I have used Triad Lawn Mower Service for over 17 years. Allen is the most honest and professional person I have dealt with in Winston Salem in all of those 17 years. I call his shop and he comes by and picks my riding mower up. Performs all necessary yearly servicing and drops my mower off around a week or so later. My mowers overs the years always perform better during the summer season after being serviced by Triad Lawn Mower Sales and Service! I will continue to use this company as long as they are around!

I have used them in the past..they carried parts and of course provided service. I called and inquired about a part and was told they didnt do parts and I could call neverride lawnmower company Im sure they carry it if you dont have parts just say you dont have the parts dont be an idiot ....I could have ordered online and by passed them...thats what I get for trying to keep a local business open during this time.

After witnessing interaction with several customers, this guy is shows favoritism towards certain people. Unprofessional, no courtesy, no customer service skills at all! I needed a part for my Husqvarna rider. They were the only ones who had it.

I have tried various lawn mower repair services over the years and have to say that Triad Lawn Mower Repair is by far the top of the bunch. The owner has integrity and does not overcharge or produce phantom problems and is very timely in returning my equipment. Couldnt be more pleased.

Had my mower fixed and serviced here last year. Will have it again this year. The service is great. Nice friendly people who are good at what they do.

The man I dealt with today was really nice!

If I could give no stars I would but I have to at least pick one star. I went there for some Briggs & Stratton parts and the guy behind the counter says to me you need a part # if not I can’t help you in a rude tone also which is a false statement. I took Forsyth Mowers Work and they had a manual that had the diagram of the parts for Briggs and help me out with no part #. Needles to say I want come back to the place again I see why there parking lot stays empty all the time there customers service is horrible. If you want good customer service go to Forsyth Mower work.

High prices/ the service could be better

BEWARE: I used this service in the past and have had positive experience. However, my latest encounter was horrible. I brought in a weed eater and lawn mower for repair neither one ran no more than five minutes. Im out $112 very disappointed
