Bro these people are amazing honestly.. my scooter is my source of transportation at this point in my life and they’ve looked out for me time and time again, and educate me on what I’m riding. I can’t thank them enough

Overall they are really nice men charlie is a great guy but i did have to keep bringing my four wheeler back that i havent had for 3 months yet but i just see it as a hasell but overall id say theyre pretty good and im thinking about getting a dirt bike from here im just a lil bit shaky on it

Picked up my moped for a small charge, fixed it and installed a bore kit at a reasonable price, and delivered it back to me. Now runs better than when it was new. Customer service is off the charts. Went out of his way to address my needs.

Revised. The owner and his mechanic were asked to adjust valves properly and to install slider weights. The bike now runs slower, there is a rattling sound that is persistent either in the CVT or the loose valves. I have texted numerous times with no response. However when it was time to pay him of which he only wanted cash or told me to pay EXTRA because Im using a debit card. He refused to write a receipt, INSISTED that any noise I heard was the engine. It appears he has forgotten where he is: HERE. This person has 0 business respect or service unless you listen and do exactly as he says. He was rude, waved me off and came across like anything that was said or questioned shouldnt be. The WORST customer service ever witnessed in any business.

Took my tier back to get fixed and my mechanic.took the tier off the rim and you can see the dreads truw the inside of the tiers.poor quality tiers can leave you stranded anywhere.

Went to look for a scooter for myself. Walked in found the one I wanted along side my husband. Asked for a test drive. The guy brought it out, and my husband ran in it first and it stalled on him. Then I went stalled on me. When asked why the guy said it was because it needed gas. When my husband kindly asked the guy if he could put a SPLASH of gas in it. He said he would do it when we BOUGHT it. Now why would we buy something that we do not know runs right? Seems fishy to me. I would avoid this place all together and just travel a little further to avoid being scammed. Needless to say I got a scooter and it works wonderful just did not purchase it from here!

Bought a 150 cc and it has not been road worthy. The engine dies after a few miles. JL will not fix it. less than 200 miles.

I purchased this four wheeler for my daughter for Christmas I physically struggled to take it back the store on four different occasions! I have been understanding every time and followed his instructions of charging the battery when she is not riding it! I called a month ago because it would not hold a charge still! Every time I went I told him it would not hold a charge! Again today it will not hold charge for long! I called the store and was told to bring it back I advised I could not because I had no one to load it in the car! He told me I needed to buy a battery and I stated that it has been doing this since I purchased it and I should not have to buy another battery. He stated he told me this before, which he had not! He then told me he did not have time to argue with me! Which I did not raise voice or yell. He then hung up on me! I felt bad for him when we spoke the times I was there because he stated people gave him bad reviews and he only was trying to help them. But I see why now! I will never patronize his business again! I was going to buy a bigger four wheeler from there but not with this service!

You get what you pay for, I have a Honda Ruckus with 16 thousand miles serviced regularly and no problems, you get what you pay for, them Chinese Scooters for $588.00 should tell u something, Ive owned them and nothing but junk after a short time, put a few more dollars together and get you something that will last for years to come. Ill put my Old Ruckus up against any new 50cc he has to show any buyers the difference.

They are good people they will take care of your bikes as if it was theres I would recommend Them to anybody not many people know how to work on imported atvs so far I havent had any issues with my atv since it was repaired

Products are poorly put together. One week after purchasing an ATV the bolts fell out of the brake caliper causing the pads to fall out as well. I took it back to the shop to get it fixed. After repairing the brakes the shop owner demanded I pay for the repair. I reminded him that the ATV was brand new and had roughly one hour of ride time. He said there is no warranty. So congratulations JL Scooter. I will take my future business somewhere else. $10 to fix your sorry assembly job was more important than hundreds of dollars in future business.

I would give this person NO stars if it was possible. Purchased a scooter for one of my employees and within 2 weeks of the purchase the front fender began to rub on the front wheel. The back storage compartment also came loose. Took it to get repaired and an HOUR after the repair the front fender fell completely off AND one of the bolts they installed for the storage compartment was broken off so it was still loose. Took the fender back and asked to fix the storage compartment and he told me he would have to charge me for it! This person is a complete CON and CROOK. I would NEVER recommend purchasing ANYTHING from him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!*****The response from the poor review states that we have been trying to enhance and speed up the scooter. This is a TOTAL LIE. We have NEVER tried to do anything to the scooter except fix the assembly issues that we had right out of the gate. This guy is a total FRAUD and will rip you off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!*****

I went in with my nephew to look at scooters. The man was very nice, talked with my children and was very patient and knowledgeable. My nephew bought one fron this establishment. He left smiling ear to ear.I now want to purchase one in the near future for myself!

