I have gone to this lowes since it was built. I have lowes foods to go. I have seen the girls at lowes foods to go come and go. Now you have the Best of the Best, girls ! Theses ladies are warriors! If they dont have it they will check to see when or if it arrives at the store. They are always cheerful and very polite, with a strong flare for the professional side of the job. I want to thank them for all they do for me . Shout out to Jessie, Jennifer, Ella, and anyone else I have forgotten. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

My favorite grocery store, prices are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly and always help me even if I dont ask for it. Absolutely recommend coming here for any groceries you need, the selection is huge and they even have a pretty big vegan section. Five stars isnt enough for everything this store offers.

Very high prices for all brands including store or nonbrand items. Leaky ceilings with buckets on top of food in meat department captures rain water. Expired items found on shelves...many with months past expiration dates. Beer tasting area next to wine shelves are so crowded with customers it is difficult to pass thru. It is more like a drunken social gathering at a bar. Do not shop here.

I got a cake today from the bakery. I gave instructions for an 8” round white cake with flowers covering the top in pastel colors. I said a “ridiculous amount of flowers” with no white showing. I got 9 one-inch flowers in the colors hot pink, orange, yellow, dark purple, and blue. The flowers looked like I could have done them myself with a dot center and 5 flower petal dots of icing around them. The bakery lady asked if I wanted her to fix it and I said no because I really didn’t have time and didn’t know what to say because there is really no fixing it. I should not have paid for it and took it home but I needed some kind of cake for a birthday.It was not a good experience.

Fair prices but understaffed with bag people. Be prepared to bag your own groceries due to corporate cutoff man hours

Decent enough, safe, clean, I feel like they carry the brands I want but not the specific versions of that brand. Their hard cider selection is abysmal compared to other Lowes Foods in the area. I think the store is smaller than others.

We had a very difficult time trying to check out with the self check out its very difficult.

Prices were displayed but when I went to check out, I paid full price. I didnt want to have the hassle of doing a price check just to prove my point.

I fell in love with this place! I have only one complaint! I brought a newspaper right at the register. I just knew that I was buying the Monday paper.12-21-2020, is when I shopped there, instead of the Monday paper, I paid for a Sunday paper!! I really didnt like that, and the paper was 3 dollars! I dont buy the newspaper anymore, because of that.This was the first time in 3-5 years!!

Ive been to several Lowes Foods with this one being one of the smallest and least friendly. Very rarely does anyone speak to me coming or going. I dont shop here much and only to get a few filler items.The Miller St Publix in Winston is my preferred store and where the bulk of my items are purchased.

Used to love coming here to buy the cakes and take them back to N.Y. Lowes management must have made changes to recipe and shrunk the cakes and really jacked up prices. The small cake is 10 bucks now and the large is almost 20. And NOWHERE NEAR the size. Typical example of corporate greed and sticking it to the consumer. Bye bye lowes I wont be wasting my time here any more.

The meat section is great fresh the boars head meats are of top quality the fried chicken is better than going to those other places and the staff is so friendly

We have come here periodically and they are very frequently out of stock on many items. The staff isnt rude but no one has ever been especially friendly. Our visit this past week, the person working the self checkout/Customer service was not wearing a mask and kept getting way within the 6 ft space of my young daughter. It was very frustrating and disappointing.

Nice store, pleasant atmosphere, clean, bright, good looking meats. Craft brew area has a knowledgeable employee and they will refill your growler or you can sit and sip though its not manned all the time. Huge wine selection. Similar to Harris Teeter but I like it better.

This is a good local store with a country-market theme. Weve occasionally not been able to get specialty items (arugula for instance). But they have an excellent Beer Den where you can get specialty brews and beer on tap for your growler. Produce includes harvest-your-own herbs, a great deli and a Community Table where food classes, samples and demos take place right in the store.

Got to know product prices or you will pay lots more if its not on sale

Love how the store is organizer and I can find the items I want. They offer high price range, budget range and low range quality items. Enjoy my visits each time. Employees are not social or super friendly but will answer question.

