My first time visiting here. Went to get art supplies, they have everything an artist need. Whatever kind of craft you do, they have it. Most of the supplies are 40 to 50% off. Ive never seen so many artificial flowers, they look so real. Great place to shop. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Excellent holiday sales, beautifully displayed all around that makes shopping easier. A very helpful staff. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.😀

Same ole same ole. Always the same no matter where the store is. I go, take pictures of what I like, go home and make it much cheaper. Gotta buy ribbons though.

Great and very cute place for crafting and home decor! They typically have sales going on for Holiday decor during that holiday and Im pretty sure they sell Christmas decorations all year round. I gave four stars instead of five because I think that they could benefit from more checkout registers.

Dont go in there without a receipt if returning items, they will rip you off. I paid for 2 items at 30 dollars regular price, lost my receipt and they only credited me back 15 dollars and now are probably going to sell those items for 30 dollars again. Terrible customer service.

Great store and friendly staff. You cant beat the prices here; their a lot cheaper compared to Party City! Even though my daughters 1st birthday isnt until November, I was able to find everything I need and then some. I will definitely be going back for future party needs!

The sewing department is very limited, mostly craft items. Apparel fabric is not what I would use for apparel. Would like to see a better selection. Limited patterns was disappointing. I ended up purchasing mine on line from another company. I really miss a true fabric store and people who are more interested in sewing rather than crafting.

Sales are not clearly marked. Dont like not being able to see prices ringing up. Uses manual entered codes not scanner. Staff not helpful. Long isle blocked putting up stock by one person.

Great place for professional art materials, and frames. Every other week is a sale. Which is great because their prices can be high, as all good art supplies tend to be.

Absolutely my favorite store! They always have amazing products and great deals.

It seems like there’s always a good sale going on here, and there is some really great stuff. No matter your taste, I am certain you can find something to fit it. The store seems clean and well organized, and the staff was helpful. I wanted an item that had no price tag, and an employee very quickly found it out for me.

Always enjoy going here. I can find what need and usually something unique.

Love the products, but the workers were more interested in congregating around one register than actually opening them up and helping the multitude of customers. One customer was actually quite rude to me on top of that.

Not a bad place. The 40 percent coupon works on one regular priced item. The cashiers are ok. The workers dont usually say hi to you. But not rude either. Lots of good clearance if you can catch it. It depends on what you need or are looking for.

This was my first time in this store. I drove 20 miles to get there. I could stay all day in this place and spend a million dollars if I had it and the place to put all I bought. Thanks for asking.

Hobby lobby is just devineeee! I love to go there! From the moment u walk in.... The smell of the place is delicious! Very pleasant! Then if u r an artists.. Or crafter.... Well my mouth just drules... Just standing in front of the paint brushes n paints.... Any other craft u like... Well its there! Pictures... Frames... Christmas... Tooo much to tell... U just have to go look!

So many sales! It was very clean and the staff was super helpful even though they were sold out of what we went for, but still a lot of interesting find to be had.

The attendant we had did not wrap a mirror that was fragile. She was not cordial at all. Prices were not clear. I will not be visiting this site again.

I have never been to this Hobby Lobby in Winston Salem NC until today. It is set up just like all of the other ones but I think it is larger and has a bigger inventory. I bought a bench to put at the end of my bed, so I can put my shoes on easier. It was originally $79.99 but I got it for$39.99. It is not wood or made wobbly. The legs are made of some sort of metal.

Everything great but need more people to jump on registers than getting on head sets and staring at you while waiting for the person you called! It took 5 mins before that person showed up!

Went in looking for summer sales but all I saw was fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas was going up. Lots of beautiful things but I left empty handed.

Ive been coming to this store ever since they built it and have noticed a increase of unprofessional-ism and rudeness in their staff. If you cant even have the decency to greet or engage in your customers, do you really think were going to spend our money here? Wow!

Bought stuff to make jewelry with my kids for Christmas. Got everything I needed and it was all 50% off. They always have good sales and the 40% coupon is good for any one item not on sale. They always have a great selection and its easy to find what you need. Very clean and well stocked.

The store was nice but when I needed an item from high up on the wall 2 lady employees had a big problem with it. One lady said with an attitude that she can not carry the ladder and was not climbing it. The other lady said over and over that she was not climbing it and continued to mumble under her breath. I was very embarrassed.

I enjoy shopping here for the most part. However, I was specifically looking for ethnic wall decor and didnt find anything. I am disappointed that they don’t have a diverse selection.

The service is ALWAYS top notch here. My daughter loves to craft and we have many choices in Winston, but we always choose Hobby Lobby. You can pretty much always find a coupon online, and they have tons of in-stock items, easy to find.

I spent too much, but I am so excited to decorate for Fall.

They get this rating because of their checkout efficiency. Their checkout lines are to me excessively long. Similar to what you see at Walmart when you have this massive store and like two Cashiers open. And then what makes that so hard on them its because they have to enter in the product number they dont scan the items they have to manually enter digit by digit which contributes to the long wait times. But the overall store the products the variety of products is amazing if you are a crafty artistic style person this is a Wonderland for you. Just have time on your hands when its time to check. Covid-19 Precautions: staff/customers wear masks, I didnt see anyone counting customers.

The store itself was great. They have something for most everyone, even individuals of the male population. It is a place one could easily spend hours browsing. The employees however, managers included, were not in the least bit friendly or welcoming.

Jig saw puzzles mostly for children, adults like them too and need more geared for older population

Hobby Lobby is a wonderful store. I love the variety of unique items they have. Plenty of crafts as well as decorations and more. They do coupons and have sales too! After Christmas sale was great! Also love the Christian books and artsy things they offer. Nice Christian music playing too.
