I just got off the phone with Hughes to ask if they had a replacement cartridge for my Delta faucet. They had the part (the guy knew immediately what I needed including the part number), and could have sold it to me for $60, but advised me to call Delta directly as their faucets have a lifetime warranty, so they should replace it for free. He was as nice as could be about the whole thing. So, while I havent officially bought anything from them, I absolutely will next time as they treated me so well. They are a class act!05/15/21 update to my previous post (still 5 stars). Ive had to purchase a couple of items for small home improvement projects and the guys at Hughes are knowledgeable, nice, and as helpful as can be. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Unbelievably bad shopping experience with Stephanie. We are looking for a soaking tub for our bathroom, getting rid of the old one. We asked to see some ideas, and we were shown literally one tub that the sales woman allegedly had just put in her own home, yet couldn’t tell us many details about it. She acted dismissive of us, and I had to ask to see any other tubs that come in the length we are looking for. She then showed us one more tub. She acted as if she had much more important things to do than sell us a tub. I know we aren’t looking to outfit an entire new build or large development, but that shouldn’t dictate how we are treated. I was so put off by the experience. We have taken our business elsewhere, and have told our contractor about the negative experience since he referred us there to begin with. I had hoped to support a local business, but I’d rather order a tub online than support the rude behavior we were met with.

Contacted Hughes Supply because I needed a sink that would fit our granite cutout (builders put wrong sink in and replaced with sink that didn’t fit cutout). Amanda didn’t listen to What I needed so sent me options that weren’t even close to the proper shape and then once we cleared that up, she sent 4 options that weren’t even close to the proper measurements that I had sent her. She wasted both our times. I ended up going to Murray’s supply and they’re a great super helpful company!!!

Good group of guys working, very knowledgeable. What I would expect from a plumbing wholesaler, large inventory. Always get what we need from this Hughes.

Im a complete amateur and no nothing about plumbing but I had valve leak around old copper fittings. I snapped a pic of the mess, took it to the guys at the Hughes counter and they hooked me up with all the stuff I needed, explained how to do it, and saved me alot of repair money. Great service. Highly recommend these guys.

Hidden back off the main road, but a good plumbing supply store to get the things your big box stores wont carry. Nice knowledgeable service reps.
