Staff is so friendly and work fast. My mobile orders are always ready early. My go-to coffee stop before work because I know I can be in and out quickly to make it to work on time.

Quite possibly the friendliest Baristas Ive ever met at a coffee shop. Despite our complicated drink order they continually strive to make it just perfect every time. Our absolute favorite Starbucks location in the area and that encompasses all the Walt Disney World locations, so thats saying something about the high level of customer service here!

Got my drinks right, friendly and quick, store was clean and everything flowed well.

Nice coffee. Fast drive through nice packages. Nice dessert or sandwiches and bakery. Nice stop to grab a cup of coffee or ice drink or smoothies before work or lunch break during weekdays and weekends. Really good like Starbucks. Hope they have more gift products such like cups mugs or kids toys for sale. I bought in other states before the mugs or key chains are so cute. Why Florida don’t have those. Hope they have some we would like to buy a lot.

Ethan took care of me today and was the man! Excellent customer service and was extremely polite. He deserves his own store at the very least!!!

When the clermont starbucks closest to me failed me by having no advance ordering or in store pickup or walking in at all, this Starbucks had my back. I got breakfast here twice the past couple days with my gift card and it was great. Even though i ordered in store my food and drink came fairly quickly and this Starbucks didnt make me late.

I absolutely LOVE this location! Yes, it can get super busy. Yes, the patrons can be a bit pushy. Most of all...YESSSSSSS the crew at this location is the best! They deal with all the insanity and still smile with their eyes! My favorite part is when I hear Dereks voice over the speaker or when he hands me my order...he is my ABSOLUTE favorite part of the day! He brings a smile to my face and makes the rest of my work day that much better! Thank you to everyone here for keeping our caffeine flowing safely!

I love Starbucks…but I absolutely love this location! They have the best service and people working here. It is a little bit out of my way but it is worth the extra drive coming to this location. I hope that management knows how extraordinary the staff members are here. They are always so friendly and go out of their way to make your experience a good one.No offense to Dunkin’ Donuts but it’s such a huge difference of an experience. The only coffee shop I have near me is a Dunkin’ Donuts and every single time I went there, I had a horrible experience. The staff is rude and seems miserable. I believe that employee service reflects from the top… so IDK what Starbucks is doing for their employees, but it’s working. Good management makes for happy employees and good service and in return they have customers that will return again and again. I would always leave Dunkin in a bad mood but the employees at this Starbucks location bring my day to a great start with their over the top positive attitudes. Besides the fact that their coffee is good…the experience is even better.

Let me tell you I drive all the way from the other side of Winter Garden to come to this Starbucks over the other two in the area. Paige is the best barista

Beautiful location! I order my morning coffee for the first time at this location. It was perfect!!!!!! I called to let the staff know and they were so friendly! I can’t wait to come back for my morning pick me up!

Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a week, so much black crud around top part sink. Nasty. No toilet paper. I did nor get coffee because of the uncleanliness of bathroom. They should do hourly bathroom checks and get a good cleaning crew.

This is a great location, fast drive thru, inside is clean and spacious, nice outdoor porch as well. Usually more well stocked than other Starbucks in the area.

Good sandwich and grill cheese is the bomb

Every time I go to this Starbucks, it never disappoints. All employees are so sweet. I usually go to this one because it close to home and close to my job. They always a have a long line but It goes by quick. I can tell these drinks are made by angels. Today I made a last minute stop to my favorite Starbucks. Every time I’m greeted by one of these angels, it makes my day. I hate that i couldn’t get their names. But the guy taking orders was so funny and sweet . I ordered a frappe and asked for no whip and extra caramel drizzle. He said “replacing a sugar for another sugar. Love that for you”. I couldn’t stop laughing . Then, 2 cars before i have to pay i realize i forgot my wallet . It’s my turn to pay and the girl at the window was so understanding. She said to not worry about it and still gave me my drink. This girl is always in such an amazing mood. She’s always smiling and making conversation. Starbucks, thank you for hiring these angels! You have an amazing work crew. Will forever be my favorite!

