Highly recommended.
