Just left the store this morning. Management appeared too busy to answer questions and the young lady on the register was too occupied with her cell phone while enjoying social media activities that when I asked for help locating an item at the store location in High Point she made a sic sound with her mouth. I then requested if she could provide the phone number and I would call the store on my own. She continued to give me attitude. Customer service needs improvement! SMH…

A great place to shop for the lower end power tools they work as well as the higher end stuff.

I found the store online while looking for crossbars for my S UV for overhead hauling. I called ahead and the manager Keith was very nice and even pulled my item to the front of the store for easy pick up. It was a great experience, straight and to the point.

I love this store. Easy to go in here and stay for half an hour, looking at the neat stuff besides the tool or the part you came in for.

Good prices because theyre cheap tools. Sometimes things last a decent amount of time but if it doesnt have fun returning anything. Even defective items cant be returned which makes no sence for a retail establishment. Youre told to call a number for returns but that number is a 10 second recorded message telling you to go online and file there. Not sure why they dont just put the website instead of the number. Better of taking your time and money down the road to Hone Depot for a tool that will last.

In the last year most harbor freight tools I have visited were struggling to keep inventory. Today the one on Peters creek was nicely stocked. Glad to see them bounce back!

Love it. Mostly has what we are looking for at a decent price. Some things being returned can be a bit of a hassel. Sometimes it seems like they dont know what they are doing when they are processing a refund/exchange. Even on a non functioning item bought new.

I have a personal grudge against HFT because of the cheap quality, but its getting so no matter where you go its all cheaply made.

Great place to get tools at a lower cost. Be weary of power tools, some break quickly (2 uses) but some work great. Customer service isnt always happy or fast. I always check prices and ratings between products from harbor freight, amazon, and home depot before I make a final decision.

Watch the register, because nearly everything was mismarked on price. After having them bring a item from the back warehouse, and then recheck the price listed (I was right), they offered me some secret discount coupon (because Im a member) that took off about half of what I would have saved if I got the price as marked. So I told the nice cashier that I no longer needed any of the many items he had just rung up (because how could I trust anything without going line by line after two items were mismarked), thanked him and walked.

Have things you cant find in other places

We found exactly what we needed. Since we didnt need anything heavy duty we picked up a Chicago Electric oscillator.

Dangerous store to visit, you walk out with more than you planned for typically. Good place to get off branded tools. Typically good quality but store is pretty good about fixing issues.Online shopping experience is poor, no purchase online and store pick up options. And online customer service is pure garbage, so will only shop in store.

Harbor Freight if you dont know, is a chain hardware store that has a little bit of everything the handy man / woman. The stores are usually located in a strip mall typesetting sometimes depending on where youre located, what stores by itself.the one on Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem, is always clean every time I walk into the store either looking for something specifically or just there for sale. Most of the staff can help you find whatever youre looking for and others seem to have a severe lack of knowledge but this is kind of General and these types of settings.The bathroom is almost always clean and is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair if one needs it, the eyes are a little bit narrow it will be a little bit harder for somebody in a wheelchair to get down on them with somebody else there but not impossible.One of the best things about Harbor Freight, is there is a great variety of brand and off brand named tools accessories and spare parts for whatever youre buying. I dont see a need and spending several hundred dollars on a hand tool buy larger brand name when I can buy the same version for no more than 50 bucks sometimes..Every single tool that Ive ever purchased Harbor Freight has lasted me a very long time, the only thing that has broken on me as the dog leashes but depending on the size and strength of your animal that could be one of those things. They do offer much cheaper prices on dog leashes up to 50 pounds with a 24-foot lease which is very reasonable and why I usually buy three or four at a time four pairs.They have a very good price on tarps that are much cheaper the be careful what you buy with these types of products, the cheaper usually means thinner material and will break any faster, the grinders, paint sprayers and things like that I have used and they do work well and are very reasonably priced as compared to the big box stores.Overall Ill try to buy most of my tools at Harbor Freight to save as much money as possible but there are times when they dont carry what I need and I have to go to Lowes or Home Depot. This is still a very good store to purchase Hardware items and highly recommend you stop in and Shop for whoever may be needing them.

All around this is my go to hardware store. I use coupons and save a ton. The prices are already well below Lowes and Home depot with the same quality. I highly reccomend you check it out.

I jumped threw hoops to buy a $1000 pressure washer. The store could not even tell me when they would get them.So.. I drove 2 hours to buy one . I used it just past the break in it started leaking oil.I contacted customer service and they told me just Immediately return it for a refund But,I wanted a pressure washer? So I drove another 2 hours and exchanged it. I get it home and water was spraying out of the detergent fitting. Harbor Freight could care less about customers. I will NEVER NEVER shop at HABOR FREIGHT if you do BUYER BEWARE!!

Prices are always great. Check quality of what you buy before buying to be sure you will be satisfied. Helpful staff. What they have quantities of are what corporate office is pushing that month.

Stand up staff. The tools themselves are cheap China quality but its a solid bet when you only need that tool infrequently. Abby at the counter was knowledgeable and had some awesome customer service. Store was clean and the shelves were straight. Ill keep coming back long as the service is there! And Abby, I hope your manager sees this and realizes that they have a great employee!

Its good to shop in and most of their tools if not all comes with a lifetime warranty. If you have a problem with any of the tools is easy to change.
