We hired them after they submitted a bid via HomeAdvisor to replace a broken garage door spring that lasted 10 years on our new home. After 2 years, the spring mount they connected to suddenly tore away from the wall sending the garage door slamming down. My 13yr old son was in the garage and could have been killed. We were stuck in our home after this as the door would not move and this company could not even find the time to help us get our vehicles out. They blamed everyone else for the issue even though they were the ones to last touch and inspect the spring mount. Buyer beware.

Charged me for fixing “issues” I didn’t even have. This was the worst service I have gotten from any repair job. These people are not professional at all. Our garage door has been getting stuck both on its way up and down over the past 2 weeks. They send a repair man over, who spends less than 15 min, puts some grease on my door and tells me it’s fixed. They charged me over $200! The problems keep occurring, even right after the repair man left, so I called them back the next day. They send the same repair man over, who basically tells us that he is not sure exactly what is wrong with the door, and says I have to spend $500-700 to replace the whole garage door system. I called the company requesting a refund, because they have made two attempts to fix my door and still failed. The manager Arthur, without examining my garage door at all, tries to tell me that the problem has now morphed into some other problem different than the original problem, and refuses to give me a refund. My garage door still behaves the exact same way that it did before they came over to repair it. When I tried to call the company a third time, they have blocked my number. Please do not waste your time with this company. They have horrible customer service and do not care that they charged your money without fixing any of your issues.

What an amazing experiment with on track garage doors I had talked to a different garage companies who wanted to charge me an arm and leg said I needed a new motor said I needed a new door the technician from on track garage doors showed up program me a remote and handed it to me and told me to have a nice day sample fast on time very nice very reasonable price thanks so much

When I called this company someone answered right away. I was surprised when someone could come by my home today to give an estimate. Sean the tech called to verify the time, and to let me know he was 25-30 minutes away. I greatly appreciate this kind of service. It is lacking in most companies of any size now a days. Sean arrived on time introduced himself and allowed me to explain to him what I needed done. I have 2-10 home warranty but I’m paying out-of-pocket. It was important to make sure I did not inconvenience this company. But I do need a detailed estimate in order for me to get my money back and Sean seem to understand that quite well, and he seems to work with other types of warranty companies already. I person or company is only as good as their word, period. Sean did not have the parts in stock, and wanted a second opinion from his manager about the parts on my garage being made still today or not. He believes the company had stopped making the shaft other replacement-parts needed to make my garage door function properly again. He was going to seek advice and send me a email with a detailed estimate. I received the estimate within 30 minutes of the time Sean left my home. I have not spoken with them yet, but as of now I’m very satisfied with the service.

Awesome contractor. On-time, excellent communication. Absolutely knows his product and how to serve customers. Would recommend him to anyone. Cleaned up his mess and most impressive???? How he was teaching/training his,helper. Total professional.

I have known the owner of this company for over 20 years. He has the expertise of someone who you want working on your home. He is fair, honest and does exceptional work. He has personally serviced and installed garage doors for many of my friends and family. I always recommend OnTrac garage doors.

Arthur was responsive and customer-focused. On a Sunday, he offered to service my garage door that evening. Not an emergency, Shannon came Monday. Pricing was clear in advance of job and reasonable. The repair was completed efficiently and with care. Next time, I will call On Trac Garage Doors and refer to friends.

IF YOU HAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY ONTRAC GARAGE DOOR YOU MIGHT WANT TO HAVE IT CHECKED BY SOMEONE ELSE. I HAVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF INTERACTING WITH THIS CO TWICE. THE FIRST TIME WAS IN NOV 2016. THE OWNER ARTHUR WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. HE EXPECTED ME TO WAIT ONE WEEK FOR HIM TO REPAIR MY GARAGE DOOR. HIS EXCUSE WAS HE COULDNT GET A PART FOR 5 DAYS IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT UPS, USPS, AND FEDEX RUN NEXT DAY SERVICE TO GREENSBORO. HIS TECH CAME OUT AND ALLEGEDLY FIXED THE DOOR. IT WORKED UNTIL APR 2017. WHEN IT FAILED I CALLED AMERICA HOME SHEILD WARRANTY COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THEY ONLY HAD ONE PROVIDER IN THE AREA AND SO I WAS WILLING TO TRY ONTRAC GARAGE DOORS ONE MORE TIME AND DECIDED TO LET BY GONES BE BY GONES. I CALLED ONTRAC AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD SEND A TECHNICIAN OUT FRI. SO AGAIN I WAS GOING TO HAVE MANUALLY OPENAND CLOSE MY DOOR FOR FOUR DAYS UNTIL THEY DECIDED TO SHOW UP TO FIX IT. SO I CALLED ANOTHER GARAGE DOOR REPAIR PERSON AT 1 PM AND THEY SHOWED UP AT 4 PM. THEY ASSESSED MY GARAGE DOOR AND IN LESS THAN 5 MINS SHOWED ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY DID NOT REPAIR MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER IN NOV 2016. THE TECHNICIAN PUT BLACK ELECTRIC TAPE AND ADHESIVE ON THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER SO IT WOULD WORK TEMPORARILY. ANYWAY, BUYER BEWARE. NOW I HAVE TO PAY $~600 FOR A NEW MOTOR THAT SHOULDVE COST ME $75.
