Called at least a dozen places to replace tires on my dad’s car, and Parrish was the only place that had the correct sized tires in stock and could fit me in same day. They were incredibly sweet and tolerant of my toddler running around in the store knocking things over and crawling into tires. Highly recommend!

Parrish tire has been a name in my family since I was a young child. My father purchased tires and used associated services when I was very young. The quality of their services beginning with the way they answer the call to make the appointment and ending with new or rotated tires is still exceptional. Most recently, they explained an issue to be addressed and helped me decide how to correct it. I know my car is safe to drive thanks to them.

Everything went great! We had never been to these guys before but they helped us out replacing our breaks. It was nice to be able to drop the car and pick it up after work. We will definitely use you all again!

Outside of one hiccup, service was excellent. Scheduled an appointment for 8:30 AM on a Saturday. Expected to wait at location because it was a balance/rotation and didnt think it would take too long. Was told car would be ready some time after lunch. I was not told in advance this would be a drop off situation. Luckily, I had someone who could come get me so it all worked out.

Second time I’ve had my car serviced here. Got some engine and exhaust work done and my car was ready to pick up just a couple of hours after dropping it off. Fast and friendly service and will definitely continue to do business here.

This is one awesome crew! My goodness had a set of brand new tires, but picked up something in the road that caused one to leak. I was in a bad way losing air quickly, they were very close by and knew both my brother and son (who works at CVS nearby) had used them before a raves about their service and promptness. I was in and out in under 30-minutes from the time I arrived. This might have been unusual as I’ve never gotten service this fast before and felt such assurance after I left. Did it all with a smile (under his mask of course, but saw his eyes squinting, so assumed he wasn’t in pain!! 😂)! Very great price for having to remove tire, patch from inside (best method for long term repair) and get me back on the road. Definitely will use them again and Chick Fil-A right next door if you get hungry if you have to wait. Thank you Parish Tire!! Not my correct name. I came here very suddenly because a flat sprung up on me, I needed new tires, and my sensor has been yelling at me to check the tire pressure for several months now and I was tired of it.Parrish took me in at around noon and got me out about an hour later with 4 new tires. The mechanic or equivalent in charge of handling my car came out twice to let me know the current status when he showed up as well as ask if I wanted any additions. The additions were: 1) what they were, 2) what the process was to put them on the car, and 3) what benefit they were. I never felt pressured by any aggressive up-selling, which was great.Also, prior to the work, the manager introduced the tire options available. There were 4 options available without wait (sometimes these places wont have your size and you have to go somewhere else or wait a few days). He also did not push the most expensive brand on me, which was nice.All in all, friendly group. I intend on repeating business with them since their customer service is fantastic.My only piece of advice I think they should remember to always do is, if I (or anyone) want new tires, please come out and explain the status of my tires (Yeah you have a flat here but your other tires are still great) even if Im dead-set on changing them all (which I was). It just adds a bit more integrity.I still plan on continuing business with them, though.

I blew out a tire over an hour away from home and needed a replacement because I didn’t want to drive on the highway with a spare. The Parrish Tire team was super accommodating and fit me in last minute. They were able to successfully change out my tire very quickly so I could get back on my way! Everything about our experience with Parrish was as you would want it to be. I called to ask if they had an opening. We went right in, handed over the keys, they called within an hour to give us an estimate, 2 hours later they called to say the car was ready. They were friendly and professional. They followed recommended guidelines for safety. They wore masks. It’s been a couple of weeks and the work seems to be great. The price seemed fair and matched the estimate. We will absolutely go back in the future.Nobody wants to pay for car repairs but if you have to do so, at least, it should be a hassle-free experience.

Great company to work with! Bob is awesome. He knows my vehicles. It is always great to walk in and see him at the counter. He checks with you every step of the way if unexpected things come up. I could not recommend Parrish tire and automotive on peace haven more! They were awesome. As a college student, it is hard to find a trusted mechanic especially since I am from out of state. Parrish was recommended to me through the WFU parents Facebook group and they were great from start to finish! I set up an appointment, took my car in and was seen immediately, and Bob also took the time to explain all of the repairs necessary as well as giving me a basic estimate before I left. I then got a call only and hour later from them saying my car was ready to go and the price was well within their initial estimate. I would recommend them especially to female college students; they are super friendly, clear, and trustworthy. 10/10!