The worst place!!! Charlie is a rip-off, he has the wrong VIN number on my scooter and I cannot replace any parts. I bought a VIP from him and went back 2 days later because my battery cover was not holding down and two other people tried screwing it down at flew off within 5 days and I went to him and asked him he would not replace the part he wanted me to pay $20. So I went to big big toy Superstore scooter and they helped me and informed me that I have the wrong PIN number on my bike and I cannot order parts because its the wrong VIN number so I dont know what theyre doing to screw people over but its going to end up in a court battle. I would not recommend that place

Very poor product..They put them together in a rush to have them on the floor. Bolts..and nuts MISSING..If you lose a bolt good luck on matching one up.. all bolts are metric..Very hard to find..Do NOT FALL FOR THESE ATV..I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN..There ATV are NO GOOD.

Worst customer service in the world!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOREIGNERS! I’ve had an ATV from them for less than a week that doesn’t hold a battery charge! They came out on Christmas Eve played with the battery to get it to crank. Here it is 6 days later & the battery has died 4 more times! You literally have to jump start it every time u want to ride. THEN the owner had the audacity to say I can go buy another battery. Not to mention the original ATV I payed away was leaking fluid, and he swapped it with this dead battery 1! The owner asked me why was I so frustrated & why did I keep calling up there, as if I didn’t spend my hard earned money. & if u notice after every BAD review left on google he tries to justify!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PPL!!!!!! I’m gonna leave as many bad reviews as I quite possibly can!!!

BEWARE! If you buy from here, be sure you check all the screw holes around the scooter to ensure they have screws! Only one screw was in place to hold both front panels! Paid 125 dollars extra to have alarm installed and scooter was delivered without the alarm owners manual with instructions. Made several requests over 2-week period for it to be put in the mail, but it has not arrived. This is the second scooter we purchased from here. The first one, identical to this one, had a rear fender that was not installed properly, which worked loose and carved a groove in the back tire. However, this malfunction allowed us to identify the scooter when it was stolen a few weeks after purchase. The first one was 1180 dollars including a storage box, helmet, and delivery. When we returned a few weeks later to purchase the exact same scooter, they wanted to charge us 1350 for the scooter alone, and kept saying, It Christmas special! We have another family member looking to buy a scooter right now, but we definitely steered him away from this place!!

Broke a belt about 2 weeks ago Charlie price for coming to pick me up on roadside was very reasonable price..Got 2 shop put on new belt left got 1 mile down road belt broke again, again Charlie came to pick me up no charge for towing or replacing belt,left shop got almost home to Clemmons belt broke again..By this time the shop was closed so called Charlie next morning he did come to Clemmons to tow me back to shop but had to charge just a little towing for his time and gas but very reasonable..Got back to shop finally after 3 broke belts figured out the clutch and variartor where bad so we had to replace those along with another belt and price was very reasonable..Moped running fine now,so for me I would say after a long frustrating day I think the customer service and pricing was very good..He probably could have charged me more but he didnt he worked with me

They know how to make you spend money. I purchased a brand new battery. Took my scooter to store to get repaired, they couldnt even find the battery I paid for sit they give me one they found in the store and told me that it was good. How about I have to jump start my scooter every morning. WHERE IS MY NEW BATTERY I PAID 45 DOLLARS FOR? Very poor customer serviceYou find out something they didnt do right and ask them about it, they will start speaking Chinese so that you cant understand whats being said. They try to charge me $50 DOLLARS for a drive belt when you can get the same belt online for $14 dollars. Big Rip Offs. Every scince I let them put a big bore kit on my scooter, Ive been having to take it back at least once every two weeks to have something fixed. When you try to address an issue with J L Scooter or a problem that should have been fixed and wasnt, the owner Charlie hangs up the phone on you. My scooter is only 7 months old and Ive spent about $500 DOLLARS on havining to fix stuff and I have receipts to proof it. Ive had my scooter for seven months and Ive spent almost the same amount in it that I paid for it.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU DONT CHECK BEHIND THEM. If someone cant respect your views or fix what you ask them to fix, then they are not a good representation of themselves, and all they care about is getting your money, and until Im a satisfied customer and get what I pay for. JL Scooter will not be happy to see my reviews. Im gonna keep it all the way 100%. JL Scooter if you dont like what Im saying about you then start treating your customers better than you do. Oh and yea THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IS NEXT. KEEP PLAYING WIT MY MONEY.

Sorry about that just a miss understanding took good care of my bike why I was gone got it running better then it was before my headlights are working not it’s not cutting off when I give it gas installed a clutch for me and gave me some rearview mirrors in grips for free. I have to say that between the language barrier and the quality of their work I wish that I had used another dealership regardless that I live less than a quarter of a mile from their WS location . I noticed that the good reviews that they do have were made by their own employees instead of customers. That kinda speaks for itself as well.
