I loved the service. Theyre very helpful and they resolved my problem with a great job and price. Thinking in come back for another service. The oil change is affordable and probably its gonna be my favorite place for it.

Nice alternative to the Walmart garage in the Hamlin / Winter Garden area. The staff is semi-friendly and its great place to wait for your car. They have putt-putt golf a charging station and free coffee. The free WIFI is pretty good as well. Communication when waiting could be better but so far we have been generally pleased with this place and will bring our other cars here as well.

We got there as it was closing (4pm on a Saturday for some reason), had to replace our tire OURSELVES because our tire was flat, we were out of options, and we didnt know when they closed. While we were doing it, the employees (who were still there), didnt offer to help us in ANY way. Not a good experience in the slightest.

Had an AMAZING experience at this location. Called and talked to Will on the phone, he was kind and polite on the phone, and when I had my 2014 Chevy Cruz towed to the shop, he came out and greeted me by name! HE remembered from our phone call. He had great patience and was very polite and professional helping me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle.I felt really comfortable that my vehicle was in good hands. Immediately followed up with me the next morning.Definitely recommend this shop for all your vehicle concerns and regular checkups. Make sure to ask for Will!

Car communication that is about car and not conversions to work.I came in to Action Gator Tire in Hamlin a day ago with questions about my brakes not feeling right and a mileage maintenance tune up on my jeep.And while it was discovered that the rear brake pads were shot, they really took the time to go over everything to give me the best price and cover the checklist of everything the car needed.They explained the different options, showed great attention to detail and even told me when I asked if I should have something else done now, that it really could wait for another oil change or maybe two.This is the third oil change and fourth experience there. I find the team to be on point, great in their communication, never upselling and only looking to help out.Even though it is one of many shops, they really feel like the neighborhood place that is going to do it right and ensure that everything stays right.

Had a great experience at this location. I called them after my low tire light came on in my car and due to lots of construction in the area I assumed I had run over a nail. They told me to come right in and they would check it out and have me on my way quickly. I arrived about 10 minutes later, staff was friendly and got me right in right away. The technician came to the waiting room to talk to with me about the tires. He was unable to find any leaks so they added some more air to them all and sent me on my way. I was there for probably 20 minutes in all and since they couldn’t find anything they didn’t even charge me. I will definitely call them again when needed.

The staff at this location is great to work with and took care of our AC issue on the same day. The location is convenient to our home and weve been pleased with all the services weve had done here since they opened within the past year. Will made sure I could take advantage of a small discount and that was most appreciated, too

After going to two different locations and paying $4 to put air in my tire where the machine wasn’t working right. I tried this location. It was free and their customers service was great. In and out. Thank you Gator Tire we will be back for other services.

I would rate this higher if possible! Most auto shops have made me feel intimidated and taken advantage of. Will was more than willing to explain every recommendation they had and I felt I was priced extremely fair. Everyone was kind and welcoming, they definitely earned a loyal customer today. Also - my car is driving like a dream!

Outstanding work and customer service. Had issues with alignment and tires and they diagnosed issue perfectly. The 5 stars are because service manager Jorge knew I had an appointment so Store manager A.J. personally drove to get the tires I needed instead of waiting for them to be delivered. That is next level customer service!!

We were on our way to a funeral in Naples. The plastic engine protector started to come off in Winter Garden. I called and although they had a full schedule, AJ told me to bring it by to see if they could help. Will popped it back in but on my way back to the hotel it started falling again. When I called back Will came to the hotel and fixed it laying in the parking lot. Above and beyond from both of them. Grateful - thank you AJ and Will!

Called at 3:45 telling them I had an issue with a funny noise coming from my car. They said come on in. They fixed my car on the spot and I was out the door that same day. Excellent customer service. Waiting room was nice, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! I went to Gator tire after getting a flat tire at work. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman at the counter who immediately guided me to the waiting area. After a short while they fixed my flat tire and even stated there was NO charge seeing as it was an easy fix. After a long and stressful day, this was an unexpected gesture. Got a flat and had a slow leak in another tire. Called and got an appointment the same day. As they were working, they showed me the tires and talked to me about recommendations so I could actually see and understand what they meant. They were honest and super helpful and the process was easy.

Got new tires and in pretty quickly and they work fine but two out of the four rims where scuffed up through the clear coat. Not what you would expect from a tire shop. Maybe a new tech?

