What GREAT management! Whenever I walk in there, the manager: Hi welcome back! ... there was a period of a several weeks I had not been to the store and when I did come back after a while Joe (the mgr) stated Good to see you again but we havent seen you in a while!What amazing attention this manager has, always so helpful with everything. I love this Winter Garden location! This is what our city is about!

Poor customer service could not find my vaccine appointment I showed them on my phone. After waiting 45 minutes I left and went to cvs instead.

This pharmacy is awful and doesn’t care about their patients. Called to get a prescription filed before leaving state, they said they had it and it would be ready in an hour. I drive there just to be told they are out of it.They never bothered calling me and letting me know BEFORE driving there that they were out, they just said nothing and wasted my time. They couldn’t careless either. Basically said not our problem.Never shopping here again, learn how to act like you care.

Rude female in pharmacy told me to call my doctor it was antibotics young woman with glasses put her in the nail polish section

Was told my photo order wasnt ready but when I insisted they look for it using the order number it was there.Also, the majority of people in the store were not wearing masks. Cashier said they get fired if they say anything to customers not wearing them.

Wonderful establishment! Very clean and organized most of the time. Customer service is excellent and very helpful. One of the best Walgreens I have been to.

I wanted to share a positive message about one of your employees. Her name is Sara and she assisted me in photo pickup on Christmas Eve. It was incredibly busy and other customers were not being very patient or kind. Sara, on the other hand, was patient as ever and truly a delight. She assisted me with finding a gift i was picking up and did it all with a friendly smile. Please see that she is recognized for her hard work and jovial demeanor.

We stopped on our way to Walmart to drop off a TV table top box to be returned to Spectrum via FedEx, using the prepaid label Spectrum provided. This was expected to be a quick in and out, but when my wife got inside she found only 2 clerks trying to do EVERYTHING and long lines of upset customers waiting. It took about 30 minutes to do what should have taken 5 minutes if Walgreens had the proper staffing.

The manager jefferey was extremely rude and racially profiled is while in the store. We just wanted candy and in his eyes he saw 5 Black American delinquents causing trouble. He needs to be evaluated and immediately fired. It taught my son a lesson about racism.

Melisa helped us on 8-12-18 to print some last minute photo prints for a back to school project. She was very amazing. Perfect service.She was great. Thanks for fabulous customer service.

The store is neat and well stocked, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy is effient and well run. Highly recommended.

Today I go to the pharmacy area looking for a pill over counter and when I talk to the pharmacist first I did not know what medication to give me and I explain it in both languages ​​and it leaves me waiting and went to cashier. Used to love this Walgreens until today (a few min ago in fact) I was waiting in line, I was fine with waiting until the lady who was working up front said you can check on in photo I looked at her and said no Im ok Ill wait. Then the girl in front of me needed to void her transaction, but the lady wasnt able to (undersatable) so she had to call a manager to take care of it, so I said screw it and walked over to cosmetics to check out there & the manger looked me dead in the face and said its going to be a min I need to go take care of a problem up front, sorry Im the only MANAGER on duty I kinda gave him the are you serious look then said ok Ill just go wait back up front. As soon as I got there, there was already another manager taking care of the problem. Please dont lie to the customers because you dont want to ring something up makes the store look bad & now Im angry and dont think Ill be going back there.Oh I think his name was Collin, could be wrong but thats what I thought I saw on the name tag.

Just wanted to leave a comment for Kayla. great customer service and great attitude. I dont go to CVS anymore due to the awesome service at Walgreens, especially this location. I usually see Kayla there and everytime is friendly and knowlegdable. it may be a little much to post a lot for an casheir, however, when you go to this one several times a week for the past two years, you wanna give credit where it is due.