My review has less to do with the product and more to do with the service. I’ve visited the location multiple all hours of the day and typically things are pretty average, nothing great but nothing horrible. Today I completed an order the rough the mobile app like normal, and knowing the drive thru would probably be a bit busy I chose to pick up my drink in-store. Typically when I do this I’ll wait a few minutes before getting my drink, no big deal but today it took longer than normal. I’m fine waiting but today the employees were just off or something. Kaleb was occupying the pick up station and just about refused to acknowledge and of us waiting. I waited a bit before looking to see if my order was even ready and once I saw that it was, I attempted to get his attention. He made eye contact t with me and multiple others waiting but didn’t say a word to us. I work in the service industry so I understand that things get crazy at times which is why I always try to give the workers the benefit of a doubt. Kaleb just straight up ignored us, didn’t say anything a long the lines of “I’ll be right with you” or even “give me a minute” he just ignored all of us. Then a female employee walked over and asked if anyone was waiting for a mobile order and multiple of us raised of hands. She started passing all the orders out as most of them were complete and by the time I got mine it was pretty cold for the hot beverage I ordered. I could see that they were a bit busy with the backup so I didn’t want to make a stink about it so I just left with my cold drink.I gave 3 stars in hope of this being a timing error and seeing Kaleb as a human probably having an off day. However at the end of the day, at least acknowledge Guests.

I really love this place and most of its employees for their kindness. But today, I felt very uncomfortable. Sara treated us in a disrespectful way as we waited a long time for 3 drinks to be made for us, for my husband, my 5 year old daughter and myself. I am a customer of this place, in fact employees like Julia, Meg and Ethan, among others, deserve my respect. But after today, I dont know if Ill be back.

I took a friend there. I personally would never pay that much for a cup of coffee. Ive tried Starbucks once and that was enough for me.

They need to stop allowing thier parking lot to be utilized by non-customers. Ive stopped frequenting them because of the terrible parking situation.

I’d left Starbucks back in 2014 when I lived in mid Illinois. The one store I frequented hired a racist barista who refused to serve people of color. The store manager and district manager were made aware of this. They said she just needed more training. Sometimes we make decisions based on what we think the outcome of a situation should be. In this case, Starbucks handling of this situation was negligent and whitewashed - more training! I could not make this up and decided we had to part ways. My skin color maybe different, but my money is green. This is just a brief synopsis of my backstory. Still have the emails of the conversation between myself and Starbucks management team!2020 found an old gift card and was curious if any $$$ was left. Yup! I had a whole $.37 cents remaining. Hey! It’s money so I ordered a cup yup...after 6 years. The barista was white, cheerful and seemed to be genuine in her intent to learn how my day was going. Obviously, being Starbucks cynical...I intently listened for some canned questions and responses. This barista was genuine and made me think their might be some hope for Starbucks after all. She actually made my day and I sincerely appreciated her enthusiasm, and the genuine content of our conversation.Anyhow, I don’t say that likely. My years on this planet has harden my cynicism with ferreting out racism, discrimination and unequal treatment.They still have to earn my business! Anyhow, I recharged my card and will make a guest appearance and observe how I’m treated. I don’t think my interaction was a fluke with regards to the young lady who assisted me. She is the embodiment of the type of employees Starbucks should be hiring, training and retaining. The real test is to see if the service is as consistent as the coffee.

I absolutely had to take a moment to talk about the Baristas at this location. I visit this location occasionally when I come into town to visit my mother. Last night I visited the store with 15 mins left of their day - I went there after a particularly bad day ( my mother in the ICU after having lost my father ). When I orders my drink, Sarah who took my order seemed to read my emotions without me saying a word. She was kind and patient all around a genuinely kind spirit . Then Stephen who made my drink took the time to offer a little twist in a standing favorite of mine by blending in my topping into my foam ( never had that before ) and he Also was kind to me during a pretty bad moment in my life. Prior to me leaving of course I thanked them and then I explained to Sarah and Stephen why their act of just simple kindness and concern was so refreshing and much needed at that time. Sarah actually came around the counter to give me the best hug ever !!! Sometimes you don’t know how you are impacting someone’s day by simply being kind. Thank you both for putting a smile on my face and making me cry lol.I definitely want to reach out to district management so you both can be commended for showing a good example what the the customer service really means

Had a 3 on this because of some afternoon issues with specialty drinks (on the menu). However - the AM crew here would get a 10 if it would let me.

I hardly ever go to Starbucks since I dont drink coffee, but my experience at this location was so pleasant today. Everyone greeted us as we came through the door and they made us our order so quickly, and different employees helped and chatted with us. The slightly overpriced chai is worth the wholesome human interaction from these employees, hands down.