We had a FANTASTIC experience here today. The staff is nice and professional. We needed a great deal of servicing for our car, in addition to four new tires. The staff communicated well with us, the pricing was spot on, and they made sure we selected only the services NEEDED for our car at this time. Travis and George assisted us and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I went in today to have a tire leak fixed and decided to just get my oil changed while I was in. Service was friendly, fast and professional. Between dropping off the vehicle and picking it up I ended up speaking to three different staff members and they were all delightful. I’m so happy to have a quality car maintenance place so near to home, it makes life just a little easier on those days where you have surprise car trouble.

I had an amazing experience at this brand new beautiful Action Gator Tire Store! The staff was extremely polite and quite the well oiled machine for a brand new location (no pun intended). There was no pressure to add services to the list like many other shops do. It is across the street from the Hamlin Walmart, so while they were working on my car, I walked across the street to do a little shopping and they called me when my vehicle was done. It was a seamless and stress free process. Fair prices and quality work! I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Went with a broken headlight. It was not fixed. Instead, they charged $120 for the diagnostic, which was: we cannot fix, go to a dealership. UPDATE: The problem was a simple fuse. Fixed myself. Very upset about paying so much for a misleading diagnostic.

I took the car in for a simple oil change that comes with tire rotation, etc.After over 2 hrs, I am told that one tire has a nail, another has uneven wear, and I needed alignment. They quote over $1k for two tires plus alignment. They said the nail was too close to the wall to be fixed and the only option was to replace it.Even knowing one tire has a nail, they rotated it and placed the punctured tire to the front of the car!!!I always purchase tires online at half price, so I passed on the offer and just wanted to get out of the place.As soon as I left the store, my TPMS light came on for the tire with the nail. Funny how I had no issues, and the TPMS didnt register any pressure loss before the service.When I arrive home, I checked the tire pressure, and it was at 30 PSI. All other tires were filled at 40PSI when the correct pressure is 35 😳. I deflated the other three and used an instant sealant as a temporary fix for the time being.With that experience in mind, I decided not to go back but bring it to another Action Gator location for alignment instead. I ordered two tires online for less than $400 to be delivered a couple of days later.The guys at the other location took the car for a test drive and told me it couldnt be aligned because two bushes were worn out and the control arms needed to be replaced. They showed me the issues, and they were obvious. As I have my go-to mechanic, I told them I would take care of that later.I told the mechanic about my experience at the first store, and upon reviewing the nail issue, they told me it was fixable and did it in less than 30 mins.Bottom line, if I have listened to the first diagnostic, I would end up losing $1k and still in need of a major repair and then another alignment.Never again.

Talk about a very detailed and family oriented mechanic shop!!! Aj, George, and Will you guys rock!!! I spent most of my day getting some serious repairs done at the shop (3-25-21) and these guys there today sure didn’t skip a beat and had top notch customer service they showed just about every customer their car and went over conditions with them, over hearing them talk about what is serious and what can be held off was true and pure honesty, during my service which started out as a simple flat repair AJ brought my tire to me and explained the nail was in the “no patch zone” he explained also other serious work that needed to be done and he broke down the estimate and had my repairs in tiers with how honest he was I decided to repair everything while I was there I will never risk my family safety by doing an “illegal patch” (to close to the side wall) and I sure wouldn’t use fix a flat if you notice those items are sold with lawn mower designs on them so I can only imagine how good they really are at keeping us safe, I can go on and on about their amazing service I never really take the time to write reviews but this is not my first time at this store and each and every time I have been here the service has always been the same 10 star!!!! Thank you Aj and your team for always looking out for my family, you bring the good old saying back to life people shop people and now we no longer need to shop anymore you earned my trust and business every time thank you again

We have used this location twice in the past few weeks and they have been nothing short of amazing. AJ truly has your best interests in mind and helps you make the process seeming less daunting. Had multiple issues with my car and they explain the process of repair and what is wrong thoroughly, not just push sales to bump up the price. We will be going back to them from here on out.

Had to go in with a terrible noise coming from under my vehicle. They were about to close and I’ve never been to action gator before. The manager brought my car in immediately and showed me that it was my splash guard. They secured it and sent me on my way and didn’t even charge me. Thank you so much for looking out for me.

I had set up an appointment for pickup and delivery for 2 tires plus oil change. They sent me an email saying they couldnt do it that day, instead could I do it on Monday. I said yes, but when the time came no one showed up. I called and they claimed they didnt know anything. So I went to Walmart across the street and got it done for cheaper.

First time at new store...Was very impressed with the style of new store and the entire staff was very professional; staff were great!

Fast service, and polite. I got a patch in a tire and was in and out in 30 mins.

Came in after calling at 515pm about flat tire. Got here at 525pm. At first they said they couldnt help me but after seeing my vehicle could not be driven home they came to my rescue and got me a new tire. They didnt have to do it, I believe the manager actually changed it for me.