This store is conveniently close for me, however I will not even bother to shop here anymore. This is the second time that Ive went in before 8pm and the fresh meat/seafood section has been closed down early. Ive even asked each time from other employees, what time is it supposed to close and they all say 8pm. The worst part is the people in the fresh meat/seafood section is that they ignore you while youre standing there. Rude customer service in my opinion.

I really like how you can order your groceries online and then pick up within 3 hours. Its super convenient! They bring your order out to your car and if they dont have something they will find a suitable substitute! The store is nice too, very clean!

They got the best birthday cakes.

I order a cake from here for my mother’s birthday looked nothing like the picture I showed the girl who worked there and one side of the cake looked like it had fell. I have order all my birthday cakes from here and never have I ever been so disappointed.

Produce and meats are very fresh and high quality items. Every employee that I passed greeted me and asked if I needed anything. Very clean and well kept. Prices are decent, sales are always great. There is a decent sized organic produce section but you definitely pay more for organic items.

Review is for deli / food counter. Went in to get chicken wings, call ahead they cook to order, they were out so had to cook. Lady said it would be 23 minutes and in 25 minutes they were cooked and packaged and ready to go.

The cakes are wonderful, especially the choc frosted. Closest to homemade anywhere. Clean store, friendly employees. Deli trays are awesome.

My favorite grocery stores. Great prices and coupon deals. They also honor competitor coupons. Not only are the prices reasonable, there is a beer cave where you can grab a pint and shop. Fresh made sausage at the sausage works. Just all around great.

Other lower cost grocery stores in the area are catching up to the quantity and quality of goods that this Lowes Foods location provides, but with lower prices. Meanwhile the Lowes Foods in Clemmons is head-and-shoulders above this store in selection of specialty items. This location needs to do some comparison shopping. In addition I waited for 30 minutes to checkout because there were only two people running a register at 12:30 in the afternoon. Everyone was very friendly but many of items I was looking for were completely empty on the shelves as they had not been recently stocked.

I always love my Lowes experiences. The stores are so organized and modern. The floors are always clean. The staff are always smiling amd friendly. They are also very helpful at finding hidden items that could fit the description on any isle. The wine selection is huge with a variety of wines from different states and countries. The deli/produce always looks amazing and very fresh. The layout in the store makes for quick and easy shopping. The best part is a real person checks you out at the register in case there are any problems. They also have amazing couponing options.

Friendly staff. Clean. Well stocked. Over reliance on self checkout. Often only one manned register open. We pay a little more at Lowes to get a higher service level. Self checkout can help when the customer just has a few things but shouldnt be your main option.

Ham on sale. Young guy in meat Dept had no idea which one. Mgr. Comes says must be it. I asked for second one . He tells young guy to look. Young one goes to counter NOT IN BACK WHERE THEY WOULD BE AND SAID WE ARE OUT. Manager says okay!!! Then I ask for rain check..the started Today! But would only give for one since I am buying one..did not get to GET it..POOR SERVICE

Prices in front of product don’t match what they ring up for even with Lowe’s card. Was overcharged for sausage.

Prices are some of the highest of any grocery chain Ive visited, yet their quality is severely lacking. If they want to compete in the upper echelon, they need to get it together. I shop there on occasion out of sheer convenience only. I will say their Clemmons location is nicer, but I would still gladly drive to Harris Teeter or Fresh Market if I want to pay those prices.

The store is clean and the staff are very helpful BUT why is the only human staffed register at the very end of the isle. I noticed that the items made in the store seem to be shrinking but the prices of the are inflating, such as bakery goods. If you ask a manager a question, they always avoid a direct answer or blame corporate. The deli department is still a mess. I catered a party using the deli department and was sorry I did.

Love the feel of this grocery store! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have everything you need and then some. We enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of the food we find at Lowes.

This store is always very clean. The selection is good, with sections for foods from other cultures. The bakery has gorgeous desserts, and the wine/beer options are great.
