Wow! These guys are awesome to work with. They have done 2 seperate jobs for me and have been nothing short of extraordinary. They had replaced glass in 3 of my windows that had broken seals. They also installed glass shower doors for my shower renovation. They were the most reasonably priced out of all of my quotes. They were always on time and did fantastic work. I even asked about the couple of reviews that were left that were not good and Juan too the time to explain the situations with those customers and provided those customers with refunds since they were not satisfied. I would give Juan 10 stars if I could because he made the whole process easy and very affordable. Out of all the contractors that I dealt with during buying/selling and renovating our new home, they were by far the best. Thanks Juan and John for everything, I will definitely be calling you for my next glass project.

The owner is unprofessional. Did not show up for appointment.

I had contacted Juan ( the owner of Modern Glass ) about 4 weeks go. We set up an appointment which he didn’t keep. He told me he had an emergency. We set up another appointment and he didn’t show up again.Finally we were able to connect.He arrived at my house and took a look at the mirror I needed hung. I have four mirrors that were hung on the wall by a professional.One of the mirrors sustained damage and cracked and we took it down.Juan at first told me he guaranteed his work but after he looked at my mirror he said he wouldn’t guarantee it. After a continued discussion he decided to replace the broken mirror and hang it. His charge was $240.00.He and his wife showed up at our home about two weeks ago. His wife helped him do the work.He hung the mirror and it looked very good.After they left I noticed Juan had placed double sided tape on the mirrors where they joined together. He did this where it could not be seen behind our couch as the tape was very visible.After about an hour after he left I noticed the mirror he hung was starting to slide down. Upon looking, I observed the glue was coming apart from the mirror.I called him and explained the mirror did not hold.He said he would be at my house the following Monday. That was a no show. On Tuesday I had to call him again. He told me he lost my phone number although we conducted our business mostly by texts, so he obviously had my numberUpon returning to my home he informed me he could not fix our mirror and he refunded our money via check.He let us keep the new mirror he had installed.

We recently had a shower built in to our master bath which required a custom glass installation. Juan at Modern Glass was very patient, always on time and very specific about his work. Glass measurements/order date/install day was 10 days total (glass is custom cut at a manufacturer in High Point). If you’re in need - give him a call!

Called around noon to find out how late theyd be open until. I was told 1pm by the person I spoke to and I let them know Id be coming before 1pm (the Saturday closing time). Arrived 15 minutes later to an empty building with all the doors locked. Tried calling again but no answer, he closed on me. First and last experience with this place.
