I shop here quite often and usually my experience is amazing! But yesterday the cashier that I had was not very pleasant which is out of the ordinary considering the rest of the associates are always fantastic. She seemed emotionless and as if she didn’t care. Although she seemed so cold I still tried to be as friendly as possible. Unsure if she was having a bad day I still thanked her and went on my way.

I absolutely love this place. The sales associates are extremely kind and helpful. And the constant sales and specials will keep you coming back if you love to keep your woman happy and smelling yummy. This is the perfect place to come for your lady and you wont spend a fortune getting her a nice set.

Out of three cashiers at this bath & body works the larger one in Hanes Mall only one cashier came out and cleaned the space where a customer stood after each customer left no one else did that the whole time I was standing in that long line watches and I let her know that I appreciate it what she did and she also wiped off every individual item that I purchased no one else did that in the store

Went to their Semiannual Sale. That is the best time to shop. They have select items for 75 and 50% off. Not everything is on sale. I bought 2 small BBW bags full of their liquid hand soap. Of course it was on sale.

It was a very expensive trip, but I kinda expected that. The manager there was really doing a fantastic job there. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and very busy assisting everyone. Also very energetic.!!👍👍

Staff always greet you when you enterMy cashier was very patient while I looked for my return receipt.

I was delighted to see that the cashier was using disposable wipes to clean the counter and the register area, however, she used a disposable wipe more than once. So thats really defeating the purpose of not using a reusable item. I was also sort of bummed that the cashier would not take a discount code at the register thats on the website. Cashier stated it had to be a number code and not a word code. Didnt make sense to me at all.

Im addicted! Need I say more? They have closed the store where I live due to issues with the building. I have missed Bath & Body Works quite a lot. I was able to come today while in town for an appointment. Now that I know how quick and easy it is to get to the store I will be shopping here again! Everyone was absolutely amazing to help me being as Im in a wheelchair and the store is not the best for wheelchairs. However they were more than happy and willing and gracious moving all the items that weinre the way. Made it very easy to navigate all around the store. Associates were amazing and great! I always have a good experience at the store at Bath & Body Works.

I visited Bath and Body Works in Winston Salem NC and was less than impressed with their customer service. I found one sales associate, Christina, to be very rude. Even though the store had at least 15 minutes before closing, she rudely turned around to another associate and gave them a motion like she was scooting us out of the store. Then she came up and asked what we were looking for. I was in the process of loading a coupon from my email when she wanted to take my phone from my hands, like she could get it to load faster. After a while of debating on whether I would spend my money in that store, I chose not to buy from them. I also confronted Christina about us seeing her behavior and she said it wasnt directed at us, which is funny because she was right behind us. I did let her know that we had decided not to spend our money with them (and they probably lost a huge amount of sales income because of her actions) and that she probably needs to work on her customer service skills. Im sure I wasted my breath because she seems like the type of person who thinks shes above everyone else. I am not impressed. I hope Bath and Body Works does better on hiring associates.

I normally buy the mens body wash and mens body spray but I just tried their mens lotion and I love it. I only use their products. Just fabulous.

They have the best scents and the best body butter. The sales are great...you can really stock up.

Pretty confused at the behavior of staff here yesterday. I stopped in with my child to pick up 3 of the paraffin lotions. Went to the display and started looking through the variety to find them. A young lady asked if she could help and showed me where they were, ending by saying and they are only $2.50 today!Hearing this, we decided to add 3 more fragrances to our basket. Cool, right....a deal!We get to the register, and a blonde lady says the total is $27. When I explain that cant be correct and why, she asks if I have the email. I said What email....and repeat what we were just told. She asked who told me that and when I pointed the girl out got on her headset and told her not to tell anyone just walking in that.....apparently it was an email promo!The cashier (I assume the manager) said she would honor the price since that was what I was told. I thanked her and asked if the other girl was new.She said No, her reason for doing that wasnt cool.When I asked what she meant, she said She said she did it because she thought you werent going to buy anything.😮Now that makes no sense. I ALREADY HAD 3 LOTIONS IN MY HAND, GUARANTEED.Im still confused about it this morning. I guess the bottom line is go by the promos on the signs, not what the employees tell you, and sign up for the emails. But either way, the whole thing made me pretty uncomfortable.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Its a pleasure to stop in when I get the chance. I stocked up on fall wallflower refills and shower gels. Logged into their new app and got 10 off on the spot.

Line was crazy long and only had two registers open on the bath and body works side and they would not open the registers in the white barn section of the store needles to say I left my 100.00$ plus order sitting and walked out..

Staff is very organized. It was a madhouse when I was there but they kept lines moving and got people out fast.

I had a buy a item for 10 dollars and get a free item and this women that worked in cashier last night said I could get anything in the store. So i picked an item and went up there she said i cant get that for some stupid reason so I said ok and walked to get something else then when I went back up there she said with a attitude and a point i cant get that either. She was rude about it and she couldnt tell me what I can or cant get with free item. Her cashier number is 3194945