The staff is beyond outstanding (especially Alex, Davie, Bri and Kelly) - every member no matter the time of day or how slammed they are is a shining example of great customer service. From the genuinely pleasant voice that takes your order to an equally genuinely lovely person you encounter at the window, the authenticity of the care and consideration for you as a customer cannot help but be noticed. Sydney in drive thru was great at her knowledge on the pumpkin spice beverage assortment! I was waiting for my pumpkin spice cold brew and I had explained that pumpkin spice latte hot venti had 7 pumps of syrup last time I had it (years ago). Too sweet for me, so I had resorted to the cold brew for less sweetness this visit. She gave me great alternative lattes for next time! Super nice!

This Starbucks is beautiful! They have an adorable bar to sit at and seats inside and outside. The service was fast and there is never a long wait. Tried my first nitro here, it was interesting, the staff was knowledgeable and more than happy to help me build a new drink.

This is my go-to Starbucks! I used to live closer until recently and will drive out of my way, past 2 others to go to this one. Some of my most favorite humans work here and are damn near family! If ever in the area and need some sunshine in a cup, stop by and see these beautiful people!

I have no clue if this will reach management or higher staff but today I was struggling with having to do adult things and nothing was working out. I decided to treat myself to Starbucks and when I arrived at the drive through I was asked how my day has been and I said terrible and in return I was met with such great and kind service it made me smile instantly. I get to the service window and am met with even more kind words from two lovely ladies who were asking about my slytherin mask and hat and was given wishes for a better day. Honestly I just wanted my drinks and food but I left with increased spirits and wanted to make sure the company knows that they have a great team. If they could get a raise or some reward it would be great. Ive worked in the food service industry before and I loved making others smile and happy so I want to make sure they know their efforts did not go in vain. Thank you Starbucks and thank you Starbucks employees for being amazingly you! ❤️

I stop at this location about 4x per week. Abby is usually there servicing the drive-thru window and she is always pleasant. She remembers my order and we always have a brief conversation. She’s just a really awesome person and seems to be an outstanding associate! Plus, this location has always been on it with any previous experiences. Thank you everyone!

I love this Starbucks because its always clean, quick and friendly service! Also the inside it quite spacious so youre not on top of other people when working or holding a meeting.

I bought a hot cappuccino with French vanilla and hazel nut syrup. I needed a nutty French cappuccino after getting my blood work done earlier in the morning. The coffee was worth it! I cant believe how big the inside is and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. I believe the outside seating is temporary closed right now. No the bright side the drive through is open. There is limited seating on the inside right now but no the bright side there is free wifi at this Starbucks.

Consistent product in this case is a good thing. While it is nice to have variety once in awhile, knowing the blueberry muffin is good and the mocha will taste the same is comforting and less of the gamble it can be at other establishments. Nice staff took great care of me and chatted me up before they got busy. They wished me a safe trip. I would definitely recommend this location.

I just moved to this area and I’m excited for this to be my new local Starbucks. So far I’ve met Bran and Bekah and Julia who have been so friendly and helpful. They are efficient and just a pleasure to order from especially in my usual pre coffee grumpy mood!

Where do I start! Ever since they built this Starbucks we have a group that would come every Monday night, and Ethan and Stephen come and give us the best customer service ever! We have never had a problem with them, super sweet workers every since one of them, I never found any other Starbucks with the same attitude and friendliness like them, thank you to both Of them!!

Every two weeks I visit the Starbucks on W Colonial for a coffee run. And every two weeks the people there take care of my long order and wish me a good day. The last three times I visited though I met a starting employee, Will, and he goes above and beyond in going out of his way to make the evening better for my family and myself, always asking how our days are going and remembering the last times we were there. Now when I go to Starbucks I don’t just look forward to the caffeine, I look forward to the experience.

For future reference if you are ever going to Starbucks in ocooe or winter garden and wanna sit inside ....... go through the drive-through first get your drink/ coffee in about 30 seconds and then park your car and go inside and watch all the sad people waiting at the counter for 10 minutes for theirs. Starbucks loves to focus on the drive-through and not on the people actually inside.

I dont understand why they all advertise a mobile order pickup window but never STAFF that window so you have to interrupt a busy batista who gets testy and dismissive because theyre busy and ruins your whole experience. Im going to spend out whats on my card and stop buying here. Sucks.

This is my second time at this Starbucks and both times I have had a great experience. Alex at the drive thru is awesome. He has such a sweet, caring voice when you order and when you get to the window he is smiling and super friendly. He provides excellent customer service!! He goes above and beyond and makes you feel like a close friend in how he engages you in quick conversation while you wait for your order. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well but Alex is by far the best person to have in the drive thru window. He will keep the customers coming. Great addition to the Starbucks family!!
