We purchased an entire set of Viking appliances, for our new home, from Ferguson recently. The range and hood haven’t yet arrived after months of waiting and the dishwasher was delivered damaged. We have contacted Ferguson in hopes of getting a replacement for the damaged, brand new dishwasher, and they refuse to do anything to help.This is the third time we have purchased an entire set of high end appliances from them. Regardless of the continued business we have given them, they haven’t been willing to do anything to help us. This is beyond unfair and extremely disappointing.Replacing a brand new dishwasher that was delivered damaged, by Ferguson, doesn’t seem unreasonable. Are you willing to help us make this right?

Our experience with Ferguson has been far from stellar. The show room staff are slow on returning calls. We had to make several calls before we got a response. We knew what we wanted but had to wait for an installer to make sure the range and downdraft would fit. The one and only installer they sent out to us wanted to charge almost double what the installation should have cost. We next had to call several times to find out when the range and downdraft would arrive even though we were told we would be emailed or called. The emails and calls never came.The last straw was when we were told that the range and downdraft would be delivered on Monday and that we would get an email to confirm this. No email and when we called Monday morning, we were told it would be the next day. We informed the sales representative that that would only work if they delivered first thing in the morning as my husband and I both had prior engagements for the afternoon. We were told we would be first. Then a few hours later we were called by the person doing the delivery scheduling and was told we would be second. Again we told him that that would only work if they arrived before noon. We were told that they would arrive between 10 and 11, most likely before ten. Eleven came and went with no delivery. I had to cancel my appointment for the afternoon. The delivery people arrived at noon, apologized but explained that they had just driven an hour and a half from their first delivery, and now had to drive back another hour and half back to Winston-Salem for their third delivery. This organization in a mess. Everyone knows that the furthest delivery should be first and then you work your way back to your home base. We will never spend another penny with this Ferguson in Winston-Salem. They have lost our business and we will tell our friends about this fiasco.

Service has been terrible. Waiting on various pieces for weeks and months. Still waiting on a piece that is literally sitting in Greensboro and the company didn’t think to go get it. Still hasn’t gone to get it. Ridiculous. Avoid.

Maybe I wasn’t the right color but I received no assistance and walked by three employees. No hello nothing. Oh well I needed to do a bathroom and kitchen. Your lost.

Excellent service and selection. Best place to go when you need advice and need to see the appliances before you buy. No pressure highly knowledgeable and professional employees who really work hard to meet your needs whether it is lighting or appliances or a whole kitchen layout.

Set up zoom meeting several days ago. Confirmed by email for today. But I Never was sent a zoom invitation and no one contacted me. About an hour later I received an email requesting I evaluate my experience. I filled it out and about 3 minutes later the salesman called and said he had been very busy and got behind. Funny that he never sent a zoom invitation and called immediately after I completed the evaluation. If you don’t have good customer service, why should I spend my money in your store.

We purchased an entire kitchen package of appliances from Ferguson and all of our plumbing and bath fixtures when we built our home. We were told kitchenaid is top of the line. When our refrigerator broke down in less than a year and then again in less than 2 years Whirlpool was terrible to work. Ferguson refused to help us even though the told us before the sale they would assist us if we ever had any warranty issues. It took them a week to even call us back. Beware!!
