Absolutely 100% the place to call if you break down with a truck. Good guys, that know their stuff, arrive quickly, and are just plain nice people. Super easy to deal with, very helpful above and beyond what most shops will do. I hope I dont break down in Winston-Salem again, but if I do, C&T will be my first call.

Terrible service! What seemed to be a great situation, turned into a nightmare! We sent a truck into their shop for clutch issues, they inspected the truck, and replaced with a brand new clutch. Not even a couple hundred miles after the clutch left the shop, it started to slip again and burnt through a brand new clutch. When we asked about their warranty program, they did not even try to help us out, gave us the run around on the phones, and we ended up paying twice to get this truck back on the road as we sent it to a different shop to correct their shops screw up. Unfortunate for smaller diesel shops as we are going to make it a company policy to avoid them at all costs and give our business to the bigger, more reputable companies.

Great guys, went to the Penske dealership on my behalf and they checked a truck out I was purchasing. Very reasonable pricing for inspections and saved me lots of money from repairs down the road.

Knowable staff and helpful. Have had work on my truck done by them and have been pleased with each and every service.

I moved to Winston about 2 years ago. I started going to C & T trucking because I needed a new Mechanic for my Duramax. My first experience came when it was time to change my fuel filter. I brought my preferred fuel filter to the shop and Chuck, the owner, changed it for me personally as a courtesy and Ive been going there ever since. He didnt treat me like I was just a customer. This guy is awesome.

Easy to get 40 ft rv in and out for inspection. Very easy and pleasant people to deal with.

I take all my big trucks there to be inspected and have stuff checked out. Shawn and the boys there are super nice verry helpfully and knowledgeable about what they are working on. Verry fair on price, I would not hesitate to take annything to them to work on.
