Amazing customer service. Trying something new with my hair and I have been in there 3 days in a row and all 3 times they have answered all of my questions and gave me helpful hints. Love this place!

The ladies working there where awful..very rud treated me terrible almost because I was a man an maybe they thought I didn’t know what I was talking about. Also Sallies stopped giving out bags an started charging 15 cent per bag. That’s just silly making money on bags. An when I ask what was the reason . The answer I received was Aldis does it..so if aldis jumps off a bridge we’ll you k is the rest. I want be back to that location ever.

The sales lady was very helpful.

As you can see in the attached picture Sally has an advertisement for a get a $5 coupon when you renew your membership deal. It is literally their main promotion, it is on their credit card readers.With a promotion being that front-and-center you would believe that the people working there could not possibly be unaware of it. You would be wrong!Today when we tried to use the coupon it didnt scan immediately. Instead of the staff member trying their best to make it work for us they immediately started to come up with excuses for why it should be disqualified. When we wouldnt take that as an answer they called over another co-worker, that co-worker looked for an expiration date as well and then shrugged, saying she didnt care about what they did with it. Then the original staff member decided that she would try to force it through the system but after a few moments of struggling told us that if she did it would take away a sale price for an item so we had to leave.The moral of the story is if you want to be able to use any of Sallys deals do not go to this location. The staff is either unable or uncaring enough to try to get it done. I will be sticking with the location near Target on Hanes Mall Boulevard.

Awesome staff the ladies extremely helpful and knowledgeable of products. Willing to offer advice and genuine in their suggestions- great job gals!!! I will return and suggest this place to my girls!!

Must have place. Every time I go in there something catches my eye.

I found my products but the short lady in the curly hair was rude . She asked if I needed help at first but then when I asked her a question about the hair dye she didnt come to help and just stood there and answered rudely.

I win to buy a hair dryer. I asked the lady to open the box she gave me a hard time!!

Very good customer service. The stock is very low at this time which is the new normal.

Need to do better customer service ... A few of the girls a great but there’s one girl who is constantly on her phone and acts like she’s doing you a favor if you ask for help. It’s no good when she’s there by her self ! I walked out without my purchase after she frustratedly pointed something out to me. I went to another Sally’s ... other than that they have great deals for hair supplies and nail care... I would stay clear of their makeup...

The dark haired lady working just now 3:46pm June 8, 2019 was so unbelievable rude to us! She said she was leaving working there in 3 weeks and didnt care to help us!Its sad everyone else at this location has always been nice :(
