I dont know about any of the other employees at the WS location, but the lady who attempted to help me was rude and NOT helpful at all. Will take my business to the Boone store before I even consider the WS store again. Hopefully, the Boone store will be more than happy to help.

This is a great store. They sell Bernina sewing machines, have machine accessories, sewing notions, and a beautiful fabric selection. They staff is great to work with. And the best part, if you didnt purchase a machine from them, they are still open and welcome you to classes, repair or maintenance your machine. Great place to shop and take classes.

I love Berninas and October 2018, I decided to finally upgrade from my Bernina 1260. I purchased the Bernina 790 Plus at Sew Original. The staff was very, very friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable. I dealt with staff member, Cindy and she was absolutely wonderful! I love this machine!!! I love to shop at Sew Original

I can always count on finding high quality quilt fabrics and a knowledgeable staff to assist me. This is the only place I take my Bernina machine for service. Love it! I also have learned so much with their classes.