I first went to Parrish Tire on N Peace Haven Rd over 20 years ago and remember working with Bob Gonza back then. For some reason, I left and went to another very reputable garage for my maintenance needs. Recently, I needed new tires and called around and ended up back at Parrish. Bob (and Dave) are still there and offering the same great service. The new tires are on the car and I look forward to stopping in 2x a year (at least) for rotations and to catching up with Bob (and Dave). They are just the best. Highly recommend them. Josh

Always great service here. Had a dead car battery recently and they generously allowed me to borrow their jumper cables and got me in and out with a new battery in less than 40 minutes. Thankful to have such a good shop within 5 minutes of my house.

I have brought my cars to Parrish since about 8 years ago and I will continue to come to them. They are professional but it still feels personal everytime you walk in. They have some of the best prices on tires Ive found, they are quick and efficient but their work is quality, they have always worked with me if I needed something last minute to try and squeeze me in. I have only had positive experiences with them and highly recommend them anytime my friends need anything done to their cars.

I asked for tires and they got me what I needed lickety split, even while at a busy time. Very nice and professional.

Brought a rim in with remenanants of a blown outtire around the rim. Said the tire i wanted was in warehouse and it would be ready next day.Next day around 3:30p.m. I called, yes it was readyI was ready yesterday. Was never called..And I had a half hour of labor charged for cutting the wire in the tire off the rim of the tire. Apparently the hydraulic jaws of life were needed. I was over charged. And as I was leaving I was given a by the way your right front tire looks low, you want us to look at it? I just had air in it. Went to a Firestone and had them check it. It was good.No call to say its readyOvercharge on removing the wires from the tireTried to have pay for another tire inspectionNo. Just no.

I visited Parrish Tire twice recently(and numerous times over the years) for tires and an inspection. The technicians and counter people are always prompt, courteous and very professional ... and so very patient answering all my questions. I was delighted to see that they were following covid policy and were actually doing more than currently required. The entire lobby and seating area were squeaky clean and the windows /doors were so clean I was afraid someone might walk through them. I continue to be pleased with the quality and pricing of their products and their superior level of customer service and maintenance / technical ability.

Service not listed, they performed TPS system error, and changed the sensor on my right front tire. Fast and friendly service even when they lost power in the recent ice storm. They service all my tire needs, and if you have a problem with your vehicle, honest and fast service.

Parrish Tire can always be trusted to do the right thing! I was worried about the truck’s shocks and it was just a loose trailer hitch!

Dave is usually the person I hand my car over to, he is super professional, they’re really helpful and honest. My tires had tire locks on them and I did not have the key for it, and he went to the trouble of driving my car to a dealership, getting the tires unlocked and replacing the locks with regular nuts so I wouldn’t have that issue again. He was nice enough to advise that I needed brakes, and it was all done in a very timely manner. The only thing I wish they’d do is pull the seat back to where it was after they drive the car— I fell like 8 inches back when sitting in my car, but that happens no matter where you take it. Parish really does a great job and they’re so nice. Great experience as always.

Bob at Parrish Tire and Automotive saved me thousands of dollars and is evidence that “honest mechanics” do exist! I took my car to a jeep dealership (Charlotte, NC) for a diagnostic test and was quoted ~$1000 to fix the issue. I was later told the quote was a mistake and several parts are usually broken while trying to fix the issue, so it would really be $4,000!However, they proceeded to say due to the mistake they’d decrease the price to $3,000. Needless to say, I searched for another shop with great reviews and I’m glad I did! Thank you Parrish Tire and Automotive!

I went into Parrish with the expectation of waiting for a very long period of time to repair my tire, they did it in about 45 minutes and I am was please to be on my way quickly to do other errands, these guys were very friendly and respectful. I had been there before and this is why I had returned once again. These work great as a TEAM, all I heard in the back was laughing and sing some oldie song on a very hot and humid day. These guys were my hero’s in a tight spot. Need new tires, or tire repair, these will do their very best to accommodate you the moment you walk in. Go see them at Parrish!
