I have purchased 4 cars from Modern Nissan. I like working with the staff and they have always had something to suit my need at a price I think was reasonable.

We bought car from here. We were happy with sales however their service was frustrating, unprofessional. We had book our first service here because we purchased their warranty, but they told us to reschedule due to lack of skilled technicians. So thats what we did, rescheduled with an oil change this time after a week. We took time off to work, drove half an hour yet, when we got there they did not accommodate us even we have an appointment. They asked us to go back on different time again because of the same excuse, No skilled staff? Seriously?! Then why do they bother to book us an appointment in the first place? They did not even give us an early notification that they will not be able to accommodate us again that day. We will not coming back here anymore. It is very unprofessional. I dont normally write a review but with this experience, I hope this will serve as a warning to other people. Think twice buying that warranty.

Great service was in and out in a time matter.

I am upset that I was not recommended to not get my tires rotated until I was ready to get new tires as they rotated the tires with less tread to the front of a front wheel drive vehicle. They only cared to get the money and not they safety of their customers.

Bought a vehicle from here with the promise of free oil changes for the lifetime of my car, it was not honored. Also, do not bother with the warranty-they will get amnesia real quick and leave you high and dry to solve the car problem. Prices are way over rated and you can go to Mock Tire with better service and quality. I would give 0 stars if I could. Buyer beware-do not buy a car from here!

I had a great young salesman, James. He was able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable taking my time looking at the vehicles.

I always have my Nissan serviced here. They have great service here! I have purchased my last 4 new cars here. My next new car will come from here. Partially because of the great service!
