Cant stand the smell of the place. Smells so strong of weed if your not used to the smell its enough to smother you.

Rude staff that makes up policy as they please. Example: Asked them to hold a game for an hour for me when another location ended up having the incorrect title (drove 30 mins to pick it up, that store manager apologized over and over). The store manager flat out refused at first, tried to explain what happened and it was a gift, and basically had to beg for her to set it aside to make up for the mistake. They continue to transfer good employees to other stores. After working at Gamestop for two years and customer service for 20 plus, I know what they are able to do or not. I would rather drive further and pay more than deal with this store.

Initially, I bought a used game, but when I brought it home, it would not work. I took the game back and bought a new version for $2 more. Very happy with that. I am up set to find out that very many of the people at the Peters Creek location have been fired. These people had been there for many years and have always been very respectful to me. Not sure if I could come to Game Stop again. I used to be a constant customer.

I really enjoy coming to this store. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Its a small store but has a decent selection. I wish they had a floor person to answer customer questions. Guys behind the counter spend too much time doing this...took me almost 20 minutes to check out standing in line behind people.

Nothing bad to say all good. They always make you a good deal and the grandkids loved it because they always work with him and find what they want or get it real quick. All the people that have worked there since weve been going have been okay good knowing what theyre doing. That helps!

I cannot say enough great things about this store! I went there looking for a semi rare pop that had recently been released. Although they did not have it in store the gentleman working there (Dakota) waited on hold for about 15 mins with the warehouse to ensure that I would receive the pop via mail. He and his co worker (did not get his name but he had dark shoulder length hair and glasses) were both super friendly and very helpful!

Money for my used games got me Star Wars: Squadron for free plus $15 left in store credit. SCORE

I was looking all over for a rare SH Figuarts that was sold out online and everywhere else I thought to look. I went into this location to see if they could help, and within two days, they got me the exact item I was looking for.They went the extra mile to do the impossible for me. Customers are valued and treated very well here.

It was fine. I found what I needed with minimal effort. I was greeted upon entry. Bought the item and left without much upselling. I generally buy from another retail giant for games and accessories.

Very good customer service, One of the sales representatives named Alejandro helped with the purchase of a used gaming system. Alejandro helped me save money and provided some needed insurance for the device as-well. Alejandro was very professional and had knowledge of the product he was selling. The rest of the staff even assisted with me getting to the door, thats what I call great care..

This place is awesome I went in to get my grandson a game I had no idea what my grandson was wanting I asked the staff to talk to my grandson on the phone so he could tell her and she did so without any problems and with a smile, and the price of the game was great.

The manager is awesome ( he knows what hes doing). However, if you dont know all the details about all the games, some employees may not tell you what you need to enjoy the game you purchased. Also ask to look at the game disc before you leave or buy the game. Ive had to make plenty of return trips because of a used disc that was scratched and wouldnt read.

Was going to swing by and grab a ps4 but afyer the second time I was put on hold for 15 minutes I just decided to go to Walmart.. Great customer service guys

I took my so here to get a game had to drive from Trinity to Winston Salem NC to GameStop it said to wait while it was being processed but we went there to make sure we were at the right one. We told the lady at the counter that it said it was being processed she said they were busy. But she went ahead and processed my sons game. Thank you young lady you are very professional.
