This hair store is so convenient and has so many great products and hair. Destiny was extremely nice and helpful. She took time to help me find a great concealer. Its hard to find people with great customer service so I definitely want to give her a shout out for being so kind.

The store is convenient and im glad that they finally put a beauty supply store in Winter Garden also the reward program is nice. But theres a few people in the store I might have seen one thats was nice and welcoming. But I feel unwelcome also I feel they think every black person that want to spend their hard own money in the store are coming in to steal. Thats the vibe I get when I enter. They need to change their demeanor when it comes to who they want to be nice to!

Rewards program is fantastic. It’s great to get back what you’ve spent! Low rating is due to the way they presume their patrons are all thieves! Returns on certain items and unopened 14 days after purchase.

Poor customer service! The owner doesn’t care about your business at all! The cashier forgot to put an item I paid for in my bag and when I returned I was told nothing could be done. I’m literally just asking for the item I PAID for. They don’t like their customers yet profit so much off of us! Please someone open a black owned hair supply store and do not support this store nor any other with poor customer service and disregard for their customers!

Great atmosphere, huge selection and excellent customer service! This is the place to go to for all your beauty supplies. Honorable mention to the two young ladies who assisted me today (wish I could remember their names). They definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. Miss Curly Updo who moves from the checkout register to the floor with ease and her co-worker who also happens to be a licensed massage therapist were amazing. These girls made my day, thank you!!

Worse place to shop due to the staff what they dont understand without black women that businesses wont exist I assume the asian lady is the owner shes nice but the indian guy is arrogant I will drive all the way to orlando to offer my business where it appreciated and where I am respected even though thats store is 5 minutes away from me
